Gyrthr finishes his meal. "We shouldn't tarry too long. I don't want to be last ones to the meeting."

Svanna makes a few gestures to Gyrthr, then shrugs.

"Svanna seems to think we will be anyway and apologizes," Gyrthr explains. "But the others will wait for us, like it or not."

Of course we will and that's fine cuz we'll have SWEETS!!

"Oh, dear."

She gives Laenid her pouty lip, "What? What'd I say?"

"Nothing. I'm just bracing myself for the eventual outpouring of energy."

She bats her eyelashes innocently, "Whooo Meee?" Jin then giggles again as she anxiously awaits the promised treats.

Toska nods and chuckles. ”I don’t doubt that. Breakfast was wonderful, Svanna.” he says while limiting himself to only one plate.

Svanna nods at Toska and gathers the plates after Auric finishes his second helping.

"I better get ready," Auric says. "I bet it's cold outside."

Are you ready already Toska, or do you have to get ready too? Just curious.

Hitome grins at Toni's response, before turning to focus on the former Summoner of their House.

"Probably. But if it's not it's always easier to remove layers than add."

He has Endurance so he just slept in his armor.

Ahhhhh, neat. I don't know if I even wear armor. Hold on, let me check. I can't remember. Lol

Yep, Light Armor.

"I see," the Midwife remarks. "Hopefully, it's nothing too serious."

"Well see, judgement is still out."

"This is Drago, the former Szef," Toni answers. "Drago, this is the Summoner of House Zakharov, Jin, and her Midwife, Hitome."

She glances at Malyoxa before turning back to Hitome. "I can tell Malyoxa did too. You hit the bottle a little hard."

Drago bowed his head, "Greetings." However, in the back of his mind, Chalandra's words repeated. They are not what you think they are. Pushing them aside, he then asked Toni, "Are we expecting any more?"

Now that's some hardcore paranoia. Lol Don't feel bad, you can't help who your mother was.

He was raised by the mother of all evil....just about....but he was the only one she named after someone she loved and that she didn't abandon....so that has to say something. Don't worry dude, I got the same paranoid pants to get glad in. LOL Sorry....no sleep.

"Two more Summoners and Midwives," Toni answers Drago.

Auric gets bundled up and waits by the door for the others.

Yulia brings a variety of scones and muffins to the table. "Would anyone care for something to drink? Tea, hot chocolate, coffee?"

FYI Jin, that was a line from her letter about the Eidolons. It wasn't a comment on you.

Drago was counting chairs to make sure they had enough when Yulia asked. "I'll take a tea my Sweet," He replied as he took a seat.

I know....it's not like I know you. This does not mean we're related. Your father was never in Jin Zhao, I was just......convenient? I don't know how all this works, but I'm not your little anything. I'm only Laenid's little sugar dumpling. Right Laenid?

Jin's eyes get really big and puppy-like, "You have hot chocolate Ms. Yulia? Ooooooo.....can I have some of that? These all look soooo yummy. What kind are they?" She asks while nearly salivating at the smells coming from the plate.

Toska joins his Summoner as he waits for the others.

Gyrthr, Svanna on his arm, joins the rest of the group. "Let's get going."

He opens the door for everyone, shivering a bit in the severe cold and locks it behind him when they get outside. He and Svanna lead the way to the cafe. The half-orc opens the door for everyone. "After you."

"Thank you," Auric says, stepping into the cafe. He waves at the other Summoners gathered at the table. "Yep, we're the last ones here."

Jin sees them and smiles while waving them over, "Hey guys! She has yummy stuff here. Did you have a good night?" Looking over at the newest member she tilts her head to the side slightly, "Hello, I don't believe we've met. I'm Jin, and this is Laenid, Hitome, and Malyoxa....I don't know if you've met any of them yet." She says, bubbly as ever, especially at the thought of having something sweet to drink and eat.

"This is Toska, my Midwife," Auric introduces as he heads to the table.

Toska dutifully follows behind the halfling as they head to their destination.

Once they've entered the cafe he bows when introduced by Auric. "Pleased to meet you all."

Is Jin human or fluffy right now?

I'm Laenid's "human" sugar dumplin' right now.

Standing, Jin returns the bow before giving them a smile, "The pleasure is ours. Please, sit and enjoy some of these yummy things Ms. Yulia made." She says, gesturing to the platter of assorted muffins and scones, "She's got some different drinks too, I'm gonna try the hot chocolate." Looking over at Gyrthr and Svanna she smiles, "Everything okay with you two? How's your house?"

"A little full at the moment, but I truly can't complain," Gyrthr answers.

"Chocolate, blueberry and just plain," Yulia answers, asking the newcomers if they wanted anything to drink.

Svanna declines politely as she sits down next to her husband.

"I'm fine, thank you," Gyrthr replies to Yulia.

"I'll have a coffee."

"Oh, that sounds good."

"I'll take a tea."

Konstantyná smiles. "I'll have a tea as well."

Even though she just ate, Jin takes a blueberry muffin and a chocolate scone and starts nibbling happily on them.

Jin gives the more mature midwife a smile, "Good morning, Ms. Konstantyna."

"Good morning, Jin," Konstantyná responds. "You are quite cheerful this morning."

She just smiles, "I know." Jin then goes back to the yummy treats in front of her.

Hitome chuckles, as she sips a cup of tea.

"Tea would be wonderful." Toska asks before he procures himself a blueberry muffin. "These are yummy." he says after a bite.

Jin giggles.

Jin contents herself with her blueberry muffin, as she waits patiently for her hot chocolate to have with her chocolate chip scone. Once everyone was ready, she was sure Toni would start the meeting. She was curious about what they would talk about.

Toni clears her throat as Yulia brings the drinks around. "So...this is kind of a momentous occasion, seeing that all five Houses are finally gathered together. Unfortunately, we don't have much time to bask in the moment. There has been an attack by the Inquisitors of Blackcrown and a Necromancer named Solomon."

She looks to those who haven't been on Zahvroma long. "From what I've been told, there were thirteen Necromancers who served a godlike dragon. Many of them have gone off to serve themselves instead and a number of them have been dealt with. The ones that remain are trying to hold on to whatever power they can and they'll be coming for us."

She sips her coffee. "The Inquisitors are not on our side. They work for Solomon, even though they are brainwashed somehow. So, I think we need to take the fight to him instead of waiting for him to try again here."

Toni sighs. "That being said, I'm going on a camping trip in a couple of days and, from there, Jin, Laenid, Hitome, Konstantyná, Malyoxa and I will go in search of Solomon. Gyrthr, Svanna, Auric and Toska...I'd like you four to head for Blackcrown and scout out the area. Deal with whatever threats you can, but don't put yourselves in danger. We will meet up with you after that and make our final push into Blackcrown."

She then turns to Drago. "If you want to, Drago, I'd like for you to accompany Gyrthr and the others. However, you don't really have any obligation to."

"Uh, just one problem," Auric says, munching on a scone. "I can't summon my eidolon."
