THE GALAXY IN CRISIS
12 – 1 PM PDT

Tragedy strikes the Starfinder setting's hyperspace realm, creating chaos and opportunity in a galaxy-wide event called the Drift Crisis. Learn about this galaxy-wide event, the new Drift Crisis book, and how this can impact your campaign in countless ways!


ADVENTURING DURING THE DRIFT CRISIS

Learn all about the adventures Paizo has planned for the Drift Crisis. This panel deep dives some of the upcoming plans for Adventures Paths, Modules, One-Shots, and Organized Play. Hear about what’s coming up and how you can be a part of Starfinder’s biggest event since its launch!


DECLASSIFYING THE DARK ARCHIVE

The paranormal secrets of the Dark Archive have remained hidden for too long! Join designers Logan Bonner & James Case and editors Avi Kool & K Tessa Newton as we unseal the casefiles and reveal classified info on the psychic and thaumaturge classes, new options, and stories from behind the scenes!

BUILDING WORLDS IN STARFINDER

We'll discuss general concepts you can apply when designing locations in your Starfinder game and use tools like the Galaxy Exploration Manual and Starfinder Deck of Many Worlds to guide us.

So much great stuff for PaizoCon! It’s what makes it one of my favorites!

And it looks like the first thing we get is the big announcements that we would normally have had to wait for the Saturday banquet for!

Can't wait to see what the 3rd rulebook for this year will be! And also de-classifying the Dark Archive! Get hyped!

please at some point confirm mythic rules or at the least confirm they WILL happen sometime during pf2e lifespan

That graphic says "PDT" which is Pacific Daylight Time, not Pacific Standard Time. It is currently approximately 12 Noon PDT as of this post.

All the times are listed with their time zone. Looks like they all say PDT, which I think is just PST on daylight savings, but either way there's the time zone.

The one Roll20 table I am signed up for shows the same time on my calendar event, so times are listed in Pacific time zone for sure.

Is there going to be any in person panels? Are any of these available to be attended in person?

I hate to be dense, but I can't seem to find if there is a charge for the Twitch panel events. All the ticketing information I am finding is for the physical version of PaizoCon. I only want to go to Fridays events and was looking to see if they had online day passes and could find nothing. I did try several forums, searched those forums (and this one), checked the PaizoCon page, etc. I have found zilch, nada, nothing about online ticketing or charges. Perhaps I am using the wrong search words/terms.

I really want to go to the Starfinder Panels on Twitch Friday between 12 PM PDT and 2 PM PDT. It's the only time I have free. I do not know how to watch something live on Twitch, so that with the confusion about "ticketing" really has me reeling. If someone could give me a gentle nudge in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

Everything on Paizo's twitch channel has always been free in the past. I am sure they just overlooked not putting a link to their channel in the Blog.

Attending the physical convention requires a ticket. Playing games in the online convention requires a ticket.

Participating in the Discord and the Twitch streams has no ticket requirements or associated charges.

Just to clarify for everyone, all of the streams in the above schedule will be available to watch free of charge/ticket on our Twitch channel at twitch.tv/officialpaizo!

The streams will later be uploaded to our YouTube channel for those who are unable to make the live event, as well! (I don't have an exact ETA on when they'll be uploaded, but they will be Soon™ after PaizoCon)

For those that hate the manual math labor of time zone conversions, our PaizoCon Discord (also free and requires no ticket!) handily has a section for the PaizoCon Online Panels, which includes a channel for each online event wherein the pinned post should display the time it will be available in your time zone (or, more specifically, whatever time zone your device is in).

Am I just missing it, but is there really no section to talk about the upcoming Dark Archives book? Would have thought with that being the big upcoming release we'd see some inside information and panel or so on it similar to how Secrets of Magic was done.

You are missing it. It's the "DECLASSIFYING THE DARK ARCHIVE" panel on Friday, from 2 to 3 PM PDT.

Edit: This is true for PaizoCon Online panels. There are ALSO a few "in real life" panels you can attend live onsite. You will receive a separate schedule when you check in.

Is there a place where we can find a written rundown of the announcements coming out of PaizoCon? I skimmed through Erik’s address video, but it seemed to rehash stuff we already knew about - Drift Crisis, Dark Archive with a little Impossible Lands… The product lineup seemed very underwhelming.
