Bless. Doesn't stack with Flagbearer but doesn't require being within 30' of Dawa.

Almaas uses the orb to also cast align weapon GOOD on his bow and Tachonius falcata.
I hope that I understand the spell rage correctly but because it has a duration of concentration plus rounds/lvl Almaas could cast the spell on himself via the orb and concentrate on it until combat begins so that at this point in time the rounds per level start ticking. If that is correct then he would do that.
