I keep singing for another round, if the ‘srooms are still alive when my turn to act comes up in round 4, otherwise, now…

While trying to sing and keep everyone’s spirits up, Wags suddenly staggers backward. Her back hits a wall, she raises her hand to her forehead and puts her thumb and forefinger on her temples lightly, closes her eyes and says,

I did the creature has thus far taken 26 damage by my calculation.

Yikes

The blow kills the creature and puts Min at -13 (not dead but 1 more damage and he would be) Someone might want to stop the bleeding before he bleeds out.

Negatory on the +2, Stoney, I took a level of Fighter! RAWR, look out Waglind the Magnificient is coming your way. Also editing my post to change the d6 I goofed in the spell to a d8, dropped the magic's potency a whole buncha luncha

Stonz receives a flash of divine inspiration!
"Ferrakus Be praised! He has gifted me with knowledge on what to do to save you guys!"
Stonz then casts Diagnose Disease on the lifeless pile of slime.
I know what disease it has and gain a +4 on my heal check to treat it, that combined with touch of luck and we just might come out of this no worse for wear :)

Min Maximus lies on the verge of death, a cold sweat pouring from his mighty brow. Even in his sickly, dying state, he still likes like he might start roaring and swinging a weapon...

poor guy :p He is also done leveling, and after Wag's heal and the extra hp (4...) he is at -3

I approach the Dead Guy Holding Box here and look, JUST LOOK you rascal with your jumping fungus beasts, and see if I can tell if there is anything special about it. I'm still holding my Sun Rod, so for the next hour everyone without Darkvision can see, and see me, which I understand it is hard not to look.


Well you spot a gold ring with a shiny red ruby on it inside the dead guy holding box.

Fungal rot: save Fortitude DC 16; onset 1 day; frequency 1/day; effect 1d2 Str damage and 1 Con damage and constant fatigue; cure 1 save.

"Hmmm... It seems that this is Fungal rot. You should be fine for a while but I imagine that about this time tomorrow you will be feeling quite weak, frail and very tired. I will have to keep an eye on you two and see what I can do to treat you tonight.
An you Muss. DONT TOUCH ANYTHING!!! That ring is probably just as diseased as the rot it was sittin in. Let me scan for any magic coming from the area first, see what we are dealing with.

Stonz will then cast Detect Magic, catching the mould, the dead guy holding box and Waglinde in his vision.
Go Glowy Eyes! Sorry to be shouting at you :( Stonz only has a 7 Cha and I am trying to play him a bit gruff, IRL I am a kind soul and wouldnt yell at anybody D:

You do not detect anything magical in the room. You do however notice a glow coming from three of Waglinde's arrows.

If no one offers up any he will rip off a piece of his shirt, then go over to the dead guy holding box (XD) and wrap the ring in the cloth, carefully not to touch it directly. When we get to the surface I figure it best that we try an sterilize this before we do anything else wit it, possibly stick it in the hearth fer a bit. I don want to be treating any more o you guys...[/b]"
He then goes over and spontaneously casts CLW on either Min or Firebeard.
Min/Firebeard: 1d2 ⇒ 1
CLW: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Still not enough :P Min is at -1hps.... Lots of 1s going around....

"AHHA! YES! That's the missing etheric spark!" Xarol suddenly throws up his arms in triumph, pulls a vial out, shakes it very hard, and walks over to Maximus. He raises his head and pours the contents down his throat. "Get up you wimp, no resting on the job for you!"

Roleplaying a discovery breakthrough, using the infusion discovery, and using cure light wounds on Min 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4. that's 4 healing, which should wake him up.


Yep he's awake again after a very near brush with death.

After seeing Maximus wake up and hearing the others, "I can brew up an anti plague dose that should help fight off any more sickness, and antitoxins to help with poison, I'll just need a day or two."

Sputnikk you realize that you have an infinite use of you 0 level spells each day right? You can prepare 4 different ones and use them at will

if my calculations are correct, mind should be at 5hp?

He will stand up brush himself off and find his sword. Upon picking it up he will ten remember his rope and grab that as well.

well that sure didnt work out as planned eh? Well let's keep a move on!

Xarol seems Min stand up and whips out a notebook and begins scribbling. "Now Min, how would you describe your very recent experience? Did you taste the potion? Feel the effects? I can barely believe that worked!" He pauses for a second. "I mean, of course it worked, it worked exactly like I planned it would. Yes. Naturally."

Xarol continues scratching notes away. Occasionally he pulls out vials of liquid and holds them in his hand, thinking. Then he nods to himself and puts them away. If asked about it by anyone, he simply answers, "Just in the process of building a better bomb!"

Mins eyes go wide and his face turns pale. He has had a life long phobia of people putting strange liquids into his mouth unawares... Tasting the bitter remnants of Xarol's potion, he stammers and says:

Sputnikk hands one of the candles to Wags, You should get good coin fer this candle. It has continual flame cast on it.

50....50 gold candles?!?!?!? what do they do?!??!


They provide light, never go out, do not generate heat, don't start fires, don't require air to burn and will burn even underwater.

well...unless we have a couple potions lying around, I think we need to aquire some before heading on... Perhaps that would be our best use of the candle money? Then we could continue our journey through these tunnels without having to rest... Lets pay the shop a quick visit.

if I was to sell my current sword and the war hammer... I believe I would have about enough for a mw great sword?

You can have 5 candles. I'm keepin one for meself. Only thing useful I've found in this death trap of a dungeon!
