As the show finishes, Most of the crowd begins leaving, clearly having enjoyed themselves. Several of the more minor re: in the crowd but not really worthy of description nobles approach you and begin offering their greetings and thanks for such a wonderful performance. They then begin the process of offering you the chance to play at their various homes and functions. Were you an actual travelling show, you would probably have it made here.
Your principal target, however, is not amongst those clamoring for your attention. With his guards, he quickly leaves the opposite way that he came from.

Shokal, the Hunter |

Shokal stays close to Adra and Rebnesk making certain that not to many people approach at the same time. In the meanwhile he looked at Gidgey and Urgosh wondering if they would continue following the target.

Rebnesk the Roc Rider |

I only asked for the sake of Adra who might be able to take advantage of that knowledge. Rebnesk doesn't have the knowledge or the courage...or the language.
Rebnesk doesn't say anything as the people crowd around and he keeps his hat goggles on to prevent showing any distinguishing features. He does show off his companions though and finds they are surprisingly receptive to the adoration. Even Bloodwing is far less moody. He had to admit it gave him no small amount of joy to see others appreciate his flighty companions, even if these people were the enemy. He could momentarily overlook that little fact.

Rebnesk the Roc Rider |

As the target is leaving, Rebnesk ushers his companions back into the wagon and slips away to a secluded spot.
Stealth: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26
Once there he uses his Hat of Disguise and Sleeves of Many Garments to change his appearance into that of a Halfling and follows the target at a distance, waiting for the others to act first. He also changes the feather in his necklace to that of Littlewing's and has the bird fly to a high perch ahead of the target's location. He intermittently peers through the hawk's eyes every now and then to get an overall picture of the terrain and enemies.

The Streets are fairly crowded as evening begins to take hold of then city: businesses are closing, the taverns and restaurants are starting to fill up, and people seem to be in high spirits after a good show. Your target begins his trip away from the show in a completely different direction than the one he took to arrive at the show. Your group begins approaching both him and his bodyguards, and
Urgosh, Rebnesk, Shokal, Adra, Gidgey: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (11) + 10 = 211d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 171d20 + 5 ⇒ (10) + 5 = 151d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 321d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20
Then 3 of the guards peel off and begin moving in Shokal and Rebnesk's direction. They will approach Shokal first, then Rebnesk, and say in common: "I need to you come with me please citizen."

Rebnesk the Roc Rider |

The little halfling-disguised kobold watches confusedly as the guards approach but only one thought crosses his mind. They know something. It was too much of a coincidence that picked him and Shokal. They knew something but he was certain they didn't know everything and he certainly wasn't going to give them more. Before they can draw their weapons or even finish the sentence, he acts. He grabs an arrow and tosses it directly in front of himself. It shatters on impact with a large puff of smoke big enough to obscure his small form. He then sprints for the thickest part of the crowd, using his small size to great advantage.
Toss a smoke arrow in my square, 5ft cloud of smoke, and head towards the crowded section of the road. Going to try and lose them then head for the inn.

Stealth into the crowd: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (12) + 15 = 27
There are a few minutes after throwing the smoke arrow where the three female bodyguards begin looking through the crowd frantically, grabbing anyone who is of short stature, but they don't seem to notice the "Halfling" who got away.
What are the rest of you doing?

Adra |

Wow I have not posted here for the longest time... Time to catch up some
Knowledge Nobility: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27 Why can't I get these twenties for attack rolls, confound it.
Adra takes up only some of the offers to play at a nobles house or two, mostly the ones in charge of or who largely contributes to the war effort and only ones in the next few days; it never hurt to gather intelligence. She then feigns her exhaustion after her show and politely entreats the few offers she accepted to send someone by in the morning to finalize the details. She then moves to the back of her wagon with Kvinn in hand. When she is out of most of the light Adra releases the night-sky bird into the dusk.
After a moment alone, Adra once again takes the appearance of the old biddy she had used earlier when seeking out the rest of her team. She then starts to flow out with the rest of the crowd leaving the show...
Passing thriving shop after bustling restaurant, Adra works herself into a fury. Here people were living comfortable lives largely built on the back bones of slaves; slaves much like her grandchildren and some of the worst offenders were the major houses, like the leader they were following. She would love to capture the man alive, but, as much as she hated to admit it, him dying was just as appealing... Lost in thought, Adra starts quickly as the three guards peel off, and silently sighs in relief as they ignore her. However, her distress mounts once again as they approach her companions, but there was little she could do with out blowing her cover. Little, but hope Kvinn could help lead them to wherever the ambush took place and try keep her emotions in check; she was almost as bad as the owl today.

