So many posts, haha. It has been like an Indiana Jones movie with most everything, haha. The Convention is still going pretty strong, and now I'll be GMing most of today a d tomorrow, but should be back on schedule once it's over.

There are two trains of thought, Give the ring to the person with the lowest armor class, who generally stays back. Or give it the to the person with the highest armor class that everyone stands behind.
The good news is magic items are as available here as they are in Golarium, so +1 rings should be readily available, so it's not a big deal. But if a cloak of the Manta Ray comes up, Wulfgar calls dibs...
Wulfgar Ivarsson
In game, Wulfgar asked who would need it the most, then we started the combat with the undead, so for now, we will keep things the way they are once combat is over and we find out what the rest of the treasure is we can work it out...
The other question is how are we going to handle treasure? Are we going to 'do the math' on everything and make sure everyone get's equal portions?
Or will we let people keep what will benefit them and sell the rest, splitting it then?
Or do we want to let people bid for what they want, throw that amount it the kitty and split it? that's what pirates used to do :-)
I personally prefer, letting people keep what benefits them the most, it isn't an even ballance of wealth, but it seems to help the party the most.
If someone replaces an item then it can go back into the kitty.

I'm not too fussed at all how loot is distributed. In general I'd say give items to benefit the party the most, but it's not a hard and fast rule. I love how in the early days of the Glass Cannon podcast they gave the artifact level armour and hammer to the life cleric, rather than the frontline warrior, which maybe wasn't optimal, but meant he went from useless to a powerhouse in big battles. It's probably a case by case thing.

Either way, Wulfgar is frozen with despair on round 2, but his rage is not ended... EDIT: Looking back, I see you factored in the range penalty and still hit...ninja'd by MJ66, I'm sorry I thought we were at the top of round two, or at least past the Mummy's attack. With your permission, this will be his reaction when it's his turn...

may I assume that though paralyzed by fear he can maintain his rage?
'My God, what have we awaken?' As the dread king approaches Wulfgar, almost dropping his sword, he clings to it like a child hugging it's blanket in the midst of a nightmare. His eyes widening as the thing approaches, screaming. "Ha' Ha' Heghpu' roQ mej, jIH!"** spoiler omitted **
When I saw your post in game and not everyone had actions written beside there name I assumed that we still had people from the top or the order in round one that still had to act.
So I posted it like that. However, It looks like Volreg loaded his crossbow and Lord P was zipping to our rescue. So at least everyone at the top and gone, so the move action could have been the mummy's move.
I wasn't worried about the 'thrown Pilum' I was worried that I jumped into round 2 and we weren't done with round one yet. I realize MWikali hasn't gone yet, but she is now basically at the top of round two.
I'm headed to bed soon, so I didn't want you waiting on me, not that being paralyzed is going to help much this round...

I like the whole distributing it to those who can use it the most. It will benefit the party better. My group usually does a roll off for loot because we are greedy and often grab for things they can't even use sometimes.
Volreg Sundek
Distributing the loot to whoever needs it the most is a lot more beneficial to the party as a whole, so I am all up for it.
As for the save and the possible crit, the dice seem to like me today!
Michael Johnson 66
I was planning to save it, but if things turn dire (or the party thinks we need it now!) I'll use it.
Cool, just thought I’d remind you... it’s easy to forget when days go by with a PBP... Hopefully you won’t need it, but if things go south, mummies hate fire lol...
Sulayman Hain GM bot
Sulayman snaps out of his despair at the absurd sight of the undead king spinning and flopping uncontrollably in Altin’s magic grease, and thrusts his gladius...1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24...through King Bogud’s right eye socket! [ooc]Confirm? 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22 Yasss!!! Dealing 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (4, 2) + 2 = 8 piercing damage!
Michael Johnson 66
I assume that RL stuff has come up for Sulayman, or that he's lost interest... Either way, I don't want the extra work of a character whose player has checked out for whatever reason. So I'm going to have Sulayman excuse himself from the quest for now. If he comes back, we can work him back in somehow...

He's a GM in another game I'm in. He has been posting, maybe at a slower rate, I can't tell. I didn't know if you PM'd him or not, either way, it's your BBQ...
As for the breastplate, Wulfgar can wear it, but he will eventually try and get heavy armor, since I took an archetype that would allow that. At quick glance it looks like Altin or Wulfgar can wear it, did I miss anyone? Presently Wulfgars AC is 19 when he rages it will be 17, I'm ok if someone else takes the ring and or the breastplate, Heavy armor is on it's way, and I like the four mirror armor look ;-)
So are we riding to Marrakesh or taking a boat and hiding our tracks. Are we interested in going after the captain and his first mate and stealing their boat?
Altin Karela
I'm not fussed about the armour, I'd rather stay lightly armoured. The headband would be handy as I'm a Cha caster, but if someone else can get good use out of it, no problems.

Oh I do like that idea - kill the slavers and steal their tub. Lord P, you seem to be the tactical mastermind among us so far. Any ideas on that?
Lord Perpireen McGibel
Well they did offer us a job, why not take it, and after have a wee change of management. There will be some acting to do, but only until the [chopping] board reshuffle. :)
Wulfgar Ivarsson
Mwikali will kill him, just saying, she will charm him and then kill him in his own bed
Exactly! We obviously kill the captain and first mate, but will the crew be trustworthy? We need to sail the boat to a southern port and be convincing as the entourage of a noble fey, wouldn't the sailors eventually tell their tale? We may have to kill the crew as well and sail the ship ourselves.

Id's love to, buuuuut it would be pretty bad for me, haha.
*Edit: changed back to bad

Volreg can a kineticist wear medium armor?
Not the normal kineticist unfortunately. If I went with the Kinetic Knight, then yes, I would be able to.
Altin Karela
Altin, the armor is pretty, your pretty, why don't you take the armor and let Wulfgar just take the ring?
edit crap, your wearing leather for disable device... we need to get you mitheral chain...
Ha I think you're pretty too, Wulfgar. I don't need the armour or the ring. Oh, so I forgot you're a Cha caster too... Roll off for the headband?

Hey, your the one with the 16 cha. No need for Wulfgar to worry about 'casting' yet, why don't you or someone else take the headband.
Altin Karela
Okay, so I'm going to take the headband unless anyone else wants it. Gives my debuff/area control DCs and social skills +1. Plus, it suits my colouring.
Michael Johnson 66
Hehe!! This should be quite amusing...
I just want to make clear that Lord P is separated from the others aboard the Alanqilis, docked at the second dock from the west end of the quay, about two hundred yards from the caravanserai, where the other six PCs are palavering with Cpt Barak, First Mate Toruko, and six of the twelve crewmen... The other six are aboard the Alanqilis, and two of those are in the cargo hold looking for the source of the nun voices (Lord P)...
Wulfgar Ivarsson
Sorry guys but come on, we all want to whack em. What better way then setting them up as Nuns stealers
We're in Muslim Africa, does anyone mind if their Nun stealers? Besides were not at the boat yet...
Alright, I need to head to work, I will be back on in a couple of hours...
