+4 is hardly a crappy FORT save for an elf wizard with 10 CON sir. No worse really than Kieran's WILL which is +4. Not everyone can have paladin saves or dwarves with a protection domain.

The best is building up all this tension and then it turns out they are just peacfull traders. Moving forward 9/10 encounters will be like this so we blow through all of our spells and then one of the last 3 will be the big bad.

The lesson is: Kill them all and let god sort them out...

The last contains: 5,000 gp in gems, ring of evasion, ring of protection +3, elixir of swimming x4, bracers of armor +4, bracers of the avenging knight, boots of levitation, a strand of prayer beads (bead of healing, a bead of karma, and a bead of smiting.)

Treasure distribution reccommendations:
Ring of evasion should go to Ibram or Kieran (best REF saves to max chance for 0 damage). I'd say Kieran due to lower HP.

Ring of protection +3 should go to Kentaur and his +2 pass to Kieran with Kieran's +1 going into the GP pool.

Everyone gets an elixir (hello watery deaths....)

Bracers of armor should probably be sold (16,000 GP) as using 1 1st level spell for mage armor is not a big deal for Tirnel with 7 1st level spell slots +1 a POP.

Bracers of the avenging knight = clearly Ibram.

Boots of levitation could be Kieran or Tirnel, but most likely Tirnel. Although, he is taking fly every day moving forward.

Prayer beads = clearly Kentaur.

For strenuous clarity:

Clustered shots-When you use a full-attack action to make multiple ranged weapon attacks against the same opponent, total the damage from all hits before applying that opponent’s damage reduction.

Clustered shot damage in round 1 (assuming only the MS/RS/DA and RS/DA hit): 63. So subtract any DR (once) from the 63.

Clustered shot damage in round 2 (assuming all 3 rolls hit): 80. Subtract DR (once) from 80.

Damage to Kentaur from shield other: 37
