Min charges ahead into the dark unknown. He ponders if maybe, since the map doesn't show where they currently are, if they should have the presence of mind to map the area for future reference... but the thought quickly passes, as many of his thoughts do.

You go down the tunnel to the south-east and travel for a another mile when.
Suddenly and a black barbed arrow flies right by Stonz's head...You notice a group of dog-faced humanoids coming from the opposite direction...Gnolls. They have obviously noticed you since your flashing a bright light down the tunnel but they are still 120 feet away giving you a bit of time to react. From this distance you cant tell how many there are as they still on the edge of your light but you can count at least 4 of them with more behind.
Roll Initiative.
Your in a 30 foot wide tunnel. I'll post a map in a little bit.
Gnolls are fairly common in this area and have been known to attack caravans on the roads. There is a bounty posted gnolls, something Min and Ronin are likely to be aware of. A rewards of 10 gold each (a pair of ears will suffice as proof) and a 2000 gold reward for the leader of the raiders, a gnoll known as Graylock (Only his head or his weapon brought to a the marshal will suffice as proof). He is said to carry a wicked magical axe and to be accompanied by a lion.

It was good to be underground again after all the time he had spent on the surface, though it brought back painful memories of his time before Kols...before the miracle...before he had a purpose.
The arrow was a bit of a surprise, though it came nowhere near to hitting anyone. Still, a fight was coming and the dwarf grinned under his beard at the thought.

Stonz sighs as he breaks out into a jog to keep up with the other two.
Stonz moves forward 30ft with his remaining standard but no further ahead than Min is. Btw who is what colour? I imagine min is brown and I am purple?

Not to be picky but it's been two days. Can we puppet the others and just maybe say Wags starts a performance and moves 30 feet and Ronin double moves forward? Thanks for the map, once I noticed the letters for the names it makes great sense.

Two gnolls loose arrows at Min that fly by harmlessly and the one at the head of the pack charges him taking a swing with his battleaxe but misses.
The rest move forward seeming eager.

Xarol moves 20 feet further (in a straight line to the narrow point), and drinks a cognatogen. "Careful, hold the line there, don't let them swarm us all!" He calls to min and Fire beard. "I just need the Gnolls to move up five more feet..."
Int now 22. What's the relevant knowledge check about Gnolls? I have a minimum +13 to every knowledge besides nobility.

I take a five foot step to the NE (assuming we are facing north)
I then attempt to cleave the two gnolls adjacent to me!
attack 1: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (17) + 8 = 25
damage 1: 2d6 + 6 ⇒ (5, 4) + 6 = 15
And if that attack hits 8 attack the next gnoll with cleave. And I get a +1/+1 due to the axe to grind trait. ;)

damage 2: 2d6 + 7 ⇒ (2, 4) + 7 = 13

Taking a 5 foot step to the north-east you cant reach any opponents...You can however attack 5 and 4 if you move 10 feet north witch I will assume is what your are doing.
Min moves up and in a truly impressive swing cleave one gnoll in half and keeps going to slash another in the ribs dropping it in a pool of blood.(gnoll 4 and 5 die)

Stonz McCoy |

Realizing that the foes were well dealt with, and only a few stragglers that could easily be dealt with by his partners Stonz heals himself and moves up next to Min, kicking a dead hobgoblin as he goes.

"That one was indeed a mighty blow! It almost makes up for the last one. Almost."

Firebeard drops the wrist of the now-dead gnoll and leaps forward to repeat the process with the dog-faced beast threatening Ronin. He reached out for the thing's arm, but couldn't get as firm a grip on it as he would have liked.
" 'ere now! 'old still so's I ken grab ye, ye dog-faced fart locker!"
