Skyscale stakes claim to the unidentified Hunga Munga. As it looks cool, it must be his. It is the first object that he has claimed for his hoard directly.
Isabela_Calista De-Romano |
Isabela takes the adamantine dagger and swaps it for the one she dos not know the power of on her leg. Then taking the +2 rope dart and the Rope Dart (7) she makes criss cross belt and puts all three daggers 2 mw silver dagger and the unknown on into it so she can move freely.
"Something I can use at last"
Then she takes high magic blow gun and looks for darts for it.
"Good assassination tool, I am not good with it but I have used one before once"
Then she takes the adamantine dagger and starts opening more lockers.
that is unless there are no more we can open
Korash the Spiky |
You and Ameo can also both use crossbows.
Korash the Spiky |
No worries. If we find a bag of holding or other extradimensional space, we can dump all the small shiny objects into it, and fill in their purposes later.
Ameo Wanstell |
Ameo picks up the +2 shocking burst quarterstaff, and +2 shocking underwater light crossbow.
There are not alot of weapons that I know how to use. Mostly I prefer my magic. If we come across another Dagger, I would love to have one. He says as He looks at all the daggers strapped to Calista.
Ameo then takes some bow string off of some of the unused stuff and hangs the rod of intensify from his side and and crossbow on his back. Now walking along with the quarterstaff in one hand and the previously unidentified Staff in the other.
Looking down at the staff, he decides to make another attempt at figuring out this staff, waving it around in the air and pointing it a a locker.
spellcraft: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Vrog Skyreaver |
There are plenty of other things besides weapons, it's just that weapons took me the longest to get finished. I should have the list of armor and shields up shortly, and then go from there. I'm really not procrastinating, there are just like 700 items to generate including the weapons that I have already given you the info on.
Korash the Spiky |
No worries dude! Sorry we made you generate that, as it is... if it's easier to just copy + paste a list, by all means do so. (or even just ask us to roll on relevant tables if it makes things easier)
Skyscale |
:P I believe Vrog knew what he was doing. :P One does not place a hoard before adventurers and expect them to walk onwards.
Isabela_Calista De-Romano |
She pulls out the unknown magic dagger and an mw silver dagger then hands them to Ameo,
"Here you are, you'r like me, I can use that long staff you have there, but can't carry it and my gun. The rest of this stuff belongs in show cases or on a primitive world. What I would not give right now for a Light Automatic Weapon and some snub amo, bloody bows and arrows on a space craft what ever next."
She starts looking over the other items to see if she can find something of use for her.
Skyscale |
"Yes. It is all very primitive. Why do they not simply use their bodies like Korash and I?" Sky stretches. "A lot of the things are very pretty, however."
Korash the Spiky |
"Automatic... weapon? It follows around and acts on its own?"
"And Blue One, I know how to use weapons. Just also helps to know without them."
Ameo Wanstell |
Ameo smiles as he accepts the daggers from Calista. He then holds out the staff in her direction as if to hand it to her.
You can take this if you like. Would you like the staff or would you prefer the quarterstaff? Also, I too am curious about this automatic weapons. It some sort of magical spell that make them act on their own?Perhaps and enchantment of sorts?
Skyscale |
Sky's focus is on anything silver or blue. If someone else does not claim it for their hoard, something silver or blue automatically becomes a part of Sky's hoard. It is also much more likely to be worn, regardless of whether it has been identified, if it is one of those colors.
Sky bounces for a moment, though the cause is unknown. Perhaps something excited him. "But why use weapons when you have suitable ones on your person? These 'daggers'... they are like using a single claw when you could have five. Why do they not make a 'dagger' for each finger, as some sort of covering? And the sticks. They are just sticks."
Seems to me an entire race bad at manual dexterity wouldn't understand the concept of weapons. I'm sure the Lung type would have a small collection of tools, just due to them being good with them, compared to other dragons.
Isabela_Calista De-Romano |
"Automatic weapon or.. ok.. a form of.. blow gun, yes! they err self load, err with magic!."
She waves her hands at them.
O C***p this is going to be a long ride
When the staff is offered she take the Q staff.
Puts down her gun and then spins the Q-Staff it a few times, you can tell she had been trained and trained well. She then dos a odd move wher she places it on the floor and go's up, then over the top and with both hands brings it down with an almighty Crack! sound on the floor, before letting it spring back out and with both hands spinning it around her head, it moves and stops dead a few inches from Ameo head, its shaft Quivering.

