Royston was standing above a patch of woodland, the grass below was covered in blood, he had found what he had been looking for.
It was still fresh, he touched nothing.Looking around he can can't see anything of use.
When the student had come to him from the Canteen and told him
about an attack he had been sceptical, the wards would stop such things.
But here was the site, the dead student had been taken to the medical unit.He made up his mind, the school headmaster needed to know, a good clairvoyant or time vision user needed to see the site. Placing a protective sheen over the spot to preserve the crime site from the elements. Then headed back to the School, looking for the head masters office. Once at the Headmasters door, he knocked lightly and waited.
Others can still get to the location he's just being staff and informing etc to move things on
His wish to find a good clairvoyant leads him to a door labeled "Azair'vialys and Reviarti."
Unless of course he's going for the headmaster specifically.

Ill go with that the school know best
He knocks on a door the school sent him to, labeled "Azair'vialys and Reviarti".

::ah, so for the ward, the best place to analise it is at it's edge, you went without a focus, peculiar, very peculiar, so very untraditional, very well, you have my thanks, I'll be on my way:: he inclines his head and turns around following the arrows to the lab

"Ace" |

Smiling, the young man nods. "Of course. I'll go check on a friend who just went to the infirmary. Do me a favor though, and give her a hug for me?. I could tell she was seriously upset"

I think I might need to bring some cooking supplies the next time we visit.""Well, I guess we'll just have to go into Kuros before we come here next time and pick some up, or to your home town."
"Do....do you think we can go and visit my home town soon? Like maybe in the next week or two? I...I miss it. Not like I want to go back to live. I'm happy here. I'm happy with our plans to move here to Anderail after graduation. I just...I haven't been home to visit since I stopped being invisible and I miss my family."

does ace want to interact with the silvery skinned six armed aberration walking his way?

"Ace" |

Sure, why not. I was kinda expecting that, but wasn't sure.

Asha Soleil |

"No apologies or thanks are necessary. I was performing humanoiditarian aid."
"Well, necessary or not, thank you for saving my brother."
She giggled. "I think it's going to take quite a while before that stops sounding weird. Our parents would be so horrified if they knew we were here...and even more horrified if people found out about us and our freaky powers," she said with a mischievous gleam in her eyes.

Professor Royston |

riviarti's eye stalks crane to the door, while her hands and front eyes keep writing.
"Yes? Who is it?"
"My name is Professor Royston and am the fire arms teacher at the school, may I enter I'm looking for a clairvoyant, mind you, you probably all ready know all that"

![]() |

well he's walking up, if you want to react you can otherwise it's more in character for him to nod to you and then keep walking

"Ace" |

Sorry, that must have gone up as I was posting and I missed it
As he walks off to go check on Morrivan, Ace runs into a rather bizarre sight. A six armed silvery being. Of course, his innate curiosity is piqued "Hi there. Uh, you're a rather unique being, in a school full of them" He says, flashing a smile.

Dom tells Tyrrin humbly.Dom Waverider wrote:"Does the cage also keep him dimensionally locked as well? He might have teleportation abilities or spells." Tyrrin's cold glare finds Dom, her hand continuing to be wreathed in dark, threatening energy as she holds onto whatever spell power she had at the ready. With that Dom nods and starts bending water around the man. Soon the water starts rising around him and solidifying. After only a few moments the box had formed and hardened into a clear prison. Only a small hole in the side was open. From it a tube protruded long enough for the mans arm not to escape.
"Unless he can turn into mist he isn't getting out till some one strong breaks it, or it melts. I could always make it thicker if you wish, but it will already take hours for a fire to melt this." He looked to over everyone around to see if they wanted him to do anymore.
"Alright, do it. Freeze him, curse him, and then I'm going to bring this cage over to the boss and you can argue with him about whether or not the guy deserves to die while I deal with the mess."

Aanandareavekki |

Smiling, the young man nods. "Of course. I'll go check on a friend who just went to the infirmary. Do me a favor though, and give her a hug for me?. I could tell she was seriously upset"
"Of course. And I'm sure she appreciates having the support of her friends. Now excuse me. I need to get back to her," she said before heading back into the lab.
"He'll be back in a while," she said, walking back over to Vai and giving her a hug. "Now, let's talk about why you're so upset."

"Ace" |

Ace responds telepathically ::"Among my kind, its not overly uncommon. I've just never encountered somebody quite like you, and my curiosity overruled my manners."::

Professor Royston |

"Not really. It's a waste of resources to predict trivial things. Come in."
Royston enters and stands still by the door, hands behind his back.
"Thank you Azair'vialys and Reviarti, I seek help with a problem. There seems to have been an attack on a female student out in the woods. She was killed in the attack She was taken to the medical unit, I hope with their care her state will change back to living. Right now how ever I have found the crime scene and need someone with better skills than mine to look over. I would be good to know who was the perpetrator of the attack so as to stop others. I asked the school for help, it sent me here. So do you have the resources and time to help with this matter. "

Reviarti |

riviarti has complicated notes plastered all over the wall. Seems to be a structure for a new spell.
"Lim-mor isn't here right now. Anyway, i do. So long as the killer didn't have mind blank, i can most likely take care of the problem. I have the gift of timesight."

Lim-Môr Azair'vialys |

"Then would you be willing to come with me to the scene of the attack.
I can take us there if need be Reviarti."He moves into the room taking note of its look.
Half the room is messy like a teenage boy lives in it. There is a patch of grass in a corner with a book stand on it. The floors are all natural wood on that side.

