Joven Kevallah comes from a rich well-off family on Absalom whose multi-story condo resides in the Eye. He grew up with everything he needed. During college he excelled at debate and had numerous extracurricular activities. A social butterfly so to say, very charismatic. During his term as President of the student government, he learned the ways to use his charisma and social skills to get what he wanted. How to subtly manipulate people into seeing his side of the story without them even noticing. It all came very natural to him. His approval rating was the highest ever of a student council member, and when he graduated he immediately thought about joining the Starfinder Society as a way to make an even bigger name for himself. Joven wants everyone in the Pact Worlds to know his name.
