I thought there were more of you with ranks in spellcraft but no matter. I'm not 100% sure were we are on init I'm assuming it's back to enemies
The drow woman looks to the fallen orc leader.
"This is a disaster and to make matters worst my lab is under attack. I have to go deal with this. Tiboquoboc try to finish them off I will return once my lab is secure."
She steps back from Ahmose and reaching under her cloak she grabs a strange obsidian amulet which opens a black gateway that she steps trough and she is gone.
The gateway however remains open behind her but it looks like it will close soon.
"Wrecked vile woman speaks your leaving me to fight this battle alone? Well it's not like I can die..." speaks a disembodies voice and a ghostly form rises from the dead orc chief. The ghost that rises up doesn't look anything like the orc you killed leading you to believe he was actually possessing him.
The ghostly orc flies up a bit and cast a spells filling the area with spiked growth
"That should slow you down until reinforcements arrive" he says seeming happy with himself.

@Ahmose You would have no problem jumping into the portal it is only 5 feet away from him and is on the ground.
@Z'dim you moves into it by flying with no problem I will let you know what happens soon.
@Shady you would be able to reach the portal this turn as well.
@Ilithial (haste gives you +4 on your jump check) The distance to the portal is around 10 space (100 feet) from the portal. The jump would cover 20 feet he would take 6d4 damage walking on spikes and reach the portal. Assuming you proceed let me know and you can roll the 6d4 damage.
@everyone this is a very ballsy move but it could pay off bit time assuming it doesn't kill you all.
The orc ghost watches as several of you run into the portal.
"You cannot be serious...Are they mad?" he says laughing. He casts a spell defensivly and then reaches for Zoren (casting poison)

Alright so the portal in questions is a very special portal because it crosses into the void on your way to your destination exposing you to powerful waves of negative energy damaging the living and healing the undead.
Any living being takes
damage: 10d6 ⇒ (6, 3, 2, 6, 1, 1, 4, 2, 2, 6) = 33
negative energy damage with a will save dc 20 for half.
(unless your immune to negative energy damage)
You come out the other side (hopefully alive) and find yourself in a lab.
The drow woman is nowhere to be seen but there is a skeleton wearing the same clothing as her in the room. You come to realise that she is a lich.
The room itself looks like a place of Arcane study. The south-east corner of the room is sealed off by a prismatic wall. and to the west there is a set of closed double doors.
"You...What?" says the bewildered lich as you pop into the room.
Go ahead and post your actions since you caught her off guard.

The wizard's armor flairs and the negative energy flows around Ilithial not harming him. Note that the armor would have protected him from 10 points of the 16 anyway but the protective ability kicks in 25% of the time, preventing all negative energy damage.
Going to delay a little to see what others that come through do. Plus I need to go back and review to see if any energy type has not been resisted by the lich or at least not tried.
Edit -I went back and reviewed the combat. But I am not sure you posted enough information on the energy attacks. Lich was hih with fire snake but you did not mention if she took damage. Also hit with Acid, but unsure if she seemed resistant to it. I do know she resisted electricity. Can you provide any additional information?

Seeing the skeleton form of the lich, she lets out a curse in her native language, Damned skeleton. No vital organs to strike.
Thinking to herself, All I be able to do is to provide flanking for others, as daggers are poor against bones.

The lich is not tripped and her damage reduction negates a lot of the incoming damage.
The lich defensibly cast and conjures up a shield of blue flames that surrounds her body and unleashes a quickened ray of enfeeblement at Zoren.
touch/str drain: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (18) + 10 = 281d6 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11 Fort dc 17 for half.
Chill fire shield anyone attacking her in melee takes 1d6+11 fire damage for each attack.
