Jarith is going to wait and see if Cherie and Bo destroy Yellow so he has a clear path to get to Rosa. Even still, he won't be able to heal her until next round.

Rosa seems to have a hero point left, so she's bound to survive for a round at least.
I have a lesser healing potion in a retrieval prism, so I can get Rosa up in a single round by jumping down and administering it to her if it comes down to it. I'll go for that later if Rosa ends up using her hero point to Avoid Death.
My plan for next round is to try take Orange down.

Quite alright, I have been down for the count most of this week with illness myself.

Another option is, if Rosa's failed recovery check would have brought her to dying 3, then save the hero point and wait for one of the other characters to stabilize or otherwise remove her dying condition this round. If, for some reason, they fail to do that and she goes from dying 3 to dying 4 next round, then use the hero point for heroic recovery.
Using the hero point now will remove her dying condition but she will still be at 0 hp and unconscious. She will have no action advantage doing that. If someone else heals her before next round, then she gets to keep the hero point.
Of course, if this failed check already brought her to dying 4, forget what I said and use the hero point. :)

Wow, despite the crit I'd say Bo got lucky with all those misses!
I'm waiting until Bo has taken his turn to do mine. Can't speak IC right now due to being middle of casting but for, uh, obvious reasons, I'd love
for Bo to stride away a bit from the zombies.

For a recall knowledge check, should I have declared? I'm a little confused about some actions.

![]() |

You did declare the recall knowledge Here
Unfortunately you had failed the check so gained no knowledge.

Typical, for the way this game is going for her. :) Thanks.

You can always jump the edge. Just keep in mind the height markers for damage.

@Cherie- I think you might be a bit confused by devise a stratagem or maybe I am missing something. Normally Devise a Stratagem works as follows:
Devise a Stratagem: 1d20 ⇒ 2
Attack 1: 2 + 7 = 9
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 3
So in the case of your last attack it should be:
Devise a Strategy Yellow: 1d20 ⇒ 11
Attack Orange: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8 This should instead just be 11+7 to hit for 18.

No, I understand how it works. I thought the AC on the zombies was higher, so I figured I missed it.

![]() |

Sounds good Cherie! Though there isn't much of a choice in not using it.
If you Strike the chosen creature later this round, you must use the result of the roll you made to Devise a Stratagem for your Strike's attack roll instead of rolling.

This might be a good time to use school consumable healing potions if we can't reach full HP via Treat Wounds.
I don't have one to share unfortunately since I went for a scroll of dispel magic instead...

@Tyranius
I was so excited about finally getting a good roll I overlooked the second attack details. Thanks for the correction.

![]() |

All good, it is a different breed of class to keep track of. That is for sure.

![]() |

Nope, just 1. The other two explosions only affected the Captain and his mount.

The game has been reported into Gameday. The Chronicle Link is below. Please look them over for any errors so that I can get the corrected quickly.

Chronicle looks good. Thanks for GMing this interesting scenario.

Thanks for the game, was reading the chronicle, and noticed the PC number is off, should be 2002 instead of 2001
Had fun playing, still trying to get used to forums instead of just discord

Chronicle has been updated Bo.
