Hi everyone - I am posting this to all my games: unfortunately these past few days have not been easy, and only now I had the time to post anything at all. I have a close one in my family who is sick, and we have been in and out of hospitals and other doctor appointments non-stop.
I am not really sure when this will be sorted, but I am hoping it will happen soon... Maybe by the end of next week. I will try to keep you updated as I can.

Rolling for stats, I presume? I've rolled once for a game I played in, but I ended up with a bunch of 10's and 14's. It didn't matter though, since I was a 3.5 edition druid, and destroyed everything regardless.

Those of you who are not part of the scouting scene. There are still things you can do. For example, feel free to talk with one another in character. You also have Shalelu and Grunyar there as allies. These guys could potentially become followers, so it would be good to get to know them. You can also scout past the mushrooms if you wish.

But that is why you travel as slow as the slowest party member. Scouting ahead is never a good idea really. Especially not this far ahead. That is just my opinion of course.

I personally have no problem with scouting. It just needs to happen much faster. I'm now making people fight stuff that wouldn't normally exist because people were bored and unresponsive. Not saying it's the fault of the scouts, but everyone does have a responsibility to keep moving the story forward.
