Swapped in for the operative. I love my mechanic, but having just played him a few times in succession I am finding the class a bit frustrating.
Going my Operative instead, just need to update the sheet.

OAS-1 is an scholarly Android who’s a professor when she’s not moonlighting for the Starfinder Society. While she’s primarily a mathematics professor, her passion has always been Physics and she keeps up on the latest Physical Science research journals. She gets quite nervous in combat, but tries to hold her own. Her latest operating system programming has been in acrobatics to at least give the illusion that she’s more able bodied in physical encounters than she’s traditionally designed. However, OAS-1 stays cool under pressure when presented with a computers or engineering problem, and has yet to encounter one she couldn’t hack.

Sorry for the delay, I've been checking the link from the spreadsheet every day and nothing showed up. (test it, it's weird! )
Did some digging and found a path to get to the table-view correctly!
Dr. William Kuong |
So....it seemed that Paizo's site had issues today with posting and maintenance. I hope that doesn't hurt us too much for the game.
Tyranius |
Should be good to go now. It was down for a few hours. The maintenance was to help quick fix as the forums all broke.

Boons
Promotional tshirt /reroll
By assisting various factions of the Starfinder Society, you have proven yourself as a dependable asset. By slotting this boon, if you would fail to earn Fame at the end of an adventure by failing to fulfill a success condition, you can check one of the boxes on this boon. Doing so reminds your current championed faction of your past exploits, and you still earn 1 Reputation (but no Fame) with that faction as if you had successfully fulfilled the condition. You can use this boon only if you would also gain at least 1 XP for completing the adventure.
Having met the amalgam of intelligences known as Guidance, you have successfully completed your induction into the Starfinder Society. The Society offered you a subdermal implant as part of your commencement. You receive this augmentation for free. If you declined to receive the augmentation, cross this boon off your Chronicle sheet.
SOCIETY SUBDERMAL GRAFT
SYSTEMHand
MODEL LEVEL PRICE
Single 1 150
This implant rests underneath the skin of the palm of one hand, or at the end of a tentacle or similar appendage in species that lack hands. The augmentation can be activated or deactivated mentally as a swift action. Activating the implant causes a rendition of the Starfinder Society’s symbol to glow underneath the skin. This augmentation acts as a mark, letting others know you are a member of the Starfinder Society. It also increases the light level within 5 feet by one step while active.
You defeated the dreaded Besmaran pirate ship, Lawblight, showcasing your determination during an intense starship combat. This boon activates anytime your starship is reduced to 0 or fewer Hull Points. Your starship immediately regains a number of Hull Points equal to its tier × 5. A starship can never regain more than 30 Hull Points in this manner. A starship can never have more than one of these boons attached to it. When this boon activates, cross it off your Chronicle sheet.
Venture-Captain Arvin presented you with a commemorative insignia in gratitude for your services to the Starfinder Society. Although it appears to be an ordinary medal showing the symbol of the Starfinder Society, this insignia can store as much information as a common tier-1 datapad. Unless told about this secret, a non-Starfinder must succeed at a DC 20 Perception or Sense Motive check to realize the insignia is a storage device. This insignia is worth 0 credits and cannot be sold.

