I'm currently down 10, thanks to Adelmare. That's within a potion's amount of healing.
GM, do we get provisions for this mission?
According to This post There are five undamaged bottles of the minor elixir of life. Another crate holds ten bottles, five of which are holy water and the others are moderate alchemist’s fires.
Naturally, I skipped the elixir of life.

Yes, you would have gotten provisions. I believe I mentioned that in the first Discussion post. ;) Take it now if you didn't decide earlier. And yes, there were supplies in those crates in the other linked Gameplay post. Again, divvy them up or use a fair share's worth.

This should be a quick check to get some more background info and an easy Success.
Ahem, well, that was quick. Thanks, Signet.
They've just announced that So That’s Sotroz is in effect. This announcement warns the Table GMs that there are only "about 10 minutes" remaining in Act 2, and we should "Quickly resolve your encounter and wait for the House GM to read the announcement that completes Act 2."
But Act 3 is not scheduled to start until 10 Oct. So after doing this one, I guess we could start the combat encounter. Up to you, but there is a chance we may not finish.

Well, sorry. They advanced the timeline when they got enough successes.
On the bright side, everyone gets the benefits of a 1-hour rest AND a fresh set of Pathfinder Provisions (linked).
Your choices of missions are:
#1 Hospital Hustle = Skill Challenge
#2 Monkeying Around = Roleplay/Skill Challenge
#3 Gone but not Forgotten = Skill Challenge/Hazard
#4 Dispatching the Dispatch = Combat Encounter
#5 Etched in Wood and Metal = Hazard

Mrs. Crinkle wants to Monkey Around, mostly because that phrase is right up her alley. And she wants to bite things. How many missions will we get to do?
So my (possibly moot) vote is: 2 & 4, in any order, and I have no opinion on the rest.

I tried assigning point values to the votes, and what I came up with was doing the missions in this order:
#1 Hospital Hustle = Skill Challenge Done
Tied:
#2 Monkeying Around = Roleplay/Skill Challenge
#4 Dispatching the Dispatch = Combat Encounter
#3 Gone but not Forgotten = Skill Challenge/Hazard
Not gonna Happen unless you mow through the others:
#5 Etched in Wood and Metal = Hazard
Monkeying Around shouldn't take long, then we'll do the combat.
Act 3 is scheduled to end on Oct 30, or whenever the House gets enough individual mission Successes to move us along. But I'm confident we can get through these first 3, and then try to fit in Gone but not Forgotten.

I'll post this here as it's hard to fit into the flow of this combat:
"When the Gabbing Gossip condition is in effect, the PCs gain a +2 circumstance bonus on all attempts to use Deception, Diplomacy, Intimidation, and Stealth skill actions against members of the Red Mantis Dispatch until the end of the adventure due to being given copious amounts of information regarding their insecurities."
If you had done that mission, Khione would be following you around loudly narrating everything about your movements and the enemies'.

For a peek behind the GM Screen, here's what it says about the Disciple / ninjas:
Waves of Shame:
In the event that the characters defeat all of the Dispatch enemies for this mission in the very first round, GMs may optionally have a second wave of enemies enter the room using a “fast rope” technique from the ceiling or popping out of hidden floor compartments, as desired. When the PCs inevitably defeat this second wave, GMs should report two Mantis mission successes instead of one. The goal of this encounter is for each PC to feel powerful, having fun mopping up the less-experienced Dispatch forces.
So, admittedly, by the end of Round 1, there were still 2 Disciples left, though one was already bloodied. So I figured this party would rather have another round of combat versus going so quickly to another skill challenge.
Based on the earlier voting, the next challenge is to rescue Khione. The Announced Gabbing Gossip condition means that she's already been rescued enough times by the House. That's okay, as your Success on this will instead count towards the last Hostage that enough tables have not completed, but which you have already done (Monkeying Around).

My best would be Athletics at +12, then Acrobatics at +7. I'm worthless at the magic tradition skills (+0 or +1) and have no useful Lore skill.
@GM: Just out of curiosity, what type of check would "timing a fart" be? Athletics to force--no, wait. That's too juvenile. (Heehee!)

DC 20 successes using Acrobatics, Arcana, Athletics, Nature, Occultism, Religion, or a relevant Lore.
Acrobatics +8
Athletics +9
Religion +6

Let's do it this way. Since we know that Eltis, Shalosar and Signet will NOT be Lead, they can go ahead and roll their Aid checks. Note that since there are 3 Successes required by the Lead, anyone Aiding can make up to 3 checks to Aid.
Mrs. Crinkle, Adelmare, and Zenari can either roll to Aid or claim the Lead and roll. If one of them Leads before any or all of the others have rolled to Aid, I'll retcon the Lead rolls to include any Aids that matter.

            Announced Conditions:
Crimson Blessing: When the Crimson Blessing condition is in effect, the PCs gain the ability to, once before the end of the adventure, reroll their damage on a successful (or critical) Strike or a success (or critical success) using a spell with the attack trait as a free action. This applies once to each PC.
Stool Pigeon: When the Stool Pigeon condition is in effect, the PCs gain a +1 circumstance bonus to Armor Class and Saving Throws against members of the Red Mantis Dispatch until the end of the adventure thanks to intelligence regarding their tactics.
And other ones still in effect:
Gabbing Gossip: PCs gain a +2 circumstance bonus on all attempts to use Deception, Diplomacy, Intimidation, and Stealth skill actions against members of the Red Mantis Dispatch until the end of the adventure due to being given copious amounts of information regarding their insecurities.
Medical Cache: When the Medical Cache condition is in effect, each PCs gains an experimental medical alchemical item that functions on living, construct, and undead PCs. This item restores them to full Hit Points while also restoring 1 Focus Point one minute after being activated (but cannot be used during Encounter mode).

We can't start the final Hazard encounter in Act 3, so we'll just have to wait a day or two for the House to start Act 4. But to speed things along, here's the Mission options for Act 4:
Mission 1: Press the Advantage = Combat Encounter
Mission 2: Literal Pathfinding = Skill Challenge
Mission 3: Shut it Down! = Chase Encounter
Mission 4: House of Mirrors = Roleplay/Combat Encounter
Please rank order you choices.
Also, I'm pretty bad about keeping track of Hero Points, but I am supposed to hand out one at the start of Act 4. If anyone wishes to nominate someone, or if anyone is aware that they've used up all of theirs, please speak up.

I'm good for any order so i'll just be easy and agree with the red one. :)
I believe I still have 1 hero point as well and also agree that GrannyWolf should get both a hero point and a Razzie for her amazing performance of a digestive system gone haywire.

Since Mrs. Crinkle still has hers and the Signet is down to 1, I'll throw the shiny virtual coin across the table to chadius and the Carnelian Signet.
Zenari didn't vote, and Adelmare abstained. I tallied vote-points and the math supports just going in the order that Signet suggested.
FWIW, we weren't scheduled to start Act 4 until 30 Oct. We'll certainly have time to get through the first 2 and probably the third missions before we get to.... whatever comes next.
