I'm interested.

Wanted to share how awesome my birthday weekend has been(14th is actual), but decided not to till I knew how Lyn was feeling. Now that I know she's feeling somewhat better:

On Friday, I went to Friday Night Magic and bought six packs, getting several good rares and a pair of awesome mythic rares.

Sat was a 10 hr PF game set in Faerun, that we've been playing for several months now, and was totally awesome and badass. I also got in the mail a bunch of Magic cards I had traded for, which was freakin sweet.

Today(my birthday) I spent the day at a couple of the local bars, as even though I don't drink its football Sunday and my friends and I like to hang out some of the bars to watch the games. Was just a lot of fun :)

Glad to hear you had a good weekend MG. I always forget that our birthday are but a day apart.

Mine is the 15th. Hooray!

Got some sleep at home. Feeling a bit better now, though still a lot of pain. At its worst it was approaching the pain level of surgery without anaesthetic. (The anesthesiologist screwed up bad when I had my c section.) It wasn't as bad as that. I only involuntarily screamed the one time. But it was definitely getting up there. Your wife has my sympathies Yuugasa. Ovarian cysts suck big time.

In happier news, we adopted two kittens today. I had been working hard all week to buy all the stuff and get the house ready. My husband is working from home tomorrow so he can help me take care of them since I still have limited ability to move around. They're almost five months old. One is a grey tiger striped girl we are naming Eris, and the other is an all black boy we are naming Mordin.

Only screamed once? I can tell that you're tough. Worst part of those damn things is there isn't much you can do about them apparently=/

If it weren't for the fact that Champion/Patron conversations tend to happen outside of Time, Settro could probably feel her anguish very easily from anywhere in the school. This is a very, very powerful emotion. As soon as the conversation ends, Settro will probably feel it, unless Lumos can block that.

when she's done talking, her emotions should linger, right? they should be strong enough to attract his attention, beyond normal teenage issues.

My real life nickname is Monkey, and if you're going to be a god of anything, being the deity of monkeys is pretty awesome.

Random, cool sounding thing I created for a Battle.Net account like fifteen years ago. It's the one that's stuck the most.

Other big screen names I've had:
-Avatar_of_Khorne on the Druchii.net forums (my first PBP games)
-TheTremblingThumb was my first ever screen name on any online thing.
-My two mains in WoW were called Illithia, and Tsukikami. I still have a friend who calls me "Illy" and a friend who calls me "Tsuki" because of that.

Tangental story:

My brother uses the name "The Ugly Red" as his screen name. That was the name of the first car that we boys collectively drove. (It was to be shared between the three of us). Anyway, the reason he uses the name is because he totaled that car, and yet walked away from the accident completely unhurt. He says the car gave herself for him, and his screen name will ever be in her honour.

My aunt has a nickname for me that includes 'monkey' in it, while my dad has one for me that has 'turkey' as part of it. Most of my family calls me by my middle name(because I'm a 3rd, named after my dad who was named after his dad).

I'm Dragonborn3 because when I set up my first email address(that I didn't forget the password two, anyway >.< ), I'd fallen in love with the dragonborn from Races of Dragon, and I was a 3rd.

Yuugasa is an Npc from my epic fantasy home brew campaign that I've run over and over again for different groups over the years. While not a central npc and only being important to the plot in anyway occasionally some of the funnest and funniest interactions I've had with my various PCs have come from interacting with him. Strangely enough, I never considered him to be more interesting or dynamic than most of my other Npcs but many players have loved or hated him, so he has grown on me over time.

Kryzbyn is the name of my Drizzt clone that I played in 2nd Ed DnD.
Went through alot of crap to get my DM and friend to approve it. Long story short, 4 years and 14 levels later he ended up being one of two of my favorite characters so far, and nothing like the guy I got the idea from.

Hmm? I though the name was cool when I was about 6, when I first signed up for neopets. The name stuck ever since.

When I first joined the paizo forums I was just beginning to design Chance. Several members of my real life game were posting here and they told me about several threads I should read for advice on different stuff. Since I was just planning to lurk and gather information I could use for world design, I picked the name of Chance's spymaster (Lynora de Trevante) as my screen name, except I left off the last name. Honestly I lurked for a very long time before I ever started posting.:)

Of course now I'm so used to my screen name that it seems more like my name sometimes than my real name. :D

Mine is a reference to my second named character, who was in turn a reference to Artemis foul

Damiani is, probably, my favorite NPC created and used over the numerous campaigns I've run.
