We were having a cold spring/summer, but the past two weeks have been hot and humid. Again you kind of expect that in summer. When it starts climbing past 30 on the Celsius scale I start to seek shelter. I am a scion of the Scottish isles via Canadia after all. My tender pale hide singes easily.

Yeah, they're basically the band members of Pearl Jam with Chris Cornell (Soundgarden) on vocals. They only had one album, but with that talent you know they're good before you even hear them play.

Great fun! Hung out with Taig and Tordek, got to meet some of the stars of our field, got my Cypher System book signed by Monte Cook. All good stuff!
Mostly waas over at the JW Marriot playing Legends of the Shining Jewel. Did that for eight of nine slots and leveled my highest level to seventeen (a cleric w/ campaign PRC for the deity) and a low level cleric to level three. Due to changes in the campaign staff it may be the last year for it so I think that's a good point to go out on if it is. Took the second slot Saturday to wander the dealer's hall and ended up picking up Horror Adventures. Lot of good stuff in that book.

Just a check in. I'm sorry about my silence. I got back from GenCon and went back to work. Usually I am able to update a bit there, but things were s bit hectic. Then I volunteered yesterday and ended up working in a downpour for five hours before they called the day because of weather.
I am working a bus thing today, so hopefully I can catch up with everything

Actually very good. I'm going to Canada to visit family. But, in the Great White North, only WiFi works, sadly.

Many apologies for the delay in posting. We moved from Kentucky to Idaho. I was supposed to have Wi-Fi, but I was without internet access for nearly a week.

Hey all!
Just want to say I'm excited by how the game is shaping up, and I hope you are all as well. I just want to reiterate that if you are waiting on me for anything, feel free to post it here. With all the separate lines of discussion going on, things can and do fall through the cracks. If you feel like you are stalled or not getting an action replied to feel free to mention it.
I also just want to clarify my stance on participation in the narrative a bit. I enjoy input from players. It's one reason I had you make the list of NPC allies/nemeses. I don't mind if you say you are looking for an ally, or going somewhere that person would be. I do draw the line at manufacturing scenes in the narrative. While I appreciate the enthusiasm, I do have to retain a bit of command and control. So rule of thumb is this:
I go to so-and-so's shop=OK
I go to so-and-so's shop, and they greet me and show me a widget=bad
I'm walking along and I see 'Widgets-R-us' and they have the widget I need in the window=also bad
