Can't wait to get started! It looks like we've attracted all the finest people.
Hey, I'm still doing my crunch (so don't look under my skirts. Yet.) but I've got some leeway. Are there any skills or languages that we need but don't have?
Also.
I've never played a bard before.
Also. I've been of the opinion that the entire bard class, from AD&D onward, is perpetually underpowered, and could be over-shadowed by another class doing the same thing but better. (i.e. I'd throw away all of a 3E's bard powers for one Haste spell.)
But.
But I've been thinking on the 5E bard and...I'm ready to open my mind to it. So far it looks very very versatile and utilitarian. Mind you, a lot of it depends on NOT duplicating what the party is already doing. (And it helps that we already have a rogue so I don't have to worry about that entire wheelhouse!)
Oh! Hey, Katla...you have Word of Healing listed twice, under 2nd level spells. You might owe yourself another spell? (Might I suggest Lesser Restoration?)

What kind of wealth level are we looking at? (As much as 5E is very good about starting equipment, there are a few minor items I need to complete my accouterments (like, say, a breastplate) so if I could start with a wee bit o' coin, that would be very helpful.
We are equipment light. Start with normal starting equipment. You can upgrade armour to medium if Valor bard. You can take studded leather if not.
Level 4.
Any normal equipment is fine to add after than but don't add 20 alchemist fires and 20 holy waters.

The large half-orc picks up the half-elf's gear and starts looking through it for anything valuable.

You know, one PbP tool I've come across is something called the Two Day Rule. It basically means that if someone hasn't posted in 2 days, everyone accepts that it's okay to bot them because Life Happens. (For everything else, there's Visa.)
I'd just like to say that that is fine with me. If I'm caught up with something, I'd feel -terrible- if I held everything up. So, yeah, if you haven't heard from me and you're waiting for me for 48 hours, by all means just make something up and carry on!
Part of it was I was and still am a bit sick... nothing major. I was okay waiting a day to clarify.
Still here. I've been dead tired every day as I beat back this second flu/cold.

Guys, I am just beat to hell... not sure if it's a relapse of my earlier flu which wiped me out then or a new strain of crap.
I have a few days off coming up in a few days. If I can't get it together then I'm going to re-evaluate my online gaming.

2nd Covid test as negative and I'm slowly recovering energy
Just a quick note to say that I'm still here, but I'm working on cleaning out and reclaiming my man-cave (which has become a household storage/dumping ground). This is a lengthy process (as a couple of my bookshelves had broken and I got replacements). Anyway, I will try to update as possible, but please be patient if waiting on me, or bot me if I am holding things up. This should be done by next week.
I am about to take 4-5 days off work. I'll get things back on track.

I am... I am back to playing more regularly here. Up until recently I felt anxiety just looking at this and my other GM game.
I ran my first table top session in MONTHS this week. It was weak sauce but it was a step forward. We all enjoyed it nonetheless.
I am back at night school.
On the flip side, I'm on the edge of losing my job.
I'm sitting off both my GM PbP games for a little while yet.