She brings it back places it next to her gun.
She takes out the +1 Sword breaker Dagger and hand it to Ameo
"O and take this one as well"
Skyscale |
The swordbreaker dagger is a lie.
Sky watches Calista's dance.
fly: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
Sky's version incorporates his wings, and he brings his long neck down... though not towards anyone in particular... without the crack, as he doesn't connect with the ground. Then he spins in a circle, before nearly boring a box. He doesn't make it look nearly as effortless... but being a halfton of Dragon makes it impressive, nonetheless.
"Why do we keep dancing at strange times?"

as she works sorting things she says.
"I was testing the staff and with out my powers my body is all I have, and I wish to keep it limber. You fly well Sky, you must be a master of flight on your home world, where you a king on your home world Sky, you have the bearing of a king"
and with that the subject is well and truly changed.
Skyscale |
"Look, Korash! This shield is spiky, like you!" He waddles awkwardly towards him, carrying the grinding tower shield in both hands.
The silver of Sky's underbelly turns slightly more blue at Kalista's comment. "What? Errr... No, Kalista. I did much more important things than a king! I dug, and I swam and I climbed. I was a finder! There were some bossy dragons nearby, but only the bigger and stronger ones even had hoards. Were I better at hunting, or even liked it... I would probably have had the largest hoard in my grotto! But there was a bronze who did a lot of hunting, and he traded his food for all sorts of things. My hoard was better, but his was larger. He was kind of like a king. Because he had the thing people wanted, everyone was nice to him. It was unfair that his lair included the deepest fishing hole."
After a moment passed. "I am very good at flying... but it was not until my fourth moult that I began flying. My body is quite flexible. I was the envy of the grotto when I flew. Thank you for noticing."
Korash the Spiky |
"Many things are pointy."
Except that Korash will probably be taking that +4 shield, unless anyone else can use it. Because 30 AC.
Ameo Wanstell |
Thank you for the dagger Calista. As far as those shields go, I shall not be taking any of those. They will just be in my way. About this flying business, so you all know, I too can fly. Perhaps if the time comes both skyscale and myself can be air born scouts.
Ameo then goes back to playing with the unknown staff trying to figure it out. Tapping it against lockers, chanting various words at it and pointing in in different ways.
Skyscale |
Sky moves both the Silver Dragon buckler and the arrow-catching buckler into his pile of things he would maybe like. A bracelet that helps defend against the guns would be helpful, after all. Especially if it makes them target him instead of his allies, as he is stronger than the guns! He might not use it, though... as he realizes the others likely wish to shoot bad things near him at times.
And... He likes the Dragon buckler. Because Dragon. He won't object to someone else staking their claim upon the items for personal use. But there will be more grumbly whining.
"May I try to magic the stick, Ameo?"
If so...
use magic device: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (11) + 9 = 20
use magic device: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25
Skyscale |
After about ten seconds of grumbling, and dancing with the stick... as Calista had done with her stick... Skyscale will blindly activate the staff...
Korash the Spiky |
"WHAT? And you... produce edible meat sticks?"
Dude, you just asked a plant if he can grow/regrow reproductive structures arbitrarily for the purpose of yanking them off and eating them.
Skyscale |
Skyscale was certainly interested in discovering if Ameo could produce meat sticks.
Ameo Wanstell |
No I can not produce meat sticks. I have however seen plants produce edible fruit before, but I have never encountered plants like yourself.
Korash the Spiky |
"And I have seen creatures with hair produce tasteful meat." Korash stares.
Skyscale |
"I am unable to lay eggs. I tried for quite some time, but it seems it is not one of my talents." Skyscale said, completely missing Korash's offense.
Korash the Spiky |
Korash is busy bashing in doors as quickly as he can with his new adamantine mace, to the point where he basically spends several hours in a martial trance. It's good exercise for his forms. That said, someone should be looking for food and water.
Skyscale |
Sky would... but boxes! That, and Sky isn't hungry or thirsty! Or, presumably, tired!
Vrog Skyreaver |
Your group spends the next several hours searching through the pile of items that you pull from the lockers. It has been about 12 hours since your group woke, but none of you are hungry or tired.
At this time, you both feel their skin (or scales as apropos) tingle, but nothing obvious happens to you. While it is mostly the torso that has this sensation, your entire body feels it to one degree or another.
I mentioned this when the game first started, but each of you appears to be in the prime of health. You have no scars, and you have a healthy glow that indicates vitality.
Skyscale |
There can be only one. HERE WE ARE. BORN TO BE KINGS.
Skyscale continues looting! And Pillaging. He's the wrong kind of dragon for burninating... even if he did manage to burninate the fur monster gorilla thing.

Skyscale claims the cloud chain shirt (mistmail) for his trove... but mostly seems to disdain the armor. "It is like... they are creating scales. For the scale-less. But the scales are very heavy and cumbersome, and awkward... and they chafe. I am certain that they chafe. I bet you can't even frill any of your fins while wearing such things." Skyscale shivers.
Skyscale |
The 0 ACP armor is actually great for Cali. It's just free stats. Bitter - Balanced - Quilted - +1 seems to be a really good pickup.
Korash the Spiky |
The Defiant Armor should have a specific enemy type listed (a la Bane).
Now I'm torn. Actually reading through these... the +3 Tatami-Do would increase Korash's AC by 4, but decrease his speed, while the Parade Armor would only increase it by 9 but wouldn't decrease speed. (And it would also let him wield other weapons without worrying about Web of Steel for a few more levels.
Are there any identifying marks on the Parade Armor? (for the Diplo bonus)
And Isabela/Ameo: Take a +1 Silken Ceremonial. There are literally no penalties, and you get a +2 AC—that stuff is designed for casters.
Ameo Wanstell |
Ameo will pick up +4 Bitter Lamellar (Leather) Armor .

It was just an idle curiosity. For now, it's parade armor time, which means that Korash probably looks like a christmas tree.
