You can communicate with the ship. I think we have lost Xin's player.
The alien installation's reactors are on their last legs. The computer was probably operating in an extremely limited capacity until the Federation scientists discovered it and connected it to the research installation's power systems. Then those systems went down until Nettlox and team fixed them. So that whole power system is a hodge podge right now, but the computer could be powered indefinitely if a team stayed here to maintain the facility. Of course, that would expose them to the drones and the murderous computer.

Sobek nods, "Excellent, Captain. I recommend we place a quarantine beacon to warn other ships away from the planet lest they become entwined with the computer below. My preference would be to launch a spread of photon torpedoes, but, given time, the problem will take care of itself."

The Captain says, "Mr. Sobek, launch the quarantine beacon. It sometimes can be easy to be callous when invoking the Prime Directive. It may have been interesting to see what kind of knowledge that computer has stored within it. But it is a sentient computer doing what all other sentient beings do when trying to survive."
She looks at the view screen and says, "Open up a channel to Starfleet Command."

She then continues while waiting for the Admiral to respond, "It is possible for a colleague ship to come back and save this being from extinction and maybe Starfleet can have a mutually beneficial relationship."
She then turns to Cooper and says, "Mr. Barstow, have the coordinates to the nearest Starbase queued up and ready to go."
She then turns to Mr. Nettlox and says, "Would it be possible to upload that computer in isolation to the Amity without corrupting our systems from here?"
