Recruitment is open for this game, which occurs as parts of PbP Gameday VIII! This is a public game, so the first 6 legal PFS characters posted will be accepted. I'd prefer to play high subtier, so level 3-5 characters preferred, but if you want to bring a level 1 you can. Please post using the profile of the PC you wish to play.
Expectations:
* everyone will post a minimum of once a day, with a detailed post that includes any combat contingencies;
* if you'll be away, you can provide me with standard operating procedure to 'bot your PC for you';
* this is a group game, so characters that work well in a group are best. :)

Personally, I prefer interesting characters with backstories, since those can really come out in a PbP game. If you just wanna roll dice, that's cool too, but if you give me story to work with I will give you story back.
Full disclosure: I wrote one of the quests in this scenario.
Game begins on August 26th. I will get the appropriate threads set up this week. We have a local con the weekend of Aug 23-25 so the starting post may go up sooner.

I'm interested, if there's still room at the table, but I'm afraid I've only got this 1st-level character available at the moment (and I need to apply her latest chronicle, though that shouldn't take too long to sort out). I know you said you'd prefer to play high subtier, so I don’t mind making room for someone else if you're finding enough people to fill out a table of level 3-5 folks.
Most of my higher subtier characters are previously engaged but I do have quite a few low-subtier characters I could contribute to the quest:
- Female human Cloistered cleric of Arshea 2
- Male leshy staff magus 1
- Male human hunter 1 (with SPECIAL BONUS Moose animal companion!)
- Female sylph wizard 1
- Human dude (time) oracle 1
- Male tengu ranger 2
- Female half-human fighter 1
- Female human-looking monk 1/unchained rogue 1
- Male mostly-orc fighter 2
- Human kid unchained summoner 1 (Along with his various 'summons' and favorite eidolon--Katachu!)
For the higher-tier I have:
- Female human wizard (evoker) 2/gunslinger (musket master) 2
- Female human wizard (evoker) 4 (she might be 5th level by the start of the game)
Hi folks - it looks like we have a consensus for high subtier. Willow, I'll have to take you up on your offer and stick with high subtier for this game. There are other games still on the GameDay VII thread that are taking players, though.
I also received one recruitment by PM from GM Nowruz, so they're in as well.
Please post to the attached Discussion thread with the avatar of the PC you'll be playing. I want to look over everything so I know what to expect.
