Korash the Spiky
Korash isn't sure what "Radiation" means, but he decides to follow Isabela because she's the one yelling more loudly.
Skyscale
That, or 'you're getting further away from the outside of the ship'
Sky stops... and looks back to Calista... then looks to Ameo's mark... then looks to Calista... and waits for her to try to open another door.
"I do not know what Radiation is. Is that like when you lay in the sun too long, and everything feels warm, and then it feels like you want to scratch all your scales off? Oh... sorry. I forget you lost your scales, Calista. And... other... thing." He favors Ameo with a nod as he says the latter.
Ameo Wanstell
Skyscale, name me be Ameo. You call me Ameo. I no know of radiation. Sound bad. Calista is like my moon people. Much technology.
I sure hope this creature understands my poor language. The sounds of this language are odd.
With that Ameo nods back at skyscale, then turns and follows Calista.

Pressing the button on the last untouched door, it slides down without any fuss, Revealing a large mass of metal vines that feed into one massive piece of sculpture (that dwarfs the largest creature that any of you has ever heard of in scale). peering around, the first thing that you notice is that this room is another cavernous room.
This appears to be some sort of machinery, but what it would do your unclear about (you really should have taken more technology classes!)
There are hundreds of icons in this room, one for each of the lights, and one for the large piece of sculpture in the center of the room. All of them are currently set to black, and there is no scrolling text like there was in the other rooms.
Skyscale
Skyscale tests one of the buttons next to the strange things in the walls... [that look like the lights that have existed in the hallways?]
If something interesting happens as a result, he'll start pressing -all- the buttons!
If not... he'll go ahead and swoop around the room looking for anything else of interest. :>
Skyscale
Sky makes music! Then grows bored. He flies -slowly- around the room, if it's dark. His vision range is still limited, after all.
Korash the Spiky
Nothing about the sun sounds bad to Korash. He'll keep following, and be especially curious about the metal vines.
Vrog Skyreaver
You're fairly sure that the cables are they type one would use to transmit electricity, and vast amounts of it, given the thickness of the cables.
As you wing around the room, you have to snake your way between the metal vines. It takes you a few minutes, but you eventually discover that this room is as big as the one that you have claimed as your hoard, if warmer and much more cluttered.
Ameo Wanstell
Very strange. Much Technology. No touch.
Ameo walks very cautiously. He feels nervous about this area.
Skyscale
Skyscale continues gliding carefully around the room.
Sky continues to press buttons as he flies, eventually pushing the big one associated with the trunk.
Miss Isabela Calista De-Romano
Lizzy looks around, she had seen places like this before, The Psiconic power rooms of her races city ships, she started to have a bad feeling.
She was not a Pre-cog but sometimes if it looked like a Gert, walked like a Gert and screamed like a Gert it was a Gert.
"I have seen this kind of room before, at home, We the blood clans do not live on worlds, we live on vast space born city-ships, made of Metal. Powers by Psionic Energy's, Moved by means of crystals and cables just like the ones in this room. I have been working under the assumption we are on a world. A planet, ball of rock going around a sun. But seeing this room, there is another possibility, we may be on a city-ship. We may not be on a world but out in space."
She stops looking about.
"Where there is power distribution centrer there is a power generator, and where there is a generator of power there is a control Hub/room/place. We need to find that Hub/room/place. If as a suspect the power generator was down the passage way, and its had a catastrophic failure, then there is where we will find information. Where I am from our systems like this are run with Psicystals that hold minds placed in them. I see none of that here, on power cables, yet our egg suits have intelligence as did the walking gun device. I just don't understand how they are yet. So Look around see if you can find a control Hub/room/place. O and do not shoot your guns in here or brake any of the cables. They could be live with vast energy's we have little or no understanding of. So lets not get blasted by them"
She sits down on the floor.
"I have to do something now, and its going to take a while, but once do I am hoping I can get a view pack into the recent past and see what happened here."
She closes her eyes and gos into a trance.
Psychic Reformation[/utl]. can re-pick a power she has just taken with here level
She will move a 5th level power to a 2ed level my means of a feat.
[url=http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/psionic-powers/s/sensitivity-to-psychic-impressions]sensitivity-to-psychic-impressions and then try and use that to get a view back in time as its says of what happened here. This should all add great game fun, because I know you will be vague.
