Alright, Illyiana has been living in the Expanse for the last year. Not originally from this area, she was inadvertently tricked to travel here and then stranded. Since then, she's been scraping by a living by offering her services as a tracker and hunter to those that need it.

Continual Recovery lets you Treat Wounds once every 10 minutes instead of once an hour. Since you only have Religion and Medicine at expert or better, the skill feats are your disposal are rather limited.

You could also go for Quick Recognition, so you can recognize Religious spells as a reaction.

And last but not least, there's Toughness. Boring, but more HP is more HP.
