Friends, I’ve very badly injured my hand today and can’t move it. I’ve had many stitches. I’m typing this with only one hand.

On the other note, we are at the end of the scenario. I would like to thank you all for playing! I really enjoyed your team and your posts. As always I do appreciate feedback, so please smite me with it.

I will do the chronicles in a minute, so stay tuned. And we will start the second scenario beginning with an introduction and a bit of RP to get you up to speed, and give time for Grog to level up.

Regarding a 6th player, I'm flexible. Either way works for me.

This scenario seems like it could be ripe for more RP than we as a group took advantage of. Though to be fair, issues of ancestral/racial prejudice can be fraught with misunderstandings, especially via PbP. It seems like this scenario could benefit from being played FtF, with a conversation before and after about expectations, assumptions, reactions, etc. That said, I think our group did a good job of avoiding those pitfalls, and GM Farol did a good job of playing the hobgoblins as just regular people who were genuinely interested in learning new things.

Back from my con. Chronicle looks fine. Should be able to level Grog up over the next day or two. I smartly took tomorrow off so might get him done then.

Well I'm a doofus. I put down 3 for Meadow's level instead of 4. I think I was looking at an older character sheet at the time I filled that out. She's actually 4th level so she should have received 64 gold and instead of 38 and her earn income should be 2.4 instead of 1.6. Would you fix that for me please, Farol?

The game is reported now, that was my 9th table, so the next game will be one of the three (which I am currently GM'ing) that will give me my first glyph.

So regarding this scenario, it is a short one, it has only two fights and some skill checks. It does put pressure on RP'ing, but does it more naturally for f2f games, like: 'here you travel for 4 days, use it as an opportunity to talk with the Hobgoblins'. This is all fine with me, but I would have to either 'build' some mechanics around it, or ideally I would prefer if the scenario provide one for that. I really like this scenario it is different and has a distinct feel, Iolite squad is interesting and between the 4 NPC's you can find one or two that resonate with you (as a GM) so they can be played.

The topic of prejudice is present and is especially visible since the two nations were at war, which never makes things simple, I tried to keep it rather light and present as a blocker that can be overcome. I struggled a bit with pushing more Hobgoblin features, but I have trouble finding them They are very military-oriented folk, they have an aspect of slight disdain for goblins but at the same time Iolite's squad stays very professional. They do have a dislike for magic that I haven't brought very strongly and I could have.

Anyway, thank you for playing, good like Meadow in your future endeavors!. I will post that we are searching 6th player in 3-4 lvl range.

Ok folks, Outpost was announced it will start on 6th of March. I am honestly not sure if we finish the scenario on time. We may, we may not. If for someone playing their character during Outpost is crucial the safest would be for them to step away from this game. Since we haven't started it is not an issue.

we have 7 weeks before outpost, and this scenario has a lot of free form in it. I don't think it is a particularly long one, but at the same time, I don't want to rush it.

So please let me know your thoughts.

I am also fine. Between my many PFS characters and my SFS ones I think i'll be OK. :)

Since this is a new scenario, per the Organized Play Community Standard, I would like to know if each character would be ok being hit by splash damage from Argoni's bombs. I won't use it near someone who is down.

Since this is a bit legalistic, I'd prefer if everyone answered, but I would also understand if you've answered before and have no change to your stance.

Anyway i don't see the logic in Paizo's monsters. PCs have 22ish AC and mobs have +15 to hit or more. What's the point of playing a melee, nothing can survive this unless the GM is super unlucky.
