The worst thing about panic is that it causes you drop whatever you're holding along with running away from the enemy.

Relgar, not understanding how something works isn't exactly the same thing as being "rail-roaded." Also, Relgar was not prevented from moving, he was just merely returned to the center of the grove at the beginning of this round. I'm actually being nice by returning you to the grove this round, because you'll at least be able to help your allies out. If you'd prefer, I can just have you return to the grove at the end of the combat.
Despite being a gnome sorcerer and knowing that the party is currently in what is the most magical and chaotic plane in existence, Relgar is absolutely FLABERGASTED by something magic happening. But then he gets over it and follows up by doing something that is impossible for most people and casts a spell. The bolt strikes the wounded hunter, leaving it standing but looking very weak.

Alecto finishes with great difficulty pronouncing the memorized command words and summons: 1d3 ⇒ 2 terrible fire dogs (hell hounds) that immediately rush to tear apart one of the members of this Wild Hunt.

Alecto summons forth two lanky red wolfs with burning eyes and bone white claws. The two beasts bite at Clortho, but neither of them manage to hand a hit on the goat legged hunter. Alecto has a bit better luck and manages to sweep him off his feet.
The charge penalty didn't help the hellhounds, but it does lower his CMD as well and that made all the difference.

Sorry Bahram, but the trees would count as difficult terrain, so Double Move it is. Also, I don't believe that elixir's of fire breath are affected by spell resistance, but yes, everyone may as well roll SR against these guys. They do all have some level of SR.
Jack runs through the woods and gets up in the face of Clortho, but doesn't have a chance to swing an axe before the hunter can react. Jilla decides to be proactive and move into range to breath fire all over the lead hunter. He rolls out of the way, but still gets his tail singed by the fire.

Here's a caster level check for the elixir of fire breath just in case it is needed. (my guess is no because the elixir affects me and then I just breath out normal fire three times, but I could see an argument the other way)

I double moved everyone panicking, so a double move will get you back to where Adowyn dropped her bow. Adowyn can also command Leryn, who luckily didn't have anything to drop when they panicked. Also, did Adowyn cast feather step on herself or the wolf? That will help moving through those trees.

If it would still be up from the fight vs. the fungus flower, Adowyn cast Feather Step on herself. If you're talking about the prep for this fight the answer is neither; she cast Aspect of the Falcon on herself. I assume Leryn is also a double move which is why I thought it would be this round's actions to get them both back to where they were with no actions remaining between them.

One of the hellhounds manages to bite the goat footed hunter, but its teeth fail to pierce their flesh. The flames rolling out of it's mouth seems to bother it though. Jack swings his axe and ends up hitting the dirt where Clortho was just lying.
After playing his panpipes, both hellhounds turn and flee. The music also seems to have affected one of his allies as well. As one of the hounds turns and runs away, Clortho slams his horns into it's flank.

Holmes smacks Xox as they run away, then picks up the hunter's bow and moves closer to the rest of the group. Jilla breathes a blast of fire and Jack swings his axe at Clortho at the same time. The goat legged hunter ducks in time to avoid the worst the fire and the axe doesn't quite bite into his flesh as deeply as it should, but the damage he's taken is starting to take its toll.

Alecto moves to a better position to attack and again her hand-vine rushes to the foe's feet.

Relgar leaps off of Gregor as he senses that his mount will bolt. He keeps a low profile (Total Defence) as is heavily wounded and out of usable spells.
As his mount is medium sized he will take no damage from leaping off of his mount. He wants to be prone anyways so no need for any fancy riding manuevers like soft fall or quick dismount. Relgar is now Prone and taking the Total Defence action.
Gregor flies low and away from Clortho trying to maximise the distance between them.
"He will be back shortly. I hope."

Alecto once again knocks Clortho to the ground with her viny appendages. Meanwhile Relgar jumps off his panic stricken mount and then dives onto his belly to avoid getting hit by any more arrows. Meanwhile Gregor does fly away as fast as his leathery wings will allow him.
It doesn't really matter what size your mount is, its 1d6 damage if you *fall* off your mount. Its the same whether you are riding a Gargantuan sized Brontosaurus or somehow riding on the back of a Tiny sized beetle. But not really relevant to this situation, since Relgar can spare the move action needed to dismount anyways.

Ronronne shouts out "Clortho, you incompetent fool! How do you think you can lead us when you can't even stay standing on your own two feet." The rat-cat faced hunter aims their bow at the downed Clortho, but then decides at the last second to shift their aim back to Jilla. Its not a good shot, though and sails at least a full foot over the gnome's head.

Also forgot, everyone who passed the Will save last round for the first time is still shaken for 1 round. At this point, though, only Adowyn needs to worry about it.

Then from his stomach the hunter lashes at her feet with his polearm. The broken off hook on the back catches her on the ankle but she is able to kick it away before he can knock her off her feet.

Alecto's beautiful face, made of flowers, expresses rage and nothing else. Something like a hard smile appears on her face when she hears the howling of her hellhounds. The hunt continues. And you won't get up. Literally in a moment, the hell hounds return, blazing with fire and cruelty. Alecto waits for the dog to get between her and the attacker, then moves away to another opponent. She doesn't say anything special, only multicolored petals, like splashes, fly from her palms into foe's face.