Lots of d20 rolls or she takes 20 on both.
Skyscale
Despite this, Skyscale does as asked.
Korash the Spiky
Pretty sure I'm speaking Draconic now...
"This is how you workshop your ancestors?" Korash asks, curious, "They become crystals? Seems strange for night-breathers."
"Do we search for center to destroy it, or ask its wisdom?"
Skyscale
But Sky is flying around in the... sky. He's talking into the suit, and the suit is projecting to the others. That's why I'm saying everyone but you; he's not in earshot. :)
Miss Isabela Calista De-Romano
Eyes closed
"We don't have faith like that, ours is more reality based culture. The things primitives call gods are not gods, they are powerful beings yes, some alien, some from other plans even universes. But gods, no. If you ever meet a being that want you to call it a god, its after something, normally your life force engram,, our searches shows a lot of so called god beings, feed off this to sustain there powers. And they call us blood suckers, some joke that."
Vrog Skyreaver
As you let your senses recede, the ghostly shapes of the beings who run this ship come into view. you see them manipulating the machine, watching things that are not visible (although you suspect are probably icons visible from the orb suits) and then they begin to frantically move about the device, waving their hands and experiencing intesnse fear. After several minutes of this, they flee the room, which is where the vision ends. This is the only vision that resolves itself to you, even after concentrating the full time.
As for the appearance of your abducters, they are squat, stout looking humanoids covered by the same suits you are currently wearing.
Ameo Wanstell
Oh great shes trying to take a nap.
Ameo tries to make since out of the buttons and such.
perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (20) + 15 = 35
Miss Isabela Calista De-Romano
Lizzy opens her eyes.
"Got them, I looked into the past, not far, but I know what our abductors look like and look on as they did things here. For looks, they are squatter, stouter then me, humanoids like me and covered by the same suits we are currently wearing. This is a City Ship, I know that now, they where here, manipulating this machine, watching things there huds as they show them something, something that made them very worried."
She points at places.
"They where there and there, frantically moving about this device, waving their hands and experiencing intense fear. After several minutes they flee the room, I am sorry that is all I could get in my vision."
She looks around
GM where did they flee to?
"I think I was right in my logical deductions now, this is a city ships power control centre, somewhere close is a active power core that's gone critical. This could mean bad news for us, real bad news. If they used nuclear cores or even and we have never got close to this Anti-matter mixers for power. Then we do not have long before this ship and us go BOOM!! That is the bad news, the good news is I can get us out of here but your not going to like it how. It means a plans shift, and to do that, I have to stop what ever is interfering with my power. I think its the implants at the moment, so if we can find, and there must be a healing/medical area here. If we can find that they may have a means to take them out. Once out or turned off we can try to get to another plan. I have never done that before its got risks but there are nothing like being blown to bits here. So we have a plan, keep exploring, keep away from hot places and try to live past this."
Vrog Skyreaver
Out the door your group entered into.
Skyscale
GM: Sky pushes the button! If it opens from range, he will inform the others within the group, both of the door, and of his newfound Force powers!
Skyscale
Commlink: "There is another door over here. It opens! I have the power to open doors at great range, now!" Take that, Calista. Skyscale is a much better door opener than you.
Korash the Spiky
If Korash could hear that, he'd point out that he already has the power to open doors at great range, thanks to his kung fu being able to manifest as blasts of concussive force.
Skyscale
Skyscale heads for the door to look through it and see what's in the next room, his curiosity spurring him forward, as the others were on their way.
Korash the Spiky
Korash follows.
Ameo Wanstell
While walking with the others Ameo says: Why do I get the feeling this may be the last great adventure for all of us?
Isabela_Calista De-Romano
Calista looks sideways at Ameo,
"I have no intention of dying the true death here Amrao, I was trained never to think like that, the world is made from our actions not the actions of others. Power is to be taken to given."
She looks back up ahead but while walks she talks so the others can hear.
"lets us tell each other of our worlds. My home is in the big dark, A city that moves from sun to sun, trading with the worlds that go around such suns. The hard cold Vacuum of space is my home, my land one of forever dark and vast buildings. The cityships take 100s of years to craft. They are home to millions, Clan nobles, Government workers, Techas and crafters, slave masters, slaves and then the undead Techna. Our art is the most grand, our culture as old as some suns."
Vrog Skyreaver
Thanks for waiting.
