Korash the Spiky |

I recommend that whoever takes the large majority of the wands goes with something like a Handy Haversack that allows them to draw any of the wands quickly. Also, Korash is fine without potions.

Ameo Wanstell |

Ok, I would like to take the following potions:
Heroism
Water Breathing
Haste
Acute Senses
Comprehend Languages
I would like the following wands:
Lesser Restoration (CL 13; 40 Charges)
Deep Slumber (CL 11; 26 Charges)
Wand of Detect Secret Doors (CL 7; 12 Charges)
Blessing of The Salamander (CL 7; 36 Charges)
Unadulterated Loathing (CL 17; 36 Charges)
Shield (CL 6; 33 Charges)
I believe you others should for sure take the cure potions.
If anyone wants any of these let me know.
Skyscale, maybe we can work together on building your hoard. I can operate this wand of Detect secret doors. Perhaps we can find hidden treasure or hidden hoards. Then you can help dig them out. How would you like that? Team work.

Korash the Spiky |

You're missing the point, Skyscale. The Magister is allowed to choose spells from any casting class, which means that RAW you can use all wands with no UMD check, regardless of what spell they hold. Just take em all.

Skyscale |

Skyscale doesn't understand what point he is missing. But he's clearly missing it!

Skyscale |

"We have opened one hoard-pillar. There are one-hundred-and-twenty hoards in each pillar. There are many, many pillars. I could count those, if you like, as well. We should remember where this is."
Skyscale will begin loading everything that others suggest he take into his Crate of Draconic Might™ 2.0, and then place the still-dead body atop all of his new loot, before hefting the crate back onto his back.

Ameo Wanstell |

I absolutely love that you are still dragging the dead body around.

Korash the Spiky |

Yeah let's... wait until we have Detect Object or something that melts doors.

Vrog Skyreaver |

I know it's been a bit, but to recap, there are 3 total exits that leave this room, all of them large-sized double doors: there is the one that you came in (to the south of the room) the one on the left hand size (based on your facing when you first entered the room), and one in the northern wall directly across from the southern enterance. Once again, this large open area is about .5 mile across. I believe that we are ready to continue, just need to know which way you are going from here.

Korash the Spiky |

"We have weapons armor. Still need foodwater, shelter, sunlight. Maybe can find some thunderbirds, scycars even. With this many spikes in my hand, safe to explore."
But with his powers blocked, Korash is still the shortest member of the group, and will follow behind the others.

Isabela_Calista De-Romano |

"Good, then we are move, Sky carry what you can, the rest what ever you think is of use, this is a big place, we will not be coming back. So take what you can, now its time to move out."
She hefts nay wands not taken into a back pack with the scrolls for
Ameo.
"If we can use this stuff to understand the local language that will help a lot. If not we need to find one of the crew."
Looking at the three doors, picks one that leads away from the power room.
She starts working, back pack on, gun ready.

Sky will prioritize everything not identified over the things that people identified, but no one wanted to carry. If I have time today, I'll make up a list of what he carries and give them some base weights in OOC that sound 'about right'.
Sky not only follows along... he leads! It seems strange that in the time they were there, not only did he not grow hungry, or thirsty, or tired... no one else showed up, either. They'd been making a lot of noise!

Ameo Wanstell |

Ameo will follow right behind Skyscale.
Keep your eyes open big guy.Now which way are going?

Skyscale |

Skyscale marches forward with his Crate of Draconic Might™ 2.0 and his Gorilla lid. He's ready to take names, and chew expensive furs, and he's no where near out of expensive furs, as he heads down the northward path, 'away' from the power room. He gives Ameo enough time to mark the wall, so they know which doors they've used. "Perhaps we should write what we found in the rooms prior when we enter a new room, so we do not forget? Can your magic do that, Ameo?" Chew chew.

Ameo Wanstell |

I believe that would take to long skyscale. Let me keep marking them as I am. I am sure we will remember the rooms if we should need to go back. he says as we shoots sparks at the wall next to the door.
I suppose I will take the rest of the potions that no one wants.

Skyscale |

"Alright." It seemed, now that Skyscale had something to keep his mouth occupied, Sky was far less twitchy and jerky. And much, much less 'dancy'.
Bear in mind, that potions like Pain Strike, and Slow, will really only be useful to Korash, as he can force feed them to a target he's pinned.

Vrog Skyreaver |

Heading out the door leads to another of the large antechambers, with 4 doors in it. Here is where you find the first signs of....anything other than yourselves moving around the ship. There are signs of a struggle, that your group determines took place within the last day or so. There is what appears to be blood, but it has dried at this point.
The lights in this room do not appear to be working, but the icons (for those of you with suits) are still active and blinking. As you have discovered is standard for these antechambers, there are 4 doors leaving this room, one in the middle of each of the four walls. That leaves a new door to your left, right, and straight ahead.

