About Sticky "Jay", Refer Magus

"Dude, I'm gonna be totally blunt with you. I think you are out of your gourd, man." ~Sticky Jay's reaction to the suggestion of an all-leshy game.

Jay was accidentally brought into being by this really tripped-out-looking Dude who was wearing a bath robe, shorts, and sandals. The Dude originally named him Absalom Thunder Skunk, but Sticky Jay wasn't having any of it. He gave himself the much more reasonable title of Sticky Jerome ("Jay" to his friends) Spliff and then cut out of that scene as soon as his legs came online.
Jay set off on a quest to live his best life couch-surfing among those people friendly to herb-kind. Constantly on guard for those who would seek to smoke him, Jay wanders the world seeking out fun and adventure, (which he finds every Toilsday at 8pm EST/9pm CST and MST in forty-odd minute intervals interspersed with commercials on CBS).
