Hmmm. About the only thing worse than grappling a lycanthrope is grappling a mind flayer. (One of Devlyn's more memorable encounters from his RL campaign [shudder].)

Hope I'm not being too coy or annoying with 'Sima right now; the stone is a sort-of indicator of how much Khoda is messing with her head at any given time and right now he's messing with her a fair bit, as evidenced by her weird aggression and absent-mindedness. It's also kind of an emotional barometer. The trouble is telling which thing it's measuring at any given time.
Because there are always lots of things going on in the school at a given time, I'd always planned on writing more about her dealing with the stone on my own. If any of y'all feel like being part of it that's cool, but I don't presume anyone would. I don't want to make you guys deal too much with a plot thing I wrote for one of my own PCs, nawmean? Feels selfish.
Basically Nasima is going to have to figure out A. what the stone is doing, B. if she needs to get rid of it, C. if so, how. Right now she has made no correlations between it and any weirdness on her part.
I know there is at least one wererat.

I'm using Lycan as a generic term for were-creatures of all types. The difference is that Lycans are born that way, it's not a disease. Lycanthropy the affliction exists and can be transmitted by a Lycan, but those who are turned that way are considered kinda second-class citizens among Lycans.

This is part of why I'm loving this game so much. Lyn may be the big boss, but it's kinda like EVERYONE is DM. The fact that there's so much going on... it makes it vivid. It makes it feel more real than pretty much any RP game I've played in before.
It's kinda awesome, everyone working together to build a story like this.
I am still writing Enre's stuff. I got the intro done though.

Well, that's what I love about it too, how interactive it is and how much everybody brings to the game. My job is mostly to get people introduced to the game and to keep track of all the storylines so they don't get mixed up. And then I just let you guys bring the awesome. ;P

Sounds about right. I think they've had about all the deep conversation that they can handle for one day and she feels like she's told him everything relevant so if he sticks around, well, she warned him. :)
