The newly formed hobgoblin nation of Oprak has reached out to the Pathfinder Society in the name of diplomacy. Mindful of the aid Oprak could provide against the threat of the Whispering Tyrant, the Society has dispatched the PCs to escort a trial squad of hobgoblin recruits and run them through some in-the-field Pathfinder training. Will the Iolite Squad be the first in a new wave of Pathfinders, or are Oprak’s attempts at diplomacy doomed to go up in smoke?

Yo! It's Emdi. I think I saw you at my rave last week, the one in the abandoned warehouse? That was sick, wasn't it? Downright sick!
Oh, not you? Well, you should come sometime. We usually meet up by the docks, if we can't find a space there, we'll send someone to the docks to walk you to wherever it is. If you know dancing lights there's no cover. It's a silver otherwise, but only if you can afford it. Nobody gets turned away.
What? Oh, right, there was something about a hobgoblin army or something? I'm happy to help. I was trained in the Nidalese army but, um, *mumbles* creative differences and such.
Anyway, I'm pretty good with the bow and I'm okay with the glaive, but mostly I just try to keep people from getting hurt. I love meeting new people, and I've never met a hobgoblin before.

“As a priest of Nethys, I am versed in all things magical and I think I would be able to help train potential new recruits. I’ve had the opportunity to study Thassilonian ruins, and held several conferences on that subject and magic at the Grand Lodge.”
Hi,
Is there a slot still available?
I would join with that character, a level 3 cleric.