Kvina |

Kvinn loved little children, they were simple to understand, didn't have many problems, and, most importantly, usually adored her. Thus the owl was in a near state of bliss from the show and all the little kids wanting to pet the 'owlie' afterwards. While Adra had to fence and field questions from the stiff adults, Kvinn got to play arround with the little ones. That is until the old lady decided she was too 'tired.' Good grief did the woman enjoy deceiving people. Disappointed at being taken from her fans so early, Kvinn barely listens to the plan as Adra lays it out for her on the way to the wagon, but this was important to getting the two little ones she liked most back...
After leaving her master at the wagon Kvinn tries hard to stay out of sight...taking ten on stealth for 25... while keeping an eye on her group. While tailing them as best she can, the owl keeps track of Adra's emotions as well; often she would be as good a sign as any of danger. The woman though didn't have the defenses up she normally did to keep Kvinn from flooding her with emotion. She must have been worried...
Also startled from her reverie, Kvinn hones in on the surprise and dread from her master. About to swoop in and attack the threat, Kvinn stops as the relief from the old woman erases her previous anxiety. As it starts mounting again, Kvinn watches as the women approach the 'halfling' bird master and tries to watch for him leaving the crowd as well.
perception: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (8) + 14 = 22
Unable to locate him Kvinn wait to see what the large one would do...

Shokal, the Hunter |

"Is something the matter sirs?", Shokal replied in a polite manner.

Vrog Skyreaver |

As they are female, I will assume you used the correct gender pronoun.
"Nothing is out of the ordinary. We just have some questions that are of a more sensitive nature and best discussed away from prying eyes for your safety and security."
They definitely don't seem all that concerned about either your safety, or your security.
That just leaves 1 guard active on your target. If nothing else, the guards are certainly out of position. Lmk what you want to do for everyone but Shokal, who is currently having a pleasant conversation with the secret service after discovering that he was planning to assassinate the president =D

Adra |

I just now noticed the "go ahead and roll initiative" part of Vrog's discussion post... Sorry. So let's pounce.
Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3

Shokal, the Hunter |

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
"I'm just a stagehand and guard. I do not see what questions you would have concerning my safety?" Shokal said with a confused look on his face. Bluff: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 20
Initiative for when it becomes relevant: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18

Vrog Skyreaver |

Just to get it out of the way, I'm gonna roll their initiative, so that I don't have to try and adjust things later. You will definitely have a surprise round though.
Guard initiative: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22
Acastus' initiative: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (14) + 3 = 17
Looks like the order is as follows:
Gidgey
Guards
Shokal
Acastus
Urgosh
Rebnesk
Adra
Looks like Gidgey is up first in the surprise round.
"It is our duty to protect all the citizens of this great city, even ones without political clout. My college and myself are worried that someone's poor decision is going to get you hurt or killed."
The someone they are referring to is you Shokal!

Rebnesk the Roc Rider |

Rebnesk figured the guards would have followed him a lot further but it seems they only checked the surrounding area before giving up. This gave him time to circle back in case they needed him. He pulls from his pack a strange looking vial and tosses it in the air. Littlewing swoops down and grabs it before flying full speed at and above the target.
Drop vial. DC 5 for target's square: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (2) + 15 = 17
Since there is no map I don't know where I am or if I can do this in one round but I retrieve a Fungal Stun Vial. That is then given to Littlewing who will drop it near the target with the Bombard trick. Those within 10ft are stunned for 1d2 rounds and those within 20 are confused for 1. DC 20 Will (Probably negates). That's probably at least two moves. If not, stealth closer.

Shokal, the Hunter |

Sense Motive: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16
"This sounds very severe indeed, where do we need to go?"
How close are they standing to Shokal? If within 10 ft, he will ready an attack with his armor spikes just in case either of them starts acting hostile or tries to get away from him.

Adra |

Adra tries to get a good look at the guard on Acastus...
Knowledge (local), Monstrous Insight: 1d20 + 7 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 7 + 6 = 33, and is less than pleased at what she sees...
Even if a 33 is not enough, Adra should have a +2 to hit the guard and a +2 to her AC from the guards attack for 1 minute...
So:Combat stats:Hp 44/44; AC 19(21)/14(16)T/14(16)FF; CMD 14
+3F/+3R/+10W +12vTelepathy
Buffs:Monstrous Insight (10 rounds)

Vrog Skyreaver |

The guard that remains protecting Acastus is (as all his guards were) an attractive Elan woman. She is currently wearing a dress that allows her freedom of movement, and is cut in such a way to draw your eyes to towards her chest and away from her fists and face.
As far as your knowledge check goes, you know that Elans are beings that were at one point members of another race that undergo a transformation to become Elans. No one knows the details of it, but it is whispered that not everyone survives the process. Elans are innately psionic beings, and no Elan will ever talk about their experiences.

Shokal, the Hunter |

Shokal started following the 2 guards, to not further arouse any suspicion of him. Hopefully the fighting around their boss starts breaking out before I'm to far away from the rest ;) Don't think I'll be able to take 2 of them on my own.

Adra |

Adra starts chanting the words and completing the motions for a spell, trying to keep herself out of the guards and Acastus's line of sight.
Taking a full round to cast call lightning.
Kvinn tries to silently move in closer.
Stealth: 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (13) + 15 = 28