Skyscale |

Unless someone stops Sky, onwards to the north! And away from the 'heat'.
If someone slots the bracer of +tracking, you might be able to figure out creature types using the struggle.

Vrog Skyreaver |

Activating the north door leads to another large open bay, only this one appears to be much taller and deeper than the other room. A metal ramp descends approximately 200' into a large bay that appears to be full of machines, many of which have beds attached to them. There are over 100 of these large machines, many of which have blinking lights and all of which have icons that are solid black (which you have come to realize means that they are off)
There is another ramp that descends down similar to the one in front of you to your left in the distance, and you can see that there are doors set into the wall above and below the ramps.
As you view the room, all of you get the feeling of deja vu: You are certain that you have been here before, but can remember none of the details.

Korash the Spiky |

Darkvision, baby! Luckily all plants are born with it.
Also, what was the +tracking item we got I can't find it, but Korash may be the only party member trained in Survival.
Korash spends a bit of time investigating the objects, trying to figure out if they are some sort of vehicles.

Ameo Wanstell |

I have been here! I however do not remember when or why. The technology of these people are amazing. Ameo has a puzzled look on his face.

Skyscale |

Nomph, chew, chew, chew. "I, too, have been here." Sky said as he looked around. "It is hazy. I do not remember being here. But I remember being here. Have I dreamed that I was here? I would think I would have already investigated the blocky things, had I been here, before."

Ameo Wanstell |

Ameo hands Calista the potion of Comprehend Languages. Here you go.

Skyscale |

If we even have it:As a very intelligent character, your character would probably think of saving that potion for something that matters. Or using it for a large -collection- of information, not just drinking it -now-. That's if we even have it. Once you've collected all the memories/writings/whatever, that's when you'd want to drink it. Also, good to know that there's only one way onto the ship.

Isabela_Calista De-Romano |

Sky she is very cleaver and we need to get a start on the Language of our captures. Information on this ship is not in books, but in the computer systems, The point being you should be able to access it from any terminal. Remember High tech ship. Also I saved skill points to do just this when we had the chance, also have you worked out yet what this place is. Calista has, she is a lot smarter than me, clever girl that she is.
AS she gets close she can see the Icons, not 100% on the idea that drinks can do things like allow you to Comprehend Languages, she still ready s herself and drinks it.
She had no idea how long it will last but she need to remember what information it gives her on the Language of there captures.
Autohypnosis 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22 to memorize what it shows her f the Language, GM if she gets a start can I use the skill points I saved for Language Captures, she will also look at the 2 other doors signs west and east in the antechamber.

Skyscale |

This room is most likely a loading bay. Two ramps, for the big vehicles to ride through, we've all been here. It's possible that we'd have come here for something different (implants, sterilization, etc), but if this isn't the loading bay (and thus the ramp leaving the 'exit' as it were), then that ramp probably -leads- to an exit.

Ameo Wanstell |

Perhaps this is some sort of medical room facility? Or perhaps this is where they do research and tests on the people that they kid nap, like us.

Vrog Skyreaver |

As Calista looks around the room after drinking the potion, she notices that the symbols have started coalescing into words, many of which appear to be technical or medical terms that you have no training for. While it is muted in here, she can now understand that repeating message that woke you all.
"To any crew left alive, we are abandoning ship. The Cath-arti have located us. Make your way to the nearest pod. Is this thing even broadcasting? It is on? okay. I say again, all hands abandon ship. We have been boarded. All remainders have been secured. I am" the sound cuts off with what sounds like a sword pushing into a suit of metal armor, and then it begins again.
You also find the language controls for the suit that you are wearing, which is appearantly called a Tactical Interface Suit, or TIS for short. While there are several languages you have never heard of, there is a setting to change the default language to celestial. When you change the language setting, you see that all the icons you can see have likewise changed settings, and you can now hear the repeating message in Celestial.

