hey, maybe I'm just looking at the map wrong but it looks like you still have me way out front... on my turn I used my attack action to kill that zombie and my move action to move back into the tunnel...
Nope, you are correct, I need to lay off the halfling’s leaf lol... will correct it...

Boga |

-- snip --
Blessing on Zagathoth (+2 Sacred to AC), moves 15' backwards
** spoiler omitted **
Boga should be back 15'. His intent was to be in the back of the corridor providing support for the hard hitters near the front of the corridor. Had it been apparent I was in that location, I assume that Johann would have moved farther forward?

![]() |

Johann's intent was to be in front of the group, next to Zag. Can we retcon that?

Lucius falls back with the rest, although the amount of exercise is beginning to tell somewhat.

The Ogon Fox |

Round 2
Seeing the skeletons packed into a nice, small area like before, the Fox smiles. His hands run through a quick routine while he speaks some unintelligible arcane words, and a pool of grease appears on the floor, just in front of Johann and Zagathoth's feet.
DC 14 Reflex saves for the 4 skeletons at the front.

Boga |

Round 2
Lucius falls back with the rest, although the amount of exercise is beginning to tell somewhat.
Lol. Lucius is old. It's good for him!
@MJ66 -- one of those skeletons in the image has already been disassembled
Boga surveys the new positioning and pulls a scroll from his pack, "We're giving up flanking, but now only 2 can attack." He raises the hand of Jan Hus and calls upon the power of the Divine, "Bless Johann! Guide his blows and keep us safe."
pulls scroll of "Protection from Evil", bless Johann (+2 Sacred to hit on his Round 3 attacks)
Snake Style AC: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (18) + 12 = 30

The Ogon Fox |

pulls scroll of "Protection from Evil", bless Johann (+2 Sacred to hit on his Round 3 attacks)
My final prepared spell is Shield, so on Round 3 I'm going to cast it on whichever of Johann and Zagathoth that you don't get with the Protection from Evil.

Antichrist Nero |

Meanwhile, in his secret sanctuary, peering into the crystal ball at the adventurers slaughtering his undead minions...
Look at my pathetic skeletal champions! These interlopers are making mockery of them! Curse their weak bones!!
Enraged, the Antichrist evokes a special power he has within his subterranean stronghold in the catacombs, causing these undead of his own creation to explode in a burst of hellfire!

Skeletal champion guard |

The three remaining skeletal champions suddenly burst into flames, which expand rapidly outward in a twenty-foot-radius burst, which catches all the adventurers in its fiery blast!
Each PC attempt three Reflex saves vs DC 15 hellfire blast; success halves damage...2d6 ⇒ (5, 1) = 6 fire damage to all! 2d6 ⇒ (5, 6) = 11 fire damage to all! 2d6 ⇒ (1, 6) = 7 fire damage to all!

Reflex: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21 vs 11

15 total. Ouch!
Boga quickly throws himself against the wall directly behind Zagathoth, taking full damage from only one fiery skeleton.

Michael Johnson 66 |

The bubble and splash of a fountain can be heard as the southern chamber is approached, coming from the Fountain of Blood on the south wall! A 20-foot-wide basin of rose quartz arcs ten feet out from the wall, and collects what looks like blood spilling from the wounds of a white marble statue of Christ crucified. As soon as the blood spills into the basin, it transforms into ruby red wine!
A dark archway yawns in the east wall...

Boga |

Boga picks himself up, his halo brightens, and he calls upon the Lord. "Bless us with thy healing power." His looks upward with closed eyes and healing flows forth.
Channel Energy: 1d6 ⇒ 3
"Now, we must heal up those who are most seriously hurt." As he looks everyone over, he says, "We are being spyed upon. Unholy magic is being used to observe us. I can only assume it is the Antichrist or one of his agents."
Boga only says the above once he is sure the sensor is gone.

Boga's halo expands, golden light radiating thirty feet out from his head as he holds aloft the glowing hand of Jan Hus! His companions, bathed in this golden radiance, feel their pains somewhat eased...

Ghost of Jan Hus |

As Boga finishes channeling the healing light of Christ to heal his allies' wounds, a kindly-looking monk in cassock with rosary beads, his right hand missing, appears in the chamber beside the Fountain of Blood Transformed Into Wine out of thin air!
Goodly servants of Our Lord, know this: that this fountain, crafted by the wicked magic of the Enemy, was meant to mock Our Savior and the sacrament of holy communion! But Our Lord has secretly made good out of this evil! For if you drink this magic wine, it will heal all thy wounds! If ye can gather some of it up in skins, bottles, or flasks, it will serve as holy water against the undead!
The Ghost of Jan Hus vanishes into thin air!

Cardinal Lucius detects a fading, vanquished evil, overwhelmed by a powerful good coming from the statue, and a liberating chaos overwhelming a tyrannical law... He feels somehow, intuitively, encouraged to try the wine in the basin...
