Yes, you all got a long rest before coming to town.
As for starting wealth for Quinn, you get an additional 350 gold. (50 per level) plus starting gear and a +1 weapon of your choice.
Ingryd, during your most recent foraging for honey trek on the way to town you found a hidden sack of 350 gold coins. (Sorry about missing your starting wealth.) In addition, you notice that your maul seems different following the battle with fire and winter's essence. It is now a +1 magical weapon and can do +1d6 damage of either fire or cold (your choice) upon a successful hit.

@DM Tareth - Questions: 1) Will you allow Arbonessi Joining Blades. 2) If so how does enchanting such a weapon work?
3) If I pick certain choices from character creation, what can I sell those items for? (i.e. if I pick two short swords from the starting ranger gear, can I sell those off for cash? Trading in the starting armor and spending the proceeds toward studded leather.)
Thanks.

Quinn: Sure, I'm willing to give the Joining Blades a go.
Your second question is a little trickier. I'm thinking when the weapons are joined, then it would be the usual +1 hit/+1 damage. But when they are separated the 'magic' is a bit weaker. Both still count as magical weapons for purposes of affecting resistant creatures. But one blade is +1 to hit only. The second is +1 damage. That's my initial thought anyway. Open to other suggestions but I'd rather not have it just be two straight +1 weapons.
Yes, you can sell starting gear for PBH value.

Luthael: We've mostly been working through Gunnar's skill roll and follow up. I'll pause at this point to give you and others a day or two to post any reactions/actions to what's happening.

So if Gunnar dispels their disguise magic at an opportune moment, will it be clear to the populace that the purple flower enforcers are actual monsters in disguise? If so, Gunnar is all about that!

From what I remember, the husky men with the purple flowers before were hiding their true forms and were actually giant-like creatures. Does Gunnar think the purple flower bullies are magically disguised (and are currently the giant-like creatures), or did they transform during our fight from humans into the giant-like creatures (no magical disguise (just transformed)?

IIRC, it was possible to see through the illusion with Int Investigation, with the magic fading completely when they died.
Scram could maybe pickpocket one of the purple flower emblems. Then you wouldn't reveal yourself with the casting...would still be chaotic probably.

Gunnar, Scram handed over the pin for inspection if interested.

a. Gold out in them hills
b. Finish what we started (ice/fire cave)
c. Make sure Kat is ok
d. scout new totem circle
e. take 100gp bounties
f. wtf Khors
g. missing Courlandian Commandant's secretary
I'm voting c -> b, then honestly more interested in g

We're still carrying around an evil artifact which needs to destroying far to the south. The visit to town was just shopping before that.

From the DMG under Bag of Beans:
21-30: An animate, immobile stone statue in your likeness rises. It makes verbal threats against you. If you leave it and others come near, it describes you as the most heinous of villains and directs the
newcomers to find and attack you. If you are on the same plane of existence as the statue, it knows where you are.

Primarily wanting to get it off Willem’s neck without touching it. If that wrenches it out of Scramsax’s hands, fine. If it doesn’t, let it be on Scramsax’s head. Gunnar has half a mind to stomp the thing into smithereens…

Hehe, for what its worth I was trying to remove it with the dagger. I think the armor was making it not come lose. But fine with it being pulled from his hands or...placed on top of Scram's head? (what lol) :)
Scram doesn't have a way to destroy a magic item, but thought maybe he could remove the rubies the way he installed the ruby in the wand we repaired.
