Whitley Pilwicken is a Time Oracle with the Powerless Prophecy curse. He is an old Gnome, with a frail but hardy build. He often times acts like your stereotypical nice old guy on the street corner, dishing out stories from his youth that may (or may not) be true.
Sirrus is a cryptic new to Phaeselis, fresh from Athens. He's young with intelligent eyes that always seem to be looking around and evaluating.
Toc is an orc on a holy mission. Equipped with what he believes to be his God's blessed hammer, he is following prophetic dreams that the 'answers' lie under the city. He has been working in a foundry, breaking rocks and working bellows.
