WELL, that was torturous! This being my first open recruitment, I didn't anticipate culling applications to be quite so painful. Like chucking out bright-eyed, orphaned kittens from the cradle, I swear... Shame on you for not warning me.
But decisions had to be made, difficult as they were, so...
Imagine if you were the recruiter for a professional job. 15-20 applicants and you can only select 1. Maybe 2 if you need 2 for that position.

Too funny, my son-in-law just rescued a kitten from the backyard/woods about a month ago. Found it in the underbrush... named it Twig. The name inspiration for my goblin submission.
