Yeah, it's also my birthday.

Probably should have led with that.

Tacticswho now?

I will admit a tap dancing GM would be pretty cool to see but I'm not sure what that has to do with improvisation.

Just had to talk to an employee because someone said he's being rude to people.

I don't believe he is. There is an ongoing trend to treat "factual, short, neutral" statements into "You're being rude!" Tone matters, I get it, but I am getting tired of my guys getting ripped left and right and being swore at by the other employees and the instant one of my guys says anything with a sideways look they're getting complaints.

Except for me. Somehow, I don't get in trouble for being blunt. No idea why.

Two words: Charisma.

That's not how politics work.

Although, to be honest, I honestly don't know how politics work in the first place.

I just check a box next to someone I recognize, or write myself in if I don't recognize anyone. It only takes one vote, after all.

Diswho?

I'm not ready for winter.

Yet here it comes.

I wonder how long of a s*=%f chain we can get going?

You know Tac, you know an awful lot about Occult Adventures for someone not allowed to use it.

I'm personally not overly fond of chocolate.

I like a snickers bar once in a while, but otherwise same here. I have zero interest in chocolate chip cookies, chocolate this-or-that, double-decker death-by-chocolate whatevers, or 99% of other chocolate flavored anythings.

Marshmallows though I do love, especially in rice crispy treats.

...How did I become a ?

You're both insane. that's why you became those blue things.

Come join us, we all float down here!

I'm personally not overly fond of chocolate.

I can't say I'd want to eat chocolate dice, that sounds a bit... Unsanitary, clean table or not (especially if someone else rolls them first, I know how infrequently people like to wash their hands.

But I guess they aren't chocolate chip cookies, which I hate more than any other chocolate recipe, other than s'mores, which also have marshmallows, the only thing more disgusting then chocolate.

Admittedly, I'm a bit of an odd duck in that regard.

Yes. How were you, Yesterday? Tried to say hello on Discord but didn't get an answer. Were you busy, or just tired?

Diswhat?

I don't blame Cosmo, I know who's truly at fault for everything.

Kneading by hand is the only way to knead.

How many foreign athletes or celebrity names can you make up off the top of your head.

Yes, it's how the kids today say something is totally gnarly, dude!

7. Smurfs, I always hated smurfs, until Paizo smurfed me.

My avatar looks fine to me...

They should have some way your aliases can have light saber battles.

Skips around Tacticslion, favoriting his post.

Of course, the hard part is trying to get dressed successfully at this time of day.

"First underwear... And then pants... That doesn't sound right... And now there's a shirt involved... And why is there only two socks, according to the Red Hot Chili Peppers Guide To Fashion I should have three socks..."

Eh, I'm afraid of heights.

And bridges.

I haven't tried to climb inside a vacuum

Yet.

Well, you don't buy them all at once.

Or at least, I didn't.

It seems to be a popular choice this week.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

No.

Just saying, I could've really smurfed a whole bunch of people today, if I'd thought of it.

Of course then I'd get a whole bunch of hate PMs, again. :-D

Assuming the player has access to said code.

Not everyone can afford Inner Sea Gods.

Me?

Or at least a soundstage that looks like the moon with a flag on it.

Stump the invertebratist... I can do that.

Oh, right, question.

What do you have against shrimp?

And would you feel differently about them if they had wings and a unicorn horn, or possibly excreted pixie dust.

Smurf traps are also fun. :-)

It'll get better.

You just gotta keep finding the little positive things. :-)

Would it help if I paraded around in NobodysHome's birthday suit. I'm at least four inches taller, making it extra comical. :-)

Cap'n, *no* man from Wisconsin should ever make "parading around in other peoples' skin" comments if he wants to avoid Ed Gein references.

Although a parade of FawtL-ers, all wearing Nobody's goofy pants, sort of like the opening credits to the Bugs Bunny Show, now THAT would be freaking hilarious.

D'oh!

Improved Sunder for everyone!!

Nothing pisses people off more than when you break their shit. Other than breaking it while their holding it in their hands that is!

Cold and grumpy weather makes Captain Yesterday cold and grumpy.

Sits by the window, waiting for someone (anyone!) to walk on his lawn.

2 people marked this as a favorite.

I don't have that many. :-)

I watch Archer.

Used to get up super early as a kid to watch Robotech.

[unconvincing monotone] Oh dear, my family has decided on two days before Christmas for the family holiday. When the nephews from out of state can't be there, which is literally one of the only reasons Pea Bear and Tiny T-Rex love going. And i'll probably have to work, on account i work at a toy store two days before Christmas. Darn! I was really looking forward to it this year. [/unconvincing monotone]

The hard part will be breaking it to the wife without grinning or dancing.

In other news, my FAWTL reading is behind by about 750 posts. Was there anything good in all of that?

I've been smurfing everyone for the holidays, I've only gotten one angry PM asking me to knock it off.

Which is both more and less then I thought.

Honestly, who doesn't like to be smurfed, they're the happiest people in the world! Besides child actors I mean.

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Also Pea Bear made the cast of Grease. :-)

She plays a cheerleader and a few extra extra roles, she's pretty excited. :-)

I love that!

I'm totally doing that.

Thanks!

1 person marked this as a favorite.

Me too! :-)

No, I can do the bad guy from The Princess Bride laugh better than Santa Claus. :-)

Besides, that's what the smurfing is for. :-)

Captain Yesterday (not saying it):

Do you think someone who has a "contrary agenda" and doesn't "really care about "character concept" so much as finding a loophole." is a bad person?

No, absolutely not. :-)

Being contrary does not a bad person make. :-)

Edit: and you don't have call me by whatever alias I'm using at the moment, you can just call me Captain Yesterday, or Cap'n, or whatever you want. :-)

RE: Captain Yesterday notices someone started three different threads about "venerating" Cthulhu instead of "worshipping" Cthulhu in PFS.

Captain Yesterday observes that it seems like a contrary "character concept"

Captain Yesterday is accused of calling that person "a bad person"

Hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha hahahahaha.

I never said anyone was a bad person. :-)
