Feared throughout the 'run, these esoteric and mostly hidden friends of Harpers and slightly not overpowered foes of Zhentarim (coz lets face it those guys are the low hanging fruit since Curse of the Azure Bonds CRPG) Arkanim are schooled in the arts of magic while wearing their like...elvish chainmail.
