Cyanne has posted her dot in gameplay. Anyone who wants to can read the spoiler.
Thanks for inviting me to the secret clubhouse. Is there a popcorn maker?
(I'll let Kakao bring the chocolate.)

What the Hollowman should look like. If we had miniatures, this would be the One. (Minus that nasty Scythe, btw)

Dot.
I miss that show!
Hmm
PS When you get around to posting in gameplay, be sure to do it as Kakao, so you show up as the correct character!
Caramir
That is a nasty miniature trux - I really love Reaper minis. Just slightly less than the Confrontation ones :D
Definitely took a look at your Gameplay post Cyanne - I find it really cool that you are going through your own 'introduction' to the game. +1 to that.
Cyanne Miller
The mini was sweet, Trux. So, is Mikka coming into this game or into the other one Grimmy is starting?
Thanks, Caramir! I figure it makes a more interesting dot than just a blank post. I always try to give a sense of a character in gameplay! After all the climbing in her backstory, I wound up putting a point in climb even though it isn't a class skill.
Meanwhile, I'm having fun reading your adventures here.

Is there a preferred formatting for the character data? I notice everyone has basically the same information but not necessarily in the same order.
This will also be my test for if I've done it correctly. Corrections / suggestions for improvement very welcome.
On a different note, how do i find the campaign in roll20?

Kakao, I have a link I'll share with each of you when the time comes.

His wife, deceased
Drash Yurt, Olay's son. Pipe smoker. He was drunk and in tears when Mak met him first.
Drash's wife, deceased
Yemi Yurt, Drash's son. Dog owner.
Sorry I haven't put up a full cast yet. RL game of vvampire detroit is looking to get nasty.
Caramir
The card game (was supposed to be my night of Vampire TCG tonight but got canceled... Damned RL :) or roleplaying? Either way Vampire is awesome, have been playing it for years. The Chicago Chronicles are just nuts good.
Caramir
I gotta agree Karl - I'm actually looking at all of them sitting pretty there on my shelf ;)
Thanks for the clarification trux. No worries on the cast of characters, I do think also it is the player's responsibility to keep tabs on such things.
As for name, I am actually looking forward to what will be of Levoca once 'we are done with it' - it is easier for me to pull a name out of the hat once we have actually accomplished something noteworthy (but for the characters, not world shattering).
Say we stalk the Hollow Man through the woods until we take him down - the 'Tombell Stalkers' may arise. Or imagine we come to the conclusion there is another force behind the Hollow Man, like a necromancer. We fight him and burn him to ashes - 'Burning Death' may become appropriate, or 'Unravelers'.
Dunno, but you get what I mean, right? :D

Sorry for the lack of traffic on this end; crazy week of work + house guests = mind blasted by the time I check the thread. I'm ready to move out, though'll kill time visiting the priest if others aren't.

I agree with Caramir that getting past Levoca might bring on new name opportunities.
Meanwhile, I will go back to my watching events from my tree.
(I highly recommend it -- there's an excellent view!)

I've started cataloguing NPCs on the wiki, in hopes of tracking who's who / who's dead / etc.
Hit me with any feedback; names I haven't included yet, etc. (Or add to wiki directly)
Cyanne Miller
Thanks for taking this on, Morti! Group notes are always helpful.
I don't have access to the wiki yet, but I can try reading through gameplay and seeing if there are any NPCs that you might have missed.
DM Grimmy
I think Wiki should be visible to all (link at the top of the page "obsidian portal")
Morti PM'd me for invite so he could edit, glad it worked Morti.
If you need guys need invite,
OP username: DM_Grimmy
gmail: mooredm80
And Trux should be able to add folks on there too I believe.
Glad the OP site is seeing use, that's super cool.
Cyanne Miller
I can read the wiki just fine. And I will email you for access, Grimmy.
I have a question for all of you. Where are all of your characters from? I don't think Cyanne would have had occasion to meet any of you, but that all goes out the window if one of you hails from Fairhill.
Cyanne
PS Does this look elvish to you?
"શુભેચ્છા સંદેશ મારું નામ વાદળી છે"
Translation: "Greetings, my name is Cyanne." (literally: blue)
Mikka Windsong
Looks pretty Elvish to me.
Mikka was born and raised in a a hidden Druid enclave in the forest outside of Fairhill.
Going on a related theme: "अच्छा नीले तुमसे मिलने के लिए , मैं मिक्का हूँ"
Translation:"Good to meet you Cyanne, I am Mikka."
Figured Hindi is to Gujirati what Sylvan is to Elvish
Karl Chillstrike
Karl is from bards gate, the black sheep of a rich crafter family, the pench family
Kakao Mit Schlag
Kakao is from Endhome. His clan runs the Schlag Trading Company. He got a position as a clergy to Bacchus since there were too many ahead of him vying for positions in the company.

I can actually read that without the translation! (India Studies was one of my two undergraduate majors -- I studied Marathi but Hindi uses the same phonetic script and is very closely related.)
But from now on I will accept that as Sylvan, which Cyanne does not speak. (Alas, Pathfinder does not allow Elvish speakers to have a chance of understanding Sylvan speakers in the same way that Gujarati speakers can understand some Hindi without translation.)
So... Mikka, did you ever do personal business with the Fairhill Mill, or did your enclave keep to itself?

Morti Hearthstone
I have a question for all of you. Where are all of your characters from?
Er, whoops. Apparently my background disappeared from my profile when I copy/pasted in 2nd level stats. ...Fortunately, still have 1st level w/ background hanging around too, so, fixed!
But, no, not from Fairhill area; Morti hails from upriver of Bard's Gate a ways.
Cyanne Miller
I volunteered to come in last, Trux. Integrate Mikka before me if you like.
I don't know Kakao yet! From what I can see, the only person who might have met me so far is Mikka, and that's iffy. It all depends on whether's Mikka's druids had any reason to come into town for flour and such.
Cyanne
Kakao Mit Schlag
Kakau, give me a day to figure something out. Do you and Cyanne wish to arrive together?
No problem. Together or separately, either one works for me. What ever makes the most sense to you.
Am I correct in thinking I would be coming from Vineyard Estate? I notice it recently appeared on the wiki. Thanks for that.
Cyanne Miller
I sent you a PM Trux.
However, to it, let me add this. If it is easier for you to integrate a bunch of us all at once, I will go with what makes things easy for the GM.
I just thought that you might want to take time to bring each character in?
PM me, and we can talk.
Cyanne
Mikka Windsong
There's a decent chance Mikka may have passed through Fairhill pretty recently but until a few months ago she'd barely left the enclave. That being said, any exposure to the outside world would likely have included Fairhill as the nearest settlement.
Cyanne Miller
Then you've likely heard of me, even if you hadn't met me personally. It would be hard to miss a girl with undyed blue hair who likely all the villagers gossiped about -- because really, a haunted girl who can summon moonlit bridges would be talked about to every stranger who came to town.
It's probably a good thing I left Fairhill!
Cyanne Miller
Okay, I gotta ask...
How are you packing these NPCs? Are there trafficking laws in the area at play?
Caramir
1 person marked this as a favorite.
It is a good question you pose - for the time being I haven't yet managed to get my hands on a masterwork backpack - as soon as I do, I believe that an experienced outdoorsman (elf actually) will be able to pack them neat and efficiently so as to guarantee they can be carried around comfortably and safe.
As for the trafficking laws, and even though Caramir's Diplomacy is quite sad (My only sadness so far regarding this character), I guess I will try to play the 'ignorance' card - 'Officer, you mean it is not allowed to carry an NPC around in your pack? I was told by their previous owners that everything was in order...' :D