Reviarti |

riviarti's side of the room is rather plain, having little more then a desk and a bed, and walls with notes plastered all over them.
"Of course I'll help. Give me a moment."
riviarti writes a note, and tapes it to the door. The note reads "lim-mor- im out to help solve a murder case. Be back soon, riviarti."
"I'm ready."

Laughing good naturedly, Maya says, "Well, that is just unfortunate about anyone prior calling you daft. How did you happen upon the school and a position, however? I'm curious at the recruiting methods, of faculty and student alike."
Smiling after a moment she adds, "I do appreciate your time, incidentally. Very considerate and kind of you to spend it with this fish out of water. You are quite the gentleman. I hope my questions aren't adding to your madness?" The word used in a clearly teasing manner.
Vare leans back slightly, Maya's easy nature putting him at ease. "Well, truth be told I had heard a rumour of this place, and decided to come here and apply for a job. Beyond that... I'm not overly sure on any recruitment methods. I came here on my own power."
"Not at all." Vare says, attempting to dismiss the praise though a guilty smile reveals that he did indeed enjoy the compliment. "I enjoy spending my time with intelligent and patient people. And the lack of Fragments is doing wonders to keep me relaxed, I must say."
"So, your world sounds like a very strange place. I've gathered from Tryko'Sam that there was very little use of magic, though something about other kinds of powers?" He asks, though there is a pause there... "Unless you'd prefer me to continue helping you learn about this place?"

Midori Tsuyomi |

"I don't free any fear or pain from her, but without meeting her in the mindscape I don't know for sure. I do feel an overwhelming of good flowing through our connection. I don't really know what to make of it." Hew calmly tells them as they make their way back to camp.
If Hew is in need of any support, Midori is there offering it, standing immediately beside him, ready to catch him if were to collapse again. "Hew-kun... are you sure you're okay?" she asks worriedly. His wounds were gone, but she wasn't sure...

Vai Sunwake |

"Of course. And I'm sure she appreciates having the support of her friends. Now excuse me. I need to get back to her," she said before heading back into the lab.
"He'll be back in a while," she said, walking back over to Vai and giving her a hug. "Now, let's talk about why you're so upset."
Vai buries her face into the hug again, her voice muffled. The snuffles are mostly gone at this point, but by the force of the hug, everything isn't alright. "Mom... I..." she starts, halting shortly after starting. "We did the right thing, I know that. So... *sniff* why does part of me wish we hadn't?"
And then, just a little more quietly... "Why do they get to cry, when they did it to me?""

That doesn't really work to relieve Midori's worries, given Hew's history of headaches, but she doesn't say anything further. There is just a ever so slight blush when Hew calls her pretty, but it's barely noticeable and gone almost instantly.

::"Interesting, I too study. Mostly, I study people, but pretty much anything has caught my attention before."::
He then notices your likely destination ::"If you're heading to Professor Aananda's lab, she's busy right now with bit of a family matter. Its personal and private, and nobody's getting in there, save maybe other family members."::

"You're welcome to ask anything you'd like. There were people ...beings, with abilities, super natural ones, or inhuman abilities. Some were scientifically created, others, flukes of nature, aliens. Perhaps even some claiming magic, but, not the norm in the least that I was aware of. I'm certain it wouldn't be strange if you were to visit and get used to it... that is, well, a moot point now. Interesting about just arriving on your own power. So I suppose this reputation of the school gets around this planet, or are you from off world as well? I'm not quite sure how that works. A splendid balance between magic and technology, space faring was not a main stay of our world."
She continues to sit there, lotus style, as before, looking relaxed and enjoying the conversation.

Vickory West |

Vickory's appearance and magic items,
-
She is a small sized scout-form about 12' long, with the upper torso of a female elf and the body of a snake. Her skin is actually covered in placoid scales (the same kind as shark scales) but this is noticeable only when up close. Her skin is metallic looking, though with a some iridescence to it, it is mostly dark colored, though some lighter areas exist, particularly around the face. She has black shoulder length hair.
-
She is wearing a circlet, a fine black cloak with silver embroidery with a few amber jewels, and a signet ring. She has a small pouch and a double sword. She is not wearing or carrying anything else.
-
Vickory's magic cloak is very complex, with several schools of magic overlapping, though the magic seems concentrated in the jewels and threading. Tybs, just what exactly are you using to detect magic that allows a will save? That doesn't even make sense to me.
Vickory accepts Carl's offer to see the ship, though is certainly entertained by the following banter, though she didn't seem to understand what the smoking and sex comments were referring to.
"This is a funny place alright. It could take a while to figure out everything. Nice work on that scarf. You'll have to let me see it when it's done. Of course, I could always make a matrix for it if you want me to."
When Carl seems about ready to leave and invites Vickory to the ship, "Sure. Can't wait to see what this world can make."

Maya nods a few times while digesting the information provided.
"Well, I suspect it is safe to say you and I both have had recent life altering moments of awareness then. I will very much enjoy visiting other places when able. Getting off world might be complicated, but, in wager to guess there is no shortage of such here in the school presently. Truly remarkable, going from an actual hollow Earth-- I mean world, to an external sphere. I can't even begin to speak of the magics, or science required. I might have to ask Tryko'Sam if he crossed anything like this in his travels."
Taking a moment to think on something she looks back to Vare and asks, "How long do you intend to teach here? Are you very young, or magically youthful? I presume you are young-ish, merely based on looks."
Smiling, she continues to sit lotus styled and relaxed looking.
