I'd think it was known, but not too widely. I'd think a Knowledge Local at DC 15 would cover it.
Kif can't hit higher than a DC 10 without ranks, so I guess she's unaware unless/until someone fills her in.
I started a post for her but am unlikely to finish it tonight. :P It'll be on the top of my list for tomorrow.
You can always choose to make an appropriate inference based on observed phenomena as well.

Had just gotten to Kif this morning when the site went down and I had to go do RL stuff. Sorry for the delay. :P
Grey couple of days with some fairly oppressive haze in KL sapping both will to live and creativity (bad enough to feel a need to wear a dustmask outside).

News I have and it is both excellent and foul.
On the positive side, after working pretty much nine months without taking any leave... I get to take some! I'll be off to Australia (Perth -> Adelaide -> Sydney) with the family for visitations of elders and newly borns and what not. Much fun will be had and I'll be away from home from roughly 24th March through to 10th-ish April.
The bad of it is that during that time I shall be thoroughly unable to run any PbPs, so the games will need to go on temporary hiatus; and be kicked back into gear upon my return to Malaysia.
I know that I've been lagging over the last while(in the vernacular of the talented Tim Minchin 'like a blind man clapping in a pharmacy trying to echo-locate the contact lens fluid'), and a fair amount of that has to do with work related burnout. My trip downunder will refill the Farmer's Union reservoir, satiate my desire for bacon and egg muffins and the clean air should banish the last of the haze coating my lungs.
Game will continue through till the weekend, then pause until I get back before flaring back into incandescent life once more. So bear with me, and we'll keep on trucking in the long haul.
That sounds awesome... I'm moderately envious!

It's taking me a while to get my engine back at speed - but this campaign will have a post within the next 24 hrs by hook, crook or caffeine.

Had a slight Elder Scrolls Online related delay last night... Will be back in with a post either within the next four hours, or in about 10 hours.
11pm, move onto thread... begin update... two year old walks out from where he was sleeping perkily and says "Hi Dada"... proceed to spend next few hours kid wrangling... apologies again guys.
Time didn't swing my way today - updates as soon as I can on the morrow.
After spending some time reflecting on the disparity between what I hope to do, and what I'm actually achieving with this PbP I have to apologize profusely for my failings and regretfully shut 'er down.
In essence while the desire is there and the mind has vignettes of what I'd love to do with the campaign - I've not actually been able to follow through on any of it. Purely my failings, hence the profuseness of apologetics.
Thankfully I'm still with most of you guys in other campaigns so I'm not bereft of your talents, but thankyou for the time that you spent here with me and the efforts that you expended on the campaign's behalf.
Argh! =( I completely understand, having 'been there' with a couple of my own campaigns in the past. Thanks for the go, and if you feel reenergized in the future, send me a PM!
