I'm back from my trip, but so is a nasty virus that stowed away in my body, so my posting will remain limited for the time being. Fortunately there's not much Ankha can do to help in the current situation, but I'll do what I can.
As a reminder, since it was a while ago, Ankha gave Air Crystals to Becky, Braxton, and Ku'Hania. They're best used in case of an emergency e.g. when you're just about to run out of air.
Did Becky and Braxton' Spellcraft of 22 tell us anyhow about the h@t?
Ah right, apologies. It is magical, but doesn't seem to have any active magical abilities yet, beyond the faint whispering Braxton hears every now and then.
Before we get to the meeting with Ramona and the official start of Book Two (sidequest not include), the book assumes roughly 6 weeks have passed since the end of Book One. This means you had a chance to send any loot you wanted to get rid of and send gold to buy any orders for things you wanted to buy. The resupply ship arrived while you were down in the strange time bubble, so anything you wanted to buy has arrived!
I had mentioned this earlier, but don't think you actually sold/spent anything if I remember correctly.
I was thinking to sell the books and recording gem from here after we had copied down any useful information from them, but I didn't actually do so IC (or OOC).
2315 tridents
500 belt
220 platinum coins
75 silver mirror
100 GP Ioun stone creating kit
2500 GP 3 normal 2 metal books
500 recording gem diary
6210 total. Divided by 4 is 1552.5
I don't know how we want to divide loot. Braxton has 2050 GP in items from the +1 mithral shirt and the ring of protection. Ankha has 4657 from the +1 Seaborn Fauchard and the shield cloak. Ku'Hania has 602.5 from the +1 darkwood buckler. Beck's took the cloak of resistance so that's 500 GP.
@GM How many days of our 6 weeks downtime could Braxton have used to generate Capital for his tavern? Also did we ever crack the Bubble Vault open to see if anything was inside?

Most of it, I assume, will check the details on the rules tomorrow.
48 Capital, depending on how many days are available to work. A productive month-and-a-half off for Braxton. That's juuuuust enough Capital to build the entire pier (45 Capital) for half-off =) Although the time required is 68 vs the 42 we had available. Still, a good start. And if Braxton can convince the robo-ladies to work for him, he'll also have his first team.
From the description, I gather the bubble vault is only in pearl form when empty. It's definitely something we should keep, though, in the event we really need to hide something at some point.

Shouldn't the 220 Platinum be 2200gp? That would make the total 8,190.
If Ankha is forgoing a share this time around that would bring an even split to 2,730gp
So we have a consensus on selling stuff, and anything anyone wants to have ordered with their share, or anything anyone wants to claim before we set out again?
Also looks like there's still a potion we never got around to identifying.
During the downtime one of the things Ku'Hania would be doing it trying to pick up Azlanti (will put a skill point into linguistics for it next level up)
I agree with Braxton’s list for selling stuff. Someone (Braxton?) should claim the masterwork silver scimitar (otherwise sell it). Likewise with the Galleyblade of the Mariner (though the Freedom of Movement of ability is a keeper). Both would be better for someone other than Ankha.
I’m not sure where we got the unidentified potion from?
We might want to tack this to the campaign info tab (I differentiated colony needs missions and Pathfinder-related ones).
Mission checklist:
locating a quarry of stone
prospecting for precious metals or ore
flagging forests to establish lumber camps
aquatic humanoids/ other indigenous inhabitants
Abandoned Ulfen Settlement PF
Waterfall Cave PF
Sunken Laboratory PF
Crystal Monument PF
Ancient Observatory PF
For the life of me I can't find the post with the details of the Galleyblade. I think Pryson might be the only person with proficiency with a scimitar, and silver I'm sure will be useful at some point.
Let's finish up with anything anybody wants to claim/purchase and sell before we set out.
The dagger is actually the galleyblade of the mariner, a +1 dagger with two interesting qualities: three times a day as a move action the wielder can give themselves freedom of movement for a single round against water-based impairments. In addition, the wielder has a constant +5 to profession (cook) rolls when dealing with seafood of any type.
You found it on the chef’s station in the galley, fittingly enough.

Probably the worst thing about Braxton's build is that he can pretty much only use rapiers, so he won't be needing the MWK scimitar. We can sell that on the next ship back to civilization. Braxton will spend some golds on his pier but will otherwise save his doubloons for a +1 rapier.
GMotR, Braxton needs a team of laborer's to, you know, labour. Can he use the robo-ladies from the Ioun tower for that? I thought it would be a kinda cool way to keep 'em around. Give them something to do since crafting ioun stones seems to be out of the picture for the time being.
I think Ku'Hania could make good use of the Galleyblade if no one has any objections. The FOM vs water-based impairments makes sense, and having a close weapon to deal with being grappled is a good idea.

I forgot that MWK weapons can be permanently upgraded to magic weapons, so Braxton will have purchased a MWK rapier, pending the golds to permanently upgrade it to +1.
