Meanwhile, Jeran is barely holding his own against the totem spirit. Fei can recognizer that Jeran is a master martial artist using a combination of different styles, but the monster in front of him is too much. In spite of his skill he's taking a lot of damage.
Fei breaks off from his course at the last moment and gets between Jeran and this other creature.(did I miss its description?)

As the many, many missiles come racing in, Phaeze's skin suddenly ripples and turns dark, metallic, and shiny. Suddenly MUCH heavier and caught very off guard, Phaeze plummets to the ground, landing with a ringing sound not unlike that of a block of iron hitting the stone. As he falls the missiles start ringing off him with no effect.
Body of Iron: DR 15/adamantine, immune to critical hits, among other effects. Since he is not the one who manifested this ability and was unprepared I am counting him as stunned for a round..