The new door opens into a room similar to the other antechambers you have seen before (A square room with a door set into the middle of each wall). There are a few differences, however: There is power here, and the speech that woke you is much louder here. As in the first antechamber you entered, there is a wave of red light that is rolling down the walls.
The talking also echoes through whatever communication power exists between those of you who are wearing the orb suits. The scrolling lights
have an icon that follows them down the wall, as well as an icon for each of the door buttons.
Ameo Wanstell
Ameo quickly scans the room for anything unusual or helpful comparatively to what he has seen thus far.
perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
Well which way to go now?
Skyscale
Skyscale tells each of the doors to open in turn, so they can find out which room Calista will want to explore next. Then he presses the scrolling text button. He doesn't share anything about his own world, as he doesn't really have a -way- to describe it. It's like asking someone to describe the color red. Red just -is-. For him, there's no other frame of reference.
Vrog Skyreaver
The doors to the left and right (based on where you entered) open into familiar looking hallways. The door across the chamber, however, opens into another of the massive bays, this time with a large series of tall boxes that are standing next to each other. This room has power, and you can see that the long boxes have been stacked 2 high. The stacks of boxes are about 2 Skyscales long by 1 Skyscale wide. Each of the smaller boxes is about the size of a Isabela or Ameo. Each of the long boxes has a forward facing door, and each large stack of them is outward facing. The appear to be made of a dark metal of some sort.
There are icons for each door, but they do not respond to your attempts to use them to open the door.
These are lockers of some sort, although they are more spacious than the kind that your people used to use. Think of highschool lockers, except that they are about 3x as wide.
Skyscale
Skyscale rushes into the new room, to open up the boxes, to see what is inside of them. Even dragons have crates. Case in point, his Crate of Draconic Hoarding™.
Korash the Spiky
Korash is happy to help open some boxes.
Isabela_Calista De-Romano
"If this is a Cityship then I have a feeling the box's are emergency evacuation craft. Looking at the size of the locker and what I spotted of the crew, I think they must have held space suits or some thing like that. If they are emergency evacuation craft, it means there is a space door near by, that whole room could be a hanger, or there could be Space shuts leading out. Look inside them, if you find seats, food and survival things then I am right"
She looks for a unopened locker to see if she can find a suit.
"The two corridors probably go to living quarters, eating rooms, offices"
Ameo Wanstell
Ameo helps go through the containers.
perception: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (8) + 15 = 23
Could this be our way to escape?
Skyscale
Skyscale simply attempts to un-crate the metal. Basically, reversing what he did when he made his crate. He'll probably try to remove the top, unless there are visible hinges. If he can figure out how they're supposed to open, then he'll likely try to leave one intact to use as an improved crate.
Also, are any of the icons on the lockers different from the others? Or are they all the same icon? Do they differ from the icons on the doors?
Korash the Spiky
Korash shapes his hands into chisel and crowbar shapes and just attempts to lever the doors open.
Isabela_Calista De-Romano
Comes into the room and has a closer look
"I was wrong, they are Lockers, used to keep personal items. Looking at the number there was a large crew working in this area. If we can get them open we may find things of use. But they may have personal access codes."
Seeing the others try to rip them open she head back to the small room and then out along each of the halls a short way. Looking for doors and windows into rooms there. If she sees a wall pad she will press it to hope any doors. Looking in to see what is there.
Vrog Skyreaver
Unlike the racks of clubs in the main room, These appear to be more solidly built.
With a massive effort and a huge amount of noise, Skyscale is able to get one of the doors off it's hinges. Inside, there is what appear to be personal effects: Clothing, trinkets, and tiny little paintings clearly created by a master painter. They show a male and female of a species that looks a great deal like Ameo. There is also a sheathed sword in this area.
[ooc]Based on the sheer amount of lockers and the effort that Skyscale took to open the door, it will take days to get everything out of these lockers (Should that be your goal). Btw, since I haven't mentioned it in a while, you've all been awake for about 6 hours now. Of note is the fact that none of you feel hungry.[/spoiler]
Skyscale
"An extremely tiny painting. And clothes. And little strange objects. Hey, this painting is of people like Ameo!" Skyscale bounces up and down on his forelegs, excitedly. "We could open all the boxes, and get all the things out! I bet with Korrash's help, we could get them open much more easily!"
