Duskin is still keeping his position. Unless he feels the boat is actually threatened or that the raiders have a chance to approach, he will just hide prone, with cover, in full defense. His resources are fairly limited, and he doesn't want to waste them unless really necessary.

Zalanda finishes loading her crossbow and is about to stand up to shoot but sees the other party members taking cover. ..... I think I will do the same and keep my head down these natives are good archers and I am not ..... She stays down and pulls the arrow out of her arm.

With all of the arrows flying through the air, the first mate has lost control of the ship and has ran it into the side of the river. Everyone is flung 20 feet forward, Those of you in the middle of the ship are slammed into the front cabin and those of you on the front of the ship, are tossed into the river. DC 20 or you are prone.
Snag: The ship strikes a sandbar or other soft obstacle, coming to a temporary stop. This causes all creatures and objects aboard to slide a number of squares toward the bow equal to 1/2 the vehicle’s speed before it came to the sudden stop (movement that pushes creatures past the bow causes them to fall overboard). This movement does not provoke attacks of opportunity. At the end of this movement, creatures take 1d6 points of damage and must succeed at a DC 20 Reflex saving throw or be knocked prone. The ship remains immobile until freed of the obstacle, which requires a DC 20 Strength check as a full-round action.
Collision: The ship strikes a submerged rock or a similar hard obstacle. The ship and its passengers suffer the same effects as a Snag, and the ship also takes 8d6 points of damage.

As a standard action, Duskin uses 1 round of his performance to summon a Shadow Dolphin, which he orders to pull him to shoreside, but far from the enemies (from his point, let's say diagonally NW). Now in land, Duskin will stay prone for the moment, still with his shortbow in hands.
If possible, he will try to have the dolphin pull Jones as well.
Dolphins are fairly strong and have a swim speed of 80

Cursing the ineptitude of their pilot, Saarai flies forward into the drink.
The agile tiefling has no problem treading water. She wades to shore, wounded but determined.

Lying flat on the deck Zalanda feels the ship hit and covers her head to prevent from hitting it on anything. Her body slides but only gets a small sliver in the leg. She stays down and pulls it from her leg then grabs her crossbow again checking to make sure it did not release the bolt during the crash.

in pathfinder, a Dolphins strength is only 12 and can carry only one of you at a time. Treat it as a grab/grapple when holding onto the dolphin and it moves at half speed. You can grab onto it without making any checks, as long as it lets you.

Saarai smirks as the enemy misses, though her expression makes it clear she does not like her position, wounded and alone against a likely superior melee combatant.
She steps away from him and conjures a magical snowball and hurls it at him.
"Don't worry about me, guys...I'm fine!" she yells sarcastically at her companions.
The map makes it look like I'm 10' away...if I am, I take a full move action to get away 30' (where I'm positioned on the map), but if I'm adjacent I'll just 5' step.

Zalanda sees the enemies approaching the ship and she decides to give them a little color. The Pink Ranger is covered in the rainbow of colors coming from Zalanda but the Green Ranger shrugs it off.
Duskin is able to help Jones back to the ship.
Kuwabara arrow knocks into the now unconscious Pink Ranger and knocks her into the water. Where she soon drowns and is no longer among this world.

Saarai steps back and quickly vanishes from the un-boarded raiders view.
Gudrun tosses an arrow at the Green Raider, but misses.
The un-boarded raider watches as his prey quickly vanishes and is no where to be seen. He signals to the Green raider to retreat, since they are no longer have the advantage. They both move away from the ship.
They have joined up together and are about 70 feet away from you guys.

Unfortunately, the horses run off as soon as their riders have been killed.
Several horses and goats contentedly graze about the wide grassy plain on either side of the river, but the fields look as though they have been recently flooded. A half-dozen yurts, drenched from a recent storm, dot the northern shoreline, smoke curling from their rounded roofs. Two small shrines sits a few yards east of the camp, surrounded by wildflowers.
You see a band of people with tents staked up in the ground. a middle-aged Tian-La man, with graying hair and a scraggly beard, waves as the ship approaches. "You must be the Society members sent here. My name is Ogokai. Please make yourselves at home."

Thankful to be off the boat Zalanda stretches her legs while playing with her pet snake.
When Ogokai introduces himself.
Zalanda turns to the man and smiles. "Hello Ogokai, I am Zalanda and yes we are Pathfinders." she turns to acknowledge the others then turns back to speak with Ogokai. "Thank you we have had a tough boat ride a steady comfortable place to rest would be nice. Will we be staying here long before we make our way to the Clouded Path Monastery? Will you happen to be our guide?"

The man shakes his head. "No my dear child. The Clouded Path Monastery is still a few months travel from here. Stay the night so you can rest and you could get the supplies that the Venture-Captain sent you to us for.
I believe that the Clouded Path Monastery is in the 3rd installment.
