[dice=Stabilization]1d20+2-2 vs. DC 10 => Success!
@GM Nowruz:
No problem. I just did not realize that Kurik had also the disabled condition (but I did look up staggered - you do not injure yourself when taking a standard action if you're just staggered).
Anyhow, my first mistake was moving to the wrong position. I wanted to have a distance of 35 feet to the greatclub guy but miscounted the first diagonal as two squares instead of one... *facepalm*** spoiler omitted **
** spoiler omitted **...
Sorry that I did not make this clearer in my post. :-( But you could have smacked the barbarian properly so it was worth a try!!

No hard feelings - bad rolls (either from or for the party) happen.
I'm just a little sad that - still being level 1 - Kurik has not lay on hands yet... :-/And it was definitely worth a try
to drop the big bad greatclub-guy. ;-)

For some reason, I had it in my head that administering a potion to an unconscious person was a move action, no idea why I thought that when drinking a potion yourself is a standard action. Turns out, it is a full round action. Do we want to try to get one of our downed members back up, or should I not worry about that and continue lobbing rocks instead? I asked Petro to take the potion to give to Stiggur because I don't think I have enough room to get adjacent to him, but if Petro could move or if there is enough room for me to get adjacent I don't mind taking a round to do that.

Stiggur stabilized this round, so I think you should continue throwing rocks to keep the brute down.
Hopefully, the cleric will run out of cure spells in a few rounds...

I decided to bot Skommot to keep things going.
Zandu, you're up! I keep my fingers crossed for your attack roll...

Information for after the battle (which we hopefully win):
If someone puts Kurik in positive HP, he can easily heal the others with his wand of CLW.

Thanks for running this scenario, GM Nowruz! :-)
I want to rebuild Kurik as long he is Level 1 - this was his second scenario.
The changes must be signed off by a GM on a chronicle sheet.
It's just the deity, a trait and a skillpoint - so nothing complicated (mechanical-wise). ;-)
Should I send you a PM or post the changes here?

![]() |

Ah, I forgot about these... done.

![]() |

You can free retrain any time before a character plays their 4th scenario, right? This was Zandu's 3rd scenario. If I want to do any rebuilding, do I need to do so on this chronicle sheet, or can I do it on my 4th chronicle sheet if I announce prior to game start? I am reasonably certain I want to tweak a few things, but not positive yet.

Thanks for running the game GM Nowruz it was great! Stiggur, Zandu, Kurik, Petro and Skommot thank you all for being great companions, and hope to see you all again in some different PFS scenario! :)

Good game, everyone! Hope to see you soon in another game!
@Petro:
Shall we roll a d2 to see whose alchemist's fire got used against the bats?
1 - Kurik
2 - Petro
We never said who used it first - and one hit was enough to kill the swarm...

![]() |

ill take the hit...save your money
That's actually something a Paladin would say... ;-)
Thank you! :-D

@GM Nowruz:
Kurik wants to use his downtime to try and check a silver crusade goal.
He needs to roll a DC 16 Diplomacy check to organize a charity event.
Diplomacy: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11
Well, that could have gone better... :-/

![]() |

Kurik, you do not need to roll but can just take 10 so you can mark that as a success.
Thank you! I still got a lot to learn, it seems...

Do I need to have my level up tracked on a chronicle sheet and signed off on by a GM? Or do I just level up as I normally would, and only track retraining on the chronicle sheet?

![]() |

Yes, I did that, just wasn’t sure if I also needed to put into the last column all the information about the level up I’m getting after this game. Do I need to track on a chronicle sheet all my second level choices?

As far as I know: No.

My chronicle looks good. Thank you, Nowruz!
Thanks, everyone - I had fun! :-)

Is it too late to change the goal? (As there is no chance to fail with take 10, I can attempt it another time. )
We did defeat a divine spellcaster with an evil deity in the last encounter (even if Kurik was unconcious most of the combat).
What was the CR of the dwarven cleric?