Isabela_Calista De-Romano |

Yes result and input.
"Every one, this is incredible, a drink that gives you understanding, this would be wreath a kings ransom to the to the blood clans. The beds are medical, I'm seeing words but they seem to be technical or medical terms I just don't know. Arr hold on the massage that's being played over the ships PA. It says "To any crew left alive, we are abandoning ship. The Cath-arti have located us. Make your way to the nearest pod. Is this thing even broadcasting? It is on? okay. I say again, all hands abandon ship. We have been boarded. All remainders have been secured. I am" Who are the Cath-arti, F**k located, that's bad, means they where being hunted. Next that sound at the end, Thats combat, seems they got to it before it could say the last port."
As she is talking her hands have been moving, she seems to be multi tasking with blinding speed.
"next I have been reading the suit heads up display and found the language controls, arr there YES! Celestial, controls and translations all in Celestial now, right what is this suit. Tactical Interface Suit, bracket TIS bracket. Its seems there tech is bio connected Sky that could be what the implants are really for. The fact they mess up my powers fits. They don't seem to understand psionics so they may not have known it would have that side affect."
She looks over to them.
"If you understand Celestial the language controls are the Small wavy sign with text on the left, scroll down, to the blinking sign at the bottom use that to get several languages settings up, 3ed one down is Celestial. You may know one of the others."
She then walks over to the Device. And activates the on button.
"Now we have an interpretation language we can start to work this place out and find out what happened. If they where taking other races and some one was liking for them thin this is bigger. I keep having this feeling I have been in this room before. Sky do you? The beds are way to small for your race."
She then checks her suit for other any form of Ship map DB that can tell them locations and names.
There will now follow much debate :)

Skyscale |

Sky has already stated that he has been here.
"They probably have big beds somewhere that they pull out. Or perhaps they can change our size." He continued chewing his furs for a moment, before something that Calista said clicked.
Skyscale flails his hands around slightly, to go through the motions Kalista has indicated. He manages to change every symbol to something he still cannot understand. And now he seems even more frustrated. "Kalista, I did what you told me, and now the wavy symbol is gone, too."
This one goes out to all you folks who've ever accidentally changed the language settings on a piece of electronics, and then couldn't find the language settings due to not speaking french.

Skyscale |

"But the wavy symbol is gone. I can't find it. How do I change the language without the wavy symbol?"

Isabela_Calista De-Romano |

"Its not gone you have just changed it to anther language setting that is all, problem now is I don't know witch, later Ill see if there is a way to reset the suits to default. But right now I am trying to see what this device and its bed dos"
Autohypnosis 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 26 to remember what she is reading and get a language understanding started.
She is looking at the device she has just activated when she says
"Wait we, we found a painting of a Angel like being from one of the cans, it looked like, Ameo and now the suit has higher planes Celestial as one of its control language hummm"
Then she go's back to what she was doing.

Korash the Spiky |

"Cath-arti? That enemies, though... or liberators?"
"If found translation, though, use it. We have weapons, no food or shelter. Use device, find help, or enemies to fight make secure place."

Isabela_Calista De-Romano |

"That is a very good question Korash, the Cath-arti seemed to be attacking the crew and if they FOUND the crew then they came from the outside. Could be liberators but where they after us or some of there own taken? we still know so little. I do agree on the Secure place part, we need to find one soon. Yet I do not feel the need for rest, most odd. We must have been awake for hours now yet I am as refreshed as if I had just got up."

Ameo Wanstell |

We have a saying on my planet, The enemy of my enemy might not be my enemy. Food and water should be our main priorities and then finding one of those pods to escape. The real question is where will we escape too, and how do we each get home. Perhaps these Cath-arti can help us.
Skyscale, also my people have magic that could shrink you or make you bigger. Realistically we could make almost anyone fit these tables.

Isabela_Calista De-Romano |

She looks over at Ameo
"Really that is very interesting, you have magic to make others smaller humm. O as for where we can go, if we can find a craft then any world local that can support our kind of life will do, I can then contact my people and we can take it form there."
She keeps working on the bed thing
"You know who ever the Cath-arti they did not loot this place fully. Thing is out little engineering mates ran off not so long ago. Wish I could get sound on my time flashbacks."

Skyscale |

"Why do we even wish to leave? This place is full of wonders! And yes. My people had size changing magic as well. And shape changing!"
He wagged his body excitedly as he spoke. "Was there any writing in your 'flash-back'?

Korash the Spiky |

"I agree, Skyscale. Trip one-way to nearest planet? Could be disaster, we do not know how safe, or whether food or life elsewhere. And no reason I to leave without taming thunder bird and sky fire."

Skyscale |

If Calista hadn't asked, Sky was gonna! He watched, too.

Ameo Wanstell |

Ameo looks at Korash with a puzzled look. uh.. Skyscale, we may not be safe staying here, but we also need to make sure that any planet that we go to is also safe.

Vrog Skyreaver |

As you read the information on the icon over the bed that you are looking at, you can clearly see that it says "This Scacardkg is not active. Would you like to active now? To active, push the power button."
The device itself appears to be a long, rectangular machine that has a bed jutting out of it like a shelf.
Apologies that I didn't mention this earlier, but you can now hear everyone speaking in celestial, and you can see that the walls in the distance have writing on them. Turning back to the walls closest to you, you can see that the words "Wellness Habitat" have been written on them. Even after the potion fades, you will still hear and see everything in Celestial, even people who are not wearing TIS. Is there anything else you want to check out before the magic of the potion fades?
As an aside it's been about 13 hours now and still none of you are tired.
