Why I'm a cleric? It's all due to what Dwarf call tradition and we call Contract. My family has a contract and every third child of the family must be given to the Church of Asmodeus.
Strangely, since that contract was signed, it always have been a third child...

He stays silent one moment before adding As for my presence here, as a third son I have no hope for the family fortune and I have a cousin that live in Almas as a Lawyer. My father thought that if this cousin was able to live in Almas he's was a good lawyer and I could learn a lot from him.
He send me there as a way to learn a lot.

There is two main points :
- First, there is no more PFS play of the module
- Second, you gain only one level for playing/gming the entire module

It's a real change from a PFS1 perspective, what you call progress other can call it regress.
It's a change, yes, is it blankly better? I'm not sure.

This thread could be the start of a compromise to have something different that what's proposed and what's was before in PFS1.

As I've proposed before, there could be "generic chronicle for module" that complete the one already done or other form like some people have proposed.

One solution could be to have a "generic chronicle sheet" for each level of play of a module completed by the "campaign mode" chronicle sheet.

For exemple, for Plaguestone, which gets you from level 1 to 4, worth 36XP.

-> You played in campaign mode, you get the "campaign mode chronicle sheet" (as it is today) worth 12XP that you can applied to any of your PFS character of any level.

-> You play in PFS mode
-You played all module with the same character: you get two "generic chronicle sheet" worth 12XP for the level 1-2 & 2-3 and the "campaign mode chronicle sheet" that you must applied to the same character. You level up between session after receiving each chronicle.
-You played part I or II or III or any combination of the three (but not all, or not with the same character), you only get the "generic chronicle sheet" for the levels you played.

A "generic chronicle sheet" would be a blank chronicle that gives you 12XP and the gold appropriate for the level of your character.

I like playing my character. Playing in campaign mode doesn't do it for me in PFS, because I want to play my PFS character, not a made-up character.

I think it's good to have sanctioned content for those liking to play in campaign mode and wanting to apply chronicle sheet to a PFS sanctioned character. I even think it's a good thing that it give only 12XP for the whole thing and that it be able to be applied to any character of any level.
It's a good way to deal with campaign mode play linked to PFS.

But, in my opinion, it's not good for PFS players. As a PFS player, I want to play PFS with my PFS character... not random character X.
The way it was handled in PFS1 was a compromised between PFS play and Campaign Mode play (it has its flaws of course) but it gave the option to choose how to play an AP or a full module.

I understand why they've done it, but now we don't have any option. We need to play campaign mode and I understand why people could be angry for that.

Quicky, Talisman found the right pace to calm the creature for the joy of Wazasha, despite taking quite a lot of risk to get closer to the creature !

END OF COMBAT!

We found Mr. Empath! He know how to understand creature as well as he's able to calm them down, even in the most dire conditions. What a feat! she says in front of the camera before adding.

As the star finders continues to explore, they understand, thanks to Mik'al and Talisman's brother that goblins planted and detonated a large explosive charge near a hatch. They seem to have miscalculated the payload, and the resulting explosion killed several of them. However, the blast also blew a hole in the ceiling, leaving a gaping hole and a makeshift ladder of rebar suitable for someone to climb into the area beyond.

But before you starts climbing, you see the crew activating the hexapodal robot on Wazasha's orders. It plants itself on the ground and unfold its top like a box, deploying a seat in front of a two-panel screen to create a visually neutral backdrop. At the same time, the robot deploys a pair of tiny hover drones equipped with cameras as well as a slightly opaque, noise-cancelling bubble to provide some privacy.

Once the robot completely deployed, she makes a sign to Mik'al.
Please, Starfinder, come and they both disappear behind the bubble.

Despite the fact that we've met a CR3 creature in a quest for level#1 character, I think PF2 is quite fun to play!

@GM Kamil being a Field-commissioned agent have 50% more downtime (so 3 days)

Jair takes time to recover from her two days in hell. She gains some but lost a lot and try to reflect about this.
Nevertheless, she has the satisfaction to have help her faction's leader to fulfill her destiny, after finding where she was detained she made her a Pathfinder for the decade to come.

She drinks without emotion with Lasaraleen to that and with no hope nor fear, to the future.

Have you killed all the Vesk before they joined the Pact World? This individual is the only one not to try to kill us by sight. If you have been trained all your life to treat other creature as inferior the chance for keeping this vision is around 99.8%. If the one you seek as inferior tries to kill you, your thinking doesn't change and the circle continue, kill or being killed.
But if you show mercy to your enemy, show your enemy how you could be as strong as him, or better then you can see some change. The odds that this person see you as its equal increase up to 57.3%. Change can be made.
I agree. It's a little step. But as an old Golarion saying said "small streams make big river". Lets start making our first stream.
