Mairkurion (may his leaves increase!)
Awoke one night from a deep dream of peace,
And saw, within the musings in his brain,
Making it jarred, like an asylum of pain,
A leprechaun screeching a garbled refrain:
Exceeding peace had made poor Mairk bold,
And to the presence in his head he said,
"What sayest thou?" The Vision raised its head,
And with a look of a grin insane,
Answered, "MINE! MINE! MINE! MINE! MINE!"
What kind of feminist are you, Mairkurion?
I'd call myself an equity feminist, in Christina Hoff Sommers' terms, as opposed to gender feminism (the latter being another postmodernism that needs some sense stomped into it). The term liberal feminist would also seem to fit.
I wonder, Mairkurion, what do you think about evil?
It sucks. And not in the good way.
Quote:
"To join the discussion on Narnia, cmon folks. They are OVERTLY Christian. I don't read Phillip Pullman expecting him to affirm my religious beliefs. When you read Lewis's fiction, his Christianity shows because he intends it to. I mean, really.... you don't read Dante and Milton and walk away disappointed because ZOMG IT WAS SO PREACHY." - Charlie Bell, Current Mairkurion Poster Awardee
Nominees for next MPA:
Purple Dragon Knight's "Poppycock! DMs throwing savage monsters at players and expecting the big armored warriors with swords to sweet talk the uglies are an evil act."
DeathQuaker's "the only problem I have with alignment is the complete and utter wank it causes on gamer message boards."
