Ugh - just not going to get work done today. So the Ash Giant has to walk to the end/edge of the Stinking Cloud; it can't be 5-feet away from the edge and see us. Ipso facto that means on its turn - to see us - we must see it. That would have altered my actions so far, but moving forward I will Ready an Action, "When I see the ash giant at the edge of the Stinking Cloud" In addition to that, if I missed it in my post, I take a five foot step in any direction so the ash giant can't pinpoint my direction.

Indeed Keri didn't cast Liberating Command as Sparky was already free. Boros however isn't grappled as the Mosquito had to double move to get to him. Sparky however did already try to escape the grapple, so no need to delay as he already had his action.
Boros, Tree and Narayan are still up!

Ok, I'll ignore your flavor text and won't expose you to the Ash Leprosy. I've seen people do things like this and then use the blood as a weapon, which is also a possibility (although risky and quite evil).
