D'oh... hoping for flat footed

The little demon was definitively not expecting this. The shot flew right in its direction and it saw it too late. It thumped against its chest, bypassing all its outworldish defenses.

Init:

Enemies: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (13) + 4 = 17

Dolgrin: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11

Rooke: 1d20 ⇒ 8

Izumi acts first, then demon, then everyone else.

Izumi steps up and let's go a cold iron sling bullet...

1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4 for 1d4 ⇒ 1

These sort of rolls are becoming comically consistent

She then rotates back to allow others a chance.

The little demon lets out a shriek of pain and says a command in that awful language.

Abyssal:

"Get them you useless bags of meat!"

At its command, two of those horrific creatures with tiny hands on their chins (I mean, WTF is up with that...) come out rushing up wooden stairs to meet the group. A voice comes out of the air with another command. This is when the group realizes the little creature has become invisible again.

Abyssal:

"Wait, let them come to you."

Party's up.

Of course, of course

Izumi's charge is dodged by the creature, as is Dolgrin's bolt. Up in the air, somewhere, a chanting begins. And the creatures begin trying to surround Izumi. One of them (red) attacks her and the other attacks Rooke, trying to get in a flanking position.

Izumi's charge into air left her prone to attack, so the creature bites her on the arm and claws her leg. It's painful. Meanwhile, Rooke is scratched by a claw in his ear. Izumi, take 9 combined damage and Rooke, take 5 damage. Both of you, make a Will DC 12 save.

Both Izumi and Rooke manage to severely cut their respective monsters. Meanwhile, the chanting stops and that same big bad wolf appears next to Dart, attacking him. Meanwhile, the little demon reappears shooting a ray at Izumi. The group can see that the wound from Dolgrin's bolt is regenerating. The two monsters resume their attacks on their respective targets.

Dart, the wolf appears before the little demon reappears, so you would provoke to cast your cantrip (or cast it defensively)

The little demon shoots a bolt that hits Izumi straight in the chest. It's a familiar feeling. As a consequence, the creature attacking her is impressed and only scratches the wall next to her. Izumi, take 4 Str damage. You can make a Fort save DC 13 for half. You still have 1 leftover from yesterday.

The big bad wolf bites Dart hard, drawing much blood. It tried bringing him down on the floor, but most of its strength was on the bite so it failed. Dart, take 7 damage.

Meanwhile, Rooke takes another weak bite from the creature fighting him and starts feeling sick. Rooke, take 3 damage. Make a Fort save DC 12.

@Dart: You forgot to add the wounds threshold and fighting defensively penalties. Also, I thought your alignment was good and it's not. The wolf's attack did 2 damage less than what I said last round. Sorry.

Dolgrin and Dart gang up on the wolf, but it evades all attacks. It turns to Dolgrin to attack the dwarf. Meanwhile, Izumi manages a deep cut on the creature attacking her and it is very hurt. Rooke, on the other hand, fails to hurt it.

@Rooke: Did you heal for 2 as well? I think you are entitled to.

He did. With the 2 hp, he only was injured for 1hp out of the 3 dmg. The Dice Gods are angry!!

Round 5
Will DC 12: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Rooke falls to the sinspawn onslaught. FU<K! They rolled well!
Stablize: 1d20 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 - 1 = 19

From his prone position, Dolgrin's hammer goes after the wolf's underside.

Attack, inspire, prone, grazed, flank: 1d20 + 3 + 1 - 4 - 1 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 3 + 1 - 4 - 1 + 2 = 16
damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (4) + 3 + 1 - 1 = 7

Two things. @Rooke: With the wounds threshold, you stay disabled until you reach -ConMod instead of 0. So you are disabled and only fall unconscious (thus having to roll stabilize) at -2. Which means you can still act, although performing a standard action makes you lose 1 HP. And you can keep that 19.

@Dolgrin: Dart killed the wolf, so you can redirect that fury someplace else.

Woot! Dart did something right!!

Dart breathes a sigh of relief as the wolf is dispatched and Dolgrin is no longer in peril from it. "Shelyn be praised," he puffs, breathing heavily, a result of his wounds and his physical exertion.

Waiting on confirmation from Dolgrin's action. He can get up, 5ft step and attack one of the monsters.

Seeing the wolf disappear under Dart's spear, Dolgrin stands up and steps up to attack his original target.

using above rolls to attack red

I messed up. I'm also waiting on confirmation by Rooke. @Dolgrin: Why did you subtract 1 from your damage?

If Rooke does anything but move, he takes damage right? The caydenite will hobble away from the danger if he can.