I'm being called into work over the weekend - back Sunday night.
I will have some interruption to play because where I'm headed the internet/signal/reception is sketchy and involves trying to find a tree or something that magically channels the universe.
I'll post - but it may not be glamorous :p
Dr. William Kuong |
FYI, Over the next 3 days, I will either be traveling to, training in or traveling from Chicago. I might have some time to type a fast post in the morning and evening, but I won't be able to check during the times of 11 AM to 9 PM GMT (I put it in GMT in case there are any non EDT) on Tuesday and Wednesday. The rest I will just attempt to check in...and if we are in combat attempt to do what is needed.
If I need to be botted I have a BOT ME on my character page, with code that "should" work for my ranged and melee attacks. Note that I would prefer not to move if possible if I need to lock on with my exocotex so I get a +1 more to hit. I also ignore concealment except for full.
For other things, my character should attempt a life science roll (+12, with the -5 to DC to recall knowledge about xenobiology) as a free action, and my saves are in my description and character page. I do get one reaction shunt to my exocortex as a mechanic, which means a mind affecting effect does not affect me...but I lose the weapon proficiency long arms and I lose my skill focus (medicine) until the effect is gone.
Joven Kevallah |
Are we missing something for this bartendemon? Seems almost invincible at our level with those DRs and Immunities.
Not sure about everyone else, but even if I hit and do max damage roll he'll still take zero damage.
Dr. William Kuong |
I agree with Joven....looking at my damage output....1d8+4...Acid AND Piercing...if I roll max (12 pts), 6 is acid, 6 is piercing. I will do 1 pt of acid and 1 pt of piercing.
Either we are forgetting something....we are expected to have higher tier weapons than 2-4 at this tier....we are supposed to only crit it (that would actually allow most of us to do 2-5 pts damage maybe)...or else they expect a Vesk with a tactical doshko and an 18 str (1d10+4 + at least 3 for level/weapon specialization).
GM Hmm |
Hey guys!
Can you make immediate use of the Aid Token that you started the game with? If you use it, the beleaguered Pegasus finally gets its broken guns working and does 8d8 worth of damage to the jinsul ships. You could use it, and then pass it to another starship that needs help. Mjolbeard (Poblano)’s table would be a great candidate.
Thanks!
Hmm
GM Hmm |
Cwethan’s would also be a good candidate! Thank you!
Hmm
Dehlilah "Dakka" Akada |
Thanks again for running OMB! I had a lot of fun!
I'm totally buying a Flamethrower after this chronicle. Either that, or Power Armor...
Dr. William Kuong |
Thanks OMB! I had fun with the game, even through that mess couple weeks that was paizo's website problems--not your fault on that though.
Joven Kevallah |
Yes, as the others have said, thanks OMB! This was my first 'special' and it was fun and interesting twist. I like the multi-table aspect. Very cool, feeling like an actual part of a bigger team.
Thanks!
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
Thanks guys! Please check the slides and make sure I have the proper information for you. I'll post in this thread with a link to the chronicles probably tomorrow!
Dr. William Kuong |
OMB, besides chronicle sheets, weren't there supposed to be a roll for boons too?
I swore I read something about that in one of the many forums about this online con.

There is!
Dr Kuong: 1d20 ⇒ 3
Joven: 1d20 ⇒ 1
Dakka: 1d20 ⇒ 10
OAS-1: 1d20 ⇒ 10
Mobius: 1d20 ⇒ 19
Viper 6: 1d20 ⇒ 2
GM: 1d20 ⇒ 16
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
Mobius Boon Won?: 1d2 ⇒ 1 = Mining Laser!
Mobius, please PM me with your email. As soon as I have that, I will report this session! Congrats!
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
No worries, Mobius, I got your email. The link should be in the header of this thread still if you want to check.
The Chronicles can be downloaded here!
If anything is incorrect, let me know and I'll get it fixed as soon as possible.

Nice add to the last part of the Chronicle sheet...I can now make my Nuar Augmented Technomancer (cyberborn) at level 2 instead of limping through level 1 until I get 3 chronicle sheets.
Edit: And yes, I do have a Nuar race boon....
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
After checking, there is a Rep gain. I quote: "Each PC earns 1 additional Reputation with the Second Seekers (Luwazi Elsebo) faction, in addition to any other Reputation earned as a result of completing this scenario. Alternatively, PCs can instead put this additional Reputation toward the Second Seekers ( Jadnura) faction."
So you can add the +1 rep to the sheet with my blessings!
Joven Kevallah |
Was there any other "addition to any other Reputation earned as a result of completing this scenario" rep we earned?
Thanks OMB
Our Mysterious Benefactor |
Yes, the 2 marked on your chronicle, which go to whichever faction boon you slotted. (Usually the one you marked as your Faction.)
Dehlilah "Dakka" Akada |
...there's now two Second Seeker factions?
Yesssssss. Second Seeker "Lets go save our Pathfinder Buddies!" and Second Seeker "LOOK AT MY SICK CHAINGUN"
I'm taking mine as "Sick Chaingun" personally.

Alright folks that are still seeing this thread. Quite a few of them are currently locked out with the forum bug that has been happening. Here are some quick instructions to at least get it off of your Campaigns Tab.
