Pnin...my fault...i need coneflower...boiled in piss...then you need to chew it...then it will be more effective...we will try again later
Pnin
Ah, yes, . . . boiled in piss . . . just like good old Zoldor used to make.
Pnin takes the skeleton's femurs and humeri.
Any news about this bugger? Can we just leave it here and shut the door?
Sanrael Bloodthorn
Sanrael hands the sword over to Kiryl what do you make of this Kiryl
Sanrael Bloodthorn
Sanrael looks about further
Is it possible to chip away a piece of spire with small rock hammer?
Or are there pieces laying about?
Also looks around for possible signs of missing mages
perception: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (7) + 12 = 19
DM Darkvision
It would be possible to try to chip pieces of the spire, you don't know if it would work. There were pieces of green crystal scattered about outside the keep and on the level above, they could be from the keep or the spire as they appear to be formed from the same material. You don't see any obvious signs of the missing mages.
Idril Doriath
Idril examines the green material closely.

If there are no other doors in this chamber....let us move on
DM Darkvision
Pnin opens the door and sees: The walls and ceiling of this room are hidden behind a thick, gray-white forest of spider webs that blocks all vision beyond ten feet. Webs are everywhere, creating a maze of vertical sheets. The desiccated, shriveled corpse of a long-dead man hangs spread-eagle across one of these layers of webbing, and rusty swords, daggers, and axes hang securely from others.
Sanrael Bloodthorn
careful pnin...dont open this door to wide...close it while we decide how to best proceed..ideas anyone?
Sanrael Bloodthorn
the thought crossed my mind....Kiryl? Curral? Idril??
I fear a spider swarm awaits us behind this door
Sanrael Bloodthorn

Idril Doriath
This may not be the best idea, wonder what Curral would think about this, OK boys lets go
Cast burning hands through the open door.
damage: 2d4 ⇒ (1, 3) = 4
Sanrael Bloodthorn
woot woot!!! Light it up!!! sanrael stands at the ready...sword drawn....
DM Darkvision
Idril’s flames burn a 15’ arc into the webs causing several rusty old weapons to fall to the floor with a clang. The dead man also falls to the ground. The room is appears to be 20’x25’ so there are still about 5’ of webs left along the outside perimeter of the room. You can see a couple of doors behind the webs in each of the far corners.

Idril fire elemental Ray at spider.

DM Darkvision
Sanrael drags a paralyzed Pnin towards the door while Idril stands back and blasts the creature with an icy ray. Curral just manages not to stab himself and Kiryl hews the spider with a mighty blow sheering off 1 of its legs. The wounded spider attacks CK: 1d2 ⇒ 1 Curral sinking its fangs into his sword arm.

Idril will cast another elemental Ray. She will wait for the others to attack hoping they slay the creature and save her Ray.

Idril's ray goes astray. Sanrael's attack is deflected by the spider's carapace. Kiryl's cut goes wide.
Pnin and Curral look on in horror incapable of action.
The spider seeks its next victim KS: 1d2 ⇒ 1 turning on Kiryl but his armor turns away the venom filled fangs.
