Eliadyr understands that White would otherwise be a troll (much like the minions), she has taken on the mantle of Urxehl’s accursed champion. She is not native to this region, and has traversed miles of tunnels, burrowing through sheer stone, desperate to appease her demonic patron.

She has been granted additional powers for her loyalty. She has the powers of the trolls (regeneration 20 deactivated by acid and sonic, Opportune Attack, rock throwing, bleed immunity) and in addition, she has resistance to fire, and is a divine spellcaster (4th rank). Furthermore, that little cloud in the art isn't decorative - a perpetual storm surrounds her, granting her an AC bonus against ranged attacks.

Isaku shoots Green. I'm amenable to changing this to Yellow if that was the end result of the discussion in Discussion.

Crunch has Reactive Shield (learned a thing or two from the dwarves in the church) but I think I'll hold the reaction for the AoO when the troll stands.

This hits, unless you've got a Reactive Shield left, or you've killed it!

Okay, this is getting too complicated to do in block initiative. I'm going to make sure this is sorted out.

In chronological order, Crunch needs to decide whether to take an OA against Green, who Strides through threatened squares, then, whether to Reactive Shield Green's strike. (Note that Reactive Shield won't allow you to use Shield Block as part of that reaction, and the AC bonus won't change the degree of success.) This all happens before Cyan acts - but Crunch stated they were going to hold out for Cyan to stand. Cyan doesn't get its regeneration back until the end of its turn, so if Crunch is waiting for it to stand, they will get their OA while Cyan is still regeneration deactivated. If they don't take the OA, then they can use Reactive Shield against Cyan's hit, which will transform it from a Hit to a Miss.

Crunch, please go ahead and decide how you want to use reactions, and make an OA roll against Cyan if necessary.

Cal pulls out one of the acid flasks they were given earlier. It's not clear who might have been carrying them before, but things do tend to end up in his pockets - much like what happens to the silverware of his various wealthy girlfriends. Rhaegal stretches his wings and then roars, shooting up into the air. Unlike when you've seen him fly before, this isn't the slightly shaky movement of someone getting his wings recently. This is a bolt upward from superheated air and then a dart across the lava towards one of the trolls. He comes down in a crash of stone and fire, spraying the troll. When the dust clears, the kobold Dragon emerges unscathed. He looks down the tunnel at the digging troll and roars a threat at it.

Rhaegal roars in triumph as Herr Doktor skewers the troll and the acid bubbles up to end him. He calls back to the others as he sees Crunch in the tunnel. "Hurry, the tunnel will be cramped, but Crunch will need us!"

The kobold stretches out his wings and shouts. "I AM A DRAGON!!!" He begins to grow in size and his wings billow out. Unlike before, he's able to grow his wingspan and this is clearly no-wolf shape. While he doesn't get nearly as big as before, the little kobold might be doing it!

The form's snout grows sharp with serrated teeth. But it looks like Rhaegal may have concentrated a bit too much on the wings. Without the bigger size, the wings are over-large and his limbs are too short. It's mostly wings and a massive sharp beak/mouth. While not quite a dragon, it does bear some resemblance to a drake, perhaps a proto-drake?

The proto-drake screeches and takes off towards the troll. "Crunch, I'm coming!"

Cal watches everyone head to the other side and sighs. He's not much at jumping with his short little legs. But those other shorties are making him look bad, so he focuses on the magic in his boots for a moment. Once he feels a little lighter on his feet, he heads towards the stepping stones and begins hopping and jumping across.

"'Scuse me Doc," he says as he carefully moves across the same stone Herr Doktor is standing on. "Nice job," he comments admiringly with a glance and a nod at the Green troll that the goblin put down(?).

Herr Doktor leaps across the lava, avoiding an opportune attack from Green, and brings his pike down on Green, the acid splashing Green's wounds. Green down.

Rhaegal dodges half the lightning but is fully healed by the tree. Transforming into a pterosaur, he flies through the troll's reach, and earns an opportune bite for his trouble.

Crunch moves up with shield raised, and hits the troll with their hammer. Not a crit.

Isaku, I took the liberty of retconning you move to be a little further, so that you get line of sight on White. You should still be able to make your hops across the walkway next turn.

Isaku's bullet appears to be headed straight towards White, but as it gets within 10' of the troll, it veers off due to the winds. Miss, due to a -2 penalty for ranged attacks!

White snarls at Crunch and Rhaegal, and they watch in horror as the wounds they have inflicted heal up before their very eyes. Regeneration 20. She responds to their aggression by casting another spell. Provokes OA from Crunch.

Last round she cast this and it was 4d12 because I forgot to heighten it. 5d12 is the proper damage, and I'm not going to retcon.

White spends her last action digging. No squares open on the map - it's 10' for every 3 actions, so I'm doing it like moving diagonally, 5' for the first action, and 5' for the next two.

Crunch absorbs the damage but they're not looking too great. Cal moves in and takes a bite from the troll. Troll has reach, so she bites two squares out. OA in previous spoiler, Crit for -26.

Cal scares the troll, but doesn't cause her to run. Not a Critical Success. He stabs her pretty well, though.

Rhaegal dodges half the blast, and tries to rip and tear. However, even if frightened, the troll dodges. AC 26, 25 with Frightened 1.

Cal steps forward and feints, drawing the troll off-guard. A quick stab, and the troll looks to be bloodied (<50%).

Rhaegal steps forward and bites twice, unfortunately, ineffectively.

Isaku almost puts a bullet into the troll's arm, but the winds blow his attack away at the last moment. -2 to ranged attacks, making her effective AC 28 against ranged. Since Isaku would know that 26 doesn't hit, I'll allow you to revise everything after Devise if you want.
