The more I think about it the less I think this is the boss. Her damage is way to small and her spells are all delay tactics that seem more meant to suck up resources. But since I am metagaming to come to that conclusion, Tally would not know that and I am still going to play it as if he thinks this is the end-game to escaping the place. Of course, I am a little nervous about what he might find on the other side, particularly if he arrives there ahead of the others and since most of his resources have, indeed, been sucked up.
Damien. Pretty sure Necromancy school does not get the dart. That is my recollection from experience and 60 second search result as well.

Personally, I think the GM has been treating us with kid gloves. He's hinted that she's at least 10th level or hit dice (see the Ear Piercing Scream she originally hit Damien with). Whoever wrote this part of the AP is seriously effed up, I mean who throws a flying creature with spell resistance at a group of 4th level characters.
Also as Reedreaper has said, this is her domain and she's holding it together by force of will so I don't think you're going to find a way out over the hedge. If you want to metagame you rolled an 18 on your Climb check and didn't make any progress.
The only way out is through so we are going to have to take her out first. So it's time to nut up or shut up.

Acid Splash is a 0 level Sorcerer/Wizard spell. It's from the Conjuration school so it isn't from one of my opposition schools so there's nothing prohibiting me from using it.
It's just as a zero level spell I instinctively thought it would require SR.

She is mostly defense and you have picked up on a portion of that. Going to take some effort to bring her down. She has one horrid attack the pdf does not state that she uses. I plan to use that if possible.

Yikes. Failure to climb on a nat 20, the doors are impervious, and the hedge is impervious. OK, I get the hint. There is no getting out without defeating Mictena.
They can be climbed but not with a +3.

Tally is -2 to saves and Stephan is -2 to AC. Neither affects climbing.

With aid is it possible and would it take more than one round of climbing, (in which case aiding is moot)? How high is that hedge anyway?

I'm currently a tad forced to not attack our very festive lady at the moment, so it might be a tad difficult at the moment to help in that sense. I'll get a play post once at work and available. I'm getting ideas to use concerning this spell more often, lol.

That was my last one unfortunately, so no more healing myself for the rest of this sleep cycle! (Which means everything is about to hurt more, but it will break the Calm Emotions effect!)
As Damien is somewhat distracted by this kiss of death, Tally and Walhart both have turns this round.
There is an easy quick fix to Damien's problem. You will face palm if you do not deduce the resolution.

The gazebo question is for the nice building Mictena was in earlier, as I know that some are sometimes fenced around the inside base such as this Non Fenced vs Fenced. Sorry for any confusion!

From what I can tell it is Reedreeper's turn and you never put an arrow next to Damien so if you are saying it is his turn I would not blame him for not taking it.

Of course with his armor it might be difficult to land a decent punch.

Seriously, Damien, hit Walhart with one of those acid splashes. With a touch attack you have a good chance of hitting him while I would have less than a 50% chance.
I do not see life link kicking in this round. Damien is -5 but one of those is in the spectral hand which makes it 4.

I guess we put him on bot mode until the fight is over then find a replacement. I'm OK with replacing him now if that is the preference.

Fitting someone new in in the middle of a fight might be problematic. I say just bot Stephan until this is over. That would give us proper time to get a replacement player.
