Some sweet items for sale :D
For now I'd like to grab:
- one of the CMW pots,
- one of the heavy wooden shield,
- the falchion if Furnok is not taking it,
It seems we still have several items to identify?

Thanks for letting me know, Helgarr! I'll update it for you.
In the future, feel free to edit the document. I've changed the privacy settings so it is easier for you to manage.
I may just use Vandra's spellcraft to routinely funnel through the potions, several of which I've forgotten as to what they are (oops)

Completely forgot about the potions I had. Here's some Spellcraft checks!
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (12) + 12 = 24
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (11) + 12 = 23

Wow, there are a LOT of good pots there...
It seems the falchion is gone?
Btw, I updated my hp - I should be at maximum since she hasn't taken any damage this day.

Helgarr |

Makes sense TreasureFox. Was a straight up falchion, right?

Congrats!!! On valentine's day no less.

In all honesty, I probably wouldn't, Vandra. I apologize if that shatters a good idea of your's, but I'm not interested in running occult content. Especially for Rise of the Runelords, which just isn't designed to have, challenge, or reward occult classes.
I would also like to reassure you that character death is unlikely, though I cannot make any promises. I find the threat of death to be a fantastic and treasured element of roleplaying games.

Cleo Gingerberry |

I do not want Vandra (... or Cleo) to die. But I get the gleam of suddenly being given the possibility to make yet ANOTHER character. :)

![]() |

Ooh Ooh, I wanna be an Ogre bard whose battle axe has been strung like a guitar!
I'm currently playing an aasimar skald who's battleaxe doubles as a guitar in a different campaign...
Also, I understand about occult classes. Just thought it would be interesting to play.

Helgarr |

I'm here guys. Battle update coming in an hour or two ;)

Helgarr |

Well, I know what I would play if Helgarr went down - but it's gonna take much more than a few gangly spawn... Things. To defeat the MIGHTY Shoanti! Hah!

Now I'm thinking about either an unlettered arcanist (to keep with the whole spellcaster/familiar theme), or a cartomancer witch (which is thematically appropriate for a Varisian game).

![]() |

That's why I was thinking of the arcanist, as they are really similar to wizards. The witch was because I've wanted to play a Harrower-type character, but got distracted by the sheer RP potential of the spirit binder archetype when I applied to this game.

Hi guys, if like me you happen to be missing a good chunk of your paizo library and have a spare 17 dollars I want to bring attention to the Pathfinder RPG humble bundle, it popped up on my phone for no apparent reason earlier, an act of kismet I say. I've bought from humble bundle before and while there have been hiccups here and there they've always delivered. So I thought I'd share it.

Cleo Gingerberry |

I find there is much much more about about pathfinder I don't know then I ever will.

How tall is the ceiling? Azeri is now 12 feet tall, I'm sure he can reach the ceiling. Also half of my stick is playing half a Spellcaster who buffs half a warrior. If I don't buff Azeri he is a subpar warrior. And Ali is a subpar caster. So I become totally second string to Vandra. And third string to you and Furnok. And the fact that Vandra is basically a Summoner, who has a combat familiar who he can buff like I can, actually drops me even lower in the ranks of "being useful". Sure I could buff Furnok, but then Azeri does absolutely nothing. And now with the Strength penalty even more so. If I had a spare buff, sure I'd throw it to him but I don't, sadly.
Just bringing this one over to Discussion so as not to clog up the gameplay.
I wanted to say again I am not criticizing or even trying to tell anyone how to play their character - for me it is only a matter of teamplay.
I actually expect that Azeri would not be as good a combatant as me or Furnok, else we have a class feature (please understand that for me Azeri is no such thing, and I have interacted with him more than once, and will continue to do so) which is on par with actual classes as far as mechanics go.
I completely agree with Cleo that it is the character that matters and not the numbers, which I think is another reason to say that not all buffs need to go to Azeri to make him part of the group, or pull is own weight.
There will always be situations where one of us is stronger than another - heck, I expect Helgarr to be pulling her weight in combat, but when spellcasting is needed... Well, there isn't much point in counting on her.
So what I mean is, I would like that we all could come to the conclusion that the buffs should go where they make more sense according to the situation at hand (in the situation above I think it would make more sense on Furnok for the reasons I pointed out), instead of on this or that person/character/eidolon/companion to guarantee she/he/it is on par with a certain role.
Please, this is only an opinion, and my perspective of going forward as a group. It is by no means the only one there is, nor certainly one that deserves more attention than any other ;)
This discussion is probably even irrelevant :D
