Zaquielle |
Zaquielle seeing the hostiles defeated, nods and smiles, yet she doesn't get down off her elevated position. She stands guard over her friends as they search the bodies of the treasure hunter and the lizard folk, her bow ready as it seems to scan the horizon.
Rodrigo Ortega |
Rodrigo smiled at the last hit of Lady Natalia and said
Well done my Lady, Aroden truly guide your arm.
Then he help Sandor search the man and his non-human followers.

You're all monsters!
In one sweeping blow, Lady Natalia drops the quivering lizardfolk, the fight having already left him.
Shandor searches the treasure hunter, with the aid of Rodrigo, and finds several magical items on him: potion of cure moderate wounds, +2 studded leather, +1 short sword, cloak of resistance +1. He also finds pieces of treasure from the Dog Pharaoh's tomb, which he determines to be the infamous Canid Carcanet, a pearl of power (1st level), and a lens of detection.

In addition to the equipment and treasure on the man, a thorough search of his person reveals an unsigned letter instructing a Gerban Lanier to loot the Dog Pharaoh's Tomb before the "reptiles revolt against our influence" and a map to the tomb from what appears to be a cave network several miles to the north labeled "Muckmouth." The shiny ring on his finger is actually an Aspis Consortium signet ring.
Two hundred yards east of your confrontation you discover a series of flat-bottomed skiffs loaded with sacks of gold, gems, and art objects, all likely taken from the Dog Pharaoh's Tomb.
Lady Natalia Landros |
"Looks like we've found the missing treasure," says Natalia. "I wonder who they were?"
She checks the "bounty hunter" for any identifying materials. She's been through the Icebound Outpost, which is technically out of order for the meta-story.
Take 20 to search: 20 + 9 = 29
She'll also Detect Magic on everything, just in case.
"So, I think we've fulfilled our mission! Time to head back?"

D'oh. Completely missed the part about the Aspis Consortium ring. Are we going to have time to head back and buy equipment?
GM Kim |
The scenario series assumes that you're going straight into the next part in the tapestry, but there's no reason you can't head out, make some purchases, get some glares from Aram, and then head to the next part in between scenarios and pick back up right where you left off. That's the beauty of PFS!
Sharna al-Subaiyyat |
"This is very troubling," Sharna says in response to the discovery of the Aspis ring. "The Consortium both has access to the tapestry, and some modicum of control over the locals, it seems. I believe that we should return post-haste to Aram Zey to apprise him of the situation, gather any needed supplies most quickly, and then, no doubt, our orders will be to investigate this cave complex."
So just to clarify, daily abilities won't reset? Heh, I may regret spending some things. Ah well, let's rock it!
Sharna can at least take a few of the odd marsh herbs for later study, to see how being in the Hao Jin tapestry for many plant life cycles has possibly altered their properties...

Daily abilities will reset since it's a completely different scenario. I also need a roll for the boon if you want
GM Kim |
Sharna may select any one of the following boons
Boon selection:
• When you cast the listed spell, you may increase the DC of the saving throw by 2.
• When you roll a saving throw against the listed spell, you gain a +4 bonus on the save.
You may use this bonus once for free, after which you should check the box below; each additional use of the selected benefit costs 1 Prestige Point.
First, you gain a Mendevian Commendation for your tireless efforts to supply the crusade. A Mendevian Commendation grants you a cumulative +1 bonus on Charisma-based skill checks to influence Mendevian Crusaders (maximum +3).
Second, as a swift action while fighting a creature with the demon subtype or bearing an unholy symbol of a demon lord, you may grant all allies that you can see within 60 feet a +2 circumstance bonus on attack rolls, damage rolls, and saving throws against those creatures for one minute. When you use this second ability, cross it off your Chronicle sheet.
Choose the weapon or armor from the following list: breastplate, glaive, heavy shield, or longsword.
When you use this boon, cross it off your Chronicle sheet; however, anytime you successfully complete (earning the maximum possible number of Prestige Points) a scenario that using the “hard mode” option, you may have the GM sign this boon. You may use this boon one additional time for each such signature you receive.

Huuuuhm! So many options. I feel that Mythic is probably the most powerful, but I have avoided all the mythic rules cuz I don't really care about them and I like my PF the way it is. So, I may regret this, but I'm going to go with Long Distance Support, thank you!
Shandor "The Beast" |
"Aspis Consortium... I hate these people with a passion. I will gladly incinerate their souls into oblivion. Let's report to Aram Zey, rest, and pursue them."

Still waiting on Zaquielle to pick a boon. Sorry, guys, but I can't start the next scenario until this one's reported, and I can't report until everyone who qualifies has picked their boons.
